  5. @Smelly Joe I have never really used the paper towel method. as this is actually my first ever grow i have no exp in anything. SO i am growing FEMS, CLones and Autos. haha.. one of those plants has to give me at least one good ol TOKE. hahaha Other that that.. Herewith a little pic update of my babies.. So from the left we have: Green bag : Girls scout cookies clone that was in flowering. She pulled out nicely and re-entered veg. (this is astonishing for me but oh well there she is in all her GLORY.) Some yellowing i imagine from the cloning phase however the new growth is looking quite awesome. Left bottom FF Fabric pot : C99 Clone that had a good amount of illness and had some dying leaves which i subsequently AFTER taking this pic removed. i topped this plant and the side branches as pushing nicely now. Plant is also looking quite ok now. Left Top FF Fabric pot : Royal Gorilla CLone, same story as above.. flowering phase.. little sickly but also pulled out nicely and growing now. this one took the longest to respond from what i can see. Next up on the bottom right: RED woolies bag : Super Lemon Haze Fem from seed. This lady is looking awesome. I am astonished at the leaf structure. I was under the impression that sativa dominant plants should have a thin leaf. Anyway.. what do i know right? SHes looking mighty fine in my eyes. leaves healty and flourishing nicely.. I will be cloning her for sure.. Right top: Blue and white bag: THis is my Auto AK, something happened with this plant. it just went apeshit and leaves burnt on sides but i think that was maybe because i was feeding non ph water at 7.8. I recently bought a PH pen from GTH for R750.00 and introduced seagro into my water to add a little nitrogen.. this seems to have made a massive difference. ANyway with that said she pulled out.. she is an auto so i'm waiting for it to grow properly so that i can see what autos does. and last but not least: Blue bag: Auto Bubblegum extra, also starting its thing. seems settled and looking like shes also happy in the tent. I have been running on 24 hours on, tried the timer thing, but it does my head in.. like the stupid thing doesn't want to work. so i need to do some testing over the weekend to see if i can figure this out which is seemingly straight forward but weirdly enough not.

  8. So I was able to kill off the blood worms and I did not have to scratch all the plants some had defence against the blood worms I think and survived They did take a little bit of damage from the treatment to kill off the worms But the problem now is mosquitoes But what is interesting is the difference in growth rate of 3 types of basil all 3 cuttings were the same length and cut at the same time and just placed into the system this tomato cutting grew like crazy Spring onions took a hard hit but picking up again mosquitoes But thinking of getting guppies or goldfish and keeping the nutrients organic by way of seed sprout tea's and sea grow

  9. If they are going outside, why dont you introduce them to the Sun now already, and just use the indoor environment to add extra "daytime" hours. They will benefit way more from the Sun imo.
