Okay so the light didn't come on yet as I had a few issues with the window exhaust falling apart[emoji52]like it always goes, you make it, test it, balls it up with an ol slappy joe then realise it won't work. So this morning I'll be fixing that issue asap and I'll need to redo my window exhaust for both fans. The duct tape used to hold the material didn't last because both inline fans are pushing it out like a kite. Girls are still loving the dark period. I'll also be setting the probe and controller up which will be quick Sent from my G3312 using Tapatalk4 points

Sharing a plant that's about 2 weeks away from harvest. Plant is in a 20L container. Grown with homemade compost & various combinations of compost tea. Full sun & small LED grow light for excessive rainy days. Plant was grown from seed for 77 days before it was switched to flowering. (The plant is placed in a shed from 6pm to 6am for flowering). The plant stopped growing in height after about two weeks in Flowering. It's now in week 6 of Flowering at 1.14m high. The plant has 28 branches, all with only 1 main bud. #BagSeed.1 point

High. I tried my hand at growing a much smaller plant in a 5L container. She fits in well with the bonsai. (5L container; organic homemade compost; various compost tea; full sun; 12hours darkness in shed during flowering.)1 point

So my seeds finally arrived today from biltong and buds. Everything looks good except one of the tubes were cracked, thankfully the seed is fine. I also got an extra seed of the auto big bud, I'm sure it was an error on their side as I only ordered one of them. Sent them an email asking if I can EFT them the cash if it was an error. Now to decide what to grow first. I'm thinking the big bud1 point

yeah i need to find a way to support all those branches she is filling in so fast this week i will give her nutrients for the second time in the form of seed sprout tea the first time was in December i gave some sea grow but i never really saw the need to give nutrients i just spray the plant with co2 dissolved in water but i think seed sprout tea is the way to go1 point

Green Crack, blue dream, Durban Poison sour diesel any of the hazes. Green Crack is my favourite at the moment. My Jack is still curing. Will try it again next week or so. Was not that great after one week of curing. But they do get better with curing. Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk1 point

Hey guys. Update time. Jack Herer doing very well, I modified the Future Farm Freedom pot a bit by adding eyelids to the rim of the material pot and tying down the branches with wire and hooks, I call it the Titan Tying Technique (T.T.T), inspired by Attack on Titan Glueberry now on week two, also looking good (left hand side, right is Jack Herer from top): Also decided on putting the pots on plastic crates, holes in the bottom mean air get to the bottom of the material pots also. Not sure if it is allowed to post a link but 'The proper way to water a potted plant' thread on 420 Magazine was really a eye opener, I watered basically every second evening but now wait until the pots are basically feather light, feels wrong but as the thread states building a root ball is important in veg phase... wait rather just read it yourself, its brilliant: https://www.420magazine.com/community/threads/the-proper-way-to-water-a-potted-plant.266274/1 point

Agreed. It helps a bit. Overall the shrouded airstone is just a pain. Wrap it around my pump cable and hope for the best. Not as shitty as air curtains but close Sent from my ANE-LX2 using Tapatalk1 point

Sup man thanks. Well the controller comes with temperature probes. Two but I'll be using one cause its just one tent but the controller reads it from that probe and then auto adjusts in 10w increments. Atm I'm running the second fan that moves air from the room out and it's not too bad and it is middle of the day too. Not the hottest day for sure but my system anyway runs at night so by the time comes for it to switch on the room should be cool. Going into winter shortly too so excited for it Sent from my G3312 using Tapatalk1 point

The trick with outdoors is to have a huge variety of different plants. Then dont use any poison anywhere. As all the bugs move in the ecosystem reaches an equilibrium. And bugs are a lot less fond of Cannabis than you think but obviously they wont hesitate to go bos on your canna plants if they have nothing else to eat. I probably have a billion spider mites in the garden, but they are on everything except my cannabis. Outdoors, planting any pumpkin or melon just for the sake of having the plant and not necessarily for its fruit is far preferred by spider mites. Check out the pics below. My one plant is a meter away from the jelly melon. On the melon leaves are thousands of mites and mite carcasses. The carcasses tell me the predatory bugs are at work. If I now spray the melon and kill all the mites, then the predators will leave and search for food elsewhere. Once the balance is messed with pest epidemics usually follow. On the weed leaf. Negligable for a plant that has been outdoors since September.1 point
