  1. Firstly what's up everyone...happy to join a SA community. Here goes...December holidays boredom kicked in and decided to build my own growbox after a few successful outdoor grows. So used 5mm polypropylene sheets with a retrofitted wooden frame she is 80cm x 60cm x 170cm 2x 12inch exhaust fans and 1x 12inch inlet fan. 1x oscillating fan inside 1x 600w blurple 1x 80w CFL 1x 20w cool white led. Will change to warm white when flowering 1x 50w cool white led - off now only for flowering 2x 45w full spectrum led for flowering aswell 2 DIY carbon filters yet to be connected Now what's growing 1x wondergirl - originally a bagseed hence the name. Wonder if it's a girl...sure hope so 1x Bubbanilla kush - a previous outdoor grow of Bubba kush yielded some seeds. This is from that 1x Jack Herer - feminized 1x Royal Cheese - found 1 seed in a quality batch of indoor. Hopefully its female 2x Swiss Cheese clones Then finally what's on my current smoke and toke menu Gorilla Glue Cheese Chocolope Blueberry x Critical Widow Honey B Bubba Kush Strawberry Banana Some greenhouse Some outdoor Think that's it...still my first indoor grow. Learning loads along the way. Comments and advice appreciated Peace n love folks Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk

  2. The plant looks healthy enough, growth rate for auto's depend a lot on the light cycle that you are providing along with light intensity etc. How many hours of light does it receive? How strong is the light? Only other thing I can think of is perhaps slight over watering as the leaves are drooping a bit, unless plant was watered prior to the picture. If the purple continues down the vein of the leave it would indicate a ph problem, but it does not look like that right now, purple stems are quite normal in many varieties.

  3. Thanks for the response. I have my light 20 on and 4 off, worked well for my last plant. I've raised the light a little, the distance was 60cm. I only water when I feel the bottom of the pot isn't moist, typically after 3 or 4 days. I water around 500ml at a time. Does it look nutrient deficient at all? Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk

  4. Hi all, I used to sit behind a desk the whole day, sitting behind a desk allowed me to follow my dream and buy a small farm. Now I’m a part-time organic vegetable farmer, full-time father of one. Just about to start growing (on request from a friend) haven’t smoked in 15 years, but will definitely sample my own

  11. @greenkush I tested using an Apogee SQ520 quantum meter. Was expensive but I got tired of guessing.

  12. I’ve been using multiple 65W HLG grow lights and getting 800PPFD when hung 15cm from the canopy with no burn. How close were your lights to get that and do you know the resultant PPFD?

  14. Week and a half since my last update, not much has happened... well a few things has... Jack Herer that has been stashed in the outside bathroom every evening for 12 hours seems to have started budding, very small still but at least she responded to the longer nights. If you look close you can see the small bud points. Close up of what seems to be the starting of some budding points. Little Blue Cheese Auto is now a medium Blue Cheese Auto even though I have topped her, I know training for autos is a bad idea, but felt the topping was minimally invasive... Huge difference if you look at the last picture I posted a week and a half ago of the little one. From the side, you will notice the topping I did. Glueberry that is busy with mainline training is going good except for the fact that I have somehow managed to break off one of the colas, as explained in my previous post. Seeing some stretching of the colas, so that is good. Northern Lights Auto still going strong in flower, I honestly thought she would be closer to the end by now, but I'm thinking still 4 weeks at least. Nice and frosty. As soon as the Northern Lights is done flowering I'm hoping that the Glueberry would be ready to switch to flower, then I'm switching the whole room to a 12 / 12 light schedule.
