High All So this is my first proper indoor run I had one run before this with a 250w hps and the plants STRETCHED, hermied and was airy af. I have a better light now and I'm growing bought genetics compared to the bagseed in the previous run. Below is a list of my equipment: Tents - Secret Jardin DR90 for flowering & Secret Jardin DP60 for clones/seedlings Lights - Lumi Solar 4200k Gro & 3200k Pro lamps DR90 / 140w CFL DP60 Fans - S&P TD silent 160/100n inline 180m3h and 2 x 6" clip fans for circulation PH meter - H&M ph80 Pots - Freedom Farm 20l fabric pots Growing Meduim - mix of Freedom Farm and Supaflora with added lime, bonemeal & tallbourne organics vita fruit&flower Carbon Filter - Can-Lite 425 m3h 100mm venting outside Nutrients - Biobizz grow & bloom, Biodyne evironoc 401 Microbes, Silicon plus and Epsom salt Genetics - Dinafem Glueberry OG fem, DNA Lemon OG Kush fem, TGA Jillybean reg and a Big Budha cheese clone gifted from a friend. Seeds were started on 22 October and were moved to the big tent on 17 November. In the last pic we have a Cheese clone top left, Glueberry top right, Jillybean bottom left and Lemon OG bottom right. In the middle I have another Glueberry but she will go outside if the Jillybean is female. Middle left is another cheese clone that already went outside. All the extra seedlings went outside yesterday. My temps are peaking at about 33 degrees I'm considering upgrading to a 125mm TD silent to try and keep it cooler, I might then use the 100mm as an active intake from outside but time or should I rather say money will tell. I might flip in the next couple of days as the stretch of the previous round scared me. My aim is to find the best plant of the 4 and to clone it and do a run of just that. I already know what the cheese can do so I'm not sure if I'll find something better but let's hope for the best. This is a dream come true I've been wanting to grow indoors for 10years plus I have about 6 or 7 seasons of experience outside and I'm basically sticking to my methods but just inside. If I knew it was going to be legal I would have gone with a bigger tent but at the end of the day I'm very happy to finally be able to do this.5 points

Awe bru, buy a cake at checkers and use that container. It works really well as a propagator. Plus you get cake5 points

Hey @Chrislovesdagga you'll need to do a lot of refinement on your cloning process First I can see you took the cuttings wrong, I remember my mate did the exact same once. I can see you cut off the fan leaves and hoped you would get clones from those which you wont. You need to cut from the main stem..like below Then get some proper propogation media like jiffy pellets or rockwool cubes. Some rooting hormone too, Builders warehouse stocks the dynaroot powder. Finally you need to have your clones in a humidity dome. I use a clear plastic container and it does the job just fine so see if you an get one of those or get from a hydro shop.4 points

Ja like they say. Rock wool is probably the easiest. Plate/Tupper ware contained as a base with half a coke bottle over it. pH'd water at the bottom open daily untill it takes. Then less and less water and more and more exposure to the environment. Sorry for the drawing. I'm not at home to take a pic. Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk2 points

I started using one of these Garland propagators on the windowsill. Works well, had to line it with clingwrap, since it has holes in the bottom & a sheet of paper to block out most of the sunlight. Could probably fit 8/10 cuttings if I leave the rockwool sheet intact. I did 5 at once & they all took. Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk2 points

Makes sense for them to use clones, seeds are still a lucky packet even if they are specially bred. But we cant ship clones all over the show lol2 points

For future reference Aloe is great for cloning. Sent from my ALE-L02 using Tapatalk1 point

I use a 50/50 mix coco perlite in a dome with some holes in.Clones go straight into seedtray then into the dome, mist every few days to keep humidity up. You really need to keep an eye on clones to maintain that humidity. Its a small window that the plant has in order to keep surviving.1 point

I was checking out this thing on cannabis tissue culture a while back. All the big players use that process instead of conventional cloning. Pretty interesting stuff. Stems stay alive in gel in the fridge for weeks.1 point

@CG420za got the tents off ebay from Camgrow. He did me solid and invoiced it low so I paid less duties without me even asking @SkunkPharm my carbon filter came with 100mm and 125mm flanges the 125mm TD silent is rated at 430m3h that's about the max of what the filter can handle otherwise I must upgrade that too. I have the Lumii 315w with both bulbs I actually got that from ebay too1 point

Lol, thats my current clone setup, was at plastic warehouse but only found catering trays that were too big, so still on the hunt. I see no mention of bubble cloners, seems to be my best results to date to be honest, but i may be a tad outdated1 point

Make no mistake. Plenty of the genetics around are off shoots from dutch. What makes strains mediochre is all the chucking. The Fem industry is also to blame. Finding a good female and then just feminizing seeds is really damaging the gene pool. In the long run its the guys who are building strains and line breeding, picking out the gold from the normal that brings out the best in cannabis. I dont work on much but have been culling off hundreds of plants in my persuits. Persuits that have made me smile as I see the results year after year.1 point

My first humidity dome was a 2l coke bottle cut in half & fitted back together with my cuttings inside & the cap closed, opening up once a day to get some air. 3 clones at a time. It was a tight squeeze, but I got 100% success rate with 6 cuttings. Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk1 point

lol, need to clean my glasses, i didnt even notice those were fan leaves not that my cloning success rate is all that great, i think i need some cake in my life1 point

great to see actual breeding, not just "locally stabilised dutch genetics" meaning pollen chuck and crap shoot1 point

crikey, those clones look like they were a snail buffet. how many hours of direct light is she getting. where are they growing, need to do pest control . seedlings stretched like that is light , a windowsill would suffice if chosen correctly1 point

Auto LSD! I can honestly say I have had the worst luck with Autos in the past but that gives me motivation to learn and come back better every time. This time I can say I’m starting to hopefully dial in the Autos, slowly but surely Think it started running low on nitrogen late into flower, hence the yellowing leaves Hope you all like and advice is welcome1 point

First proper small SCROG attempt, Master Kush and Cali orange advice is welcome, thanks1 point
