  1. Plants are moving into other grow area, and will most likely flip to flower in a few days once I've taken some clones.

  2. Day 33 I feel this is a bit boring as the pics are so similar, once I have culled the plants I think it will be a bit better as I will have fewer plants to update on and can start showing things in a bit more detail per plant. Having this amount of plants is quite a lot of work! I got my bigger LED driver on Thursday and got around to installing it earlier today, so my QB's are now being run at 333W, quite a bit more compared to the previous 180W. It was really needed as I repotted my plants on Saturday to their final 20L fabric pots and the extra space the pots take requires me to raise the lights to get a better spread, so the lights are still not being run at 100% which is 480W. I doubt I will run the lights at their full potential as there isn't much of a need for it. Probably 360 - 400W at most. I topped all the plants, with the exception of GDP #2 which is still very small and trimmed / pruned them and did some more LST. GDP #2 and GSC #3 were not repotted due to the fact that firstly I do not have more space for them if I put them into bigger pots and secondly GSC #3 is already in a slightly larger pot and GDP #2 is still on the small side and is doing fine in that pot for now. I really need the plants to start showing their sex as I need to cull some plants and reduce the amount I have. Most likely within the next 2 weeks and once that has happened I am thinking I will flip the plants into flower - will see how things go over the next 2 weeks although plants are growing pretty quickly now. I am feeding them at 2ml / L with BioBizz Fish Mix, stopped with the EM Pro as it's not really needed each watering. I used a bit of Cal Mag and Kelpak along the way too and have finally added some sort of extraction to my area as it was much needed due to the humidity being waaaay too high for too long and causing condensation running down the walls on a daily basis so that can only do the plants some good. I will most likely be connecting the fan to an RH probe with a relay to control the RH with the extraction fan and then connect my heater to the temp probe & relay as I feel it may work better than the built in thermostat in the heater itself. I am now using Organics Matter soil, I prefer it over the Freedom Farms soil and the plants I've had in the OM (Organics Matter) seemed happier too and less affected by the low PH I had been feeding them for a while. The fabric pots I got from Plant Matter are waaaay better than the ones from Grow Guru! Both in terms of quality and sizing, I wish I had not purchased the Grow Guru ones.

  3. Quick update, pic from yesterday.

  4. Had to harvest DP (2) due to bud rot DP (1) Purple Bud also has some bud rot, removed those affected and gave her a pre harvest trim. Will probably harvest mid week

  5. Your best way is to inoculate a pot and plant wheat grass or millet seeds. Let the roots fill the pot and then snip the roots up to use as a fresh inoculant. The fungi spreads with the help of the roots they infect. The commercial mycoroot is an expanded clay microporous substrate. Leca.

  6. Some cold and wet weather the past few days and a few more expected before it clears up. DP (1) really struggling to keep her upright, slight wind tips her over. DP (2) Very close to harvest Purple Bud Also almost there, some leaves are changing colour

  7. Hey all Had a crappy harvest end of season which led to much less bud than anticipated. But oh well, you live you learn. But that did not stop me from trying again with indoors and I thought fuck it let's do a grow report. Medium I'm using is Freedom Farm and the best part is that their soil price did not increase so that quite cool. I germinated in small 6 packs and after thinking they were growing slow I found upon transplant that they were getting root bound. So I grabbed some pots filled it with soil and added Mycoroot to the bottom of the hole. I watered them slightly but just enough to see a few drops coming out the bottom and placed them back in the tent. So I'll check in again as soon as things start growing. 8. UPDATE TIME [emoji3] Today is the first week of transplanting from those 6 pack nursery pots to 19cm pots filled with proper food soil. [emoji41] I am still running the 12-1 cycle for now and made a few changes to the tent. I moved out all the other strains and placed only the BB x RG in there to see how the plants handle this from seed and having different strains in there kinda seemed like a headache, data tracking wise. I prepped some good old Seagro for them when lights came in but the pots is still on the heavy side and soil is pretty much still moist enough. So that feed will go to the bonsai garden tomorrow afternoon after work or the day after..... Im hoping for much faster growth from now on seeing that the roots has started to spread and the mycorrhizae should be active on those roots. Other than that all is good. 10. Its something I was debating and doing quite a bit of research on and I was deciding between 3500k or perhaps even two separate lights for veg and flower or adding extra blue or extra red and after more research decided just to go for the 3000k lights. Go take a look at my two grow diaries (the normal one and the indoor grow odd one), they've all been under the 3000K light only. They're very bushy and not stretching at all, very healthy looking despite the few mistakes I've made with pH and such. The amount of blue light needed is really not much at all. I personally feel purchasing a 4000k light is a waste as its not needed for veg and isn't ideal for flowering either. During flowering is when the plants need the most intense light anyways and they want more red than blue spectrum then. Sent from my Redmi Note 7 Pro using Tapatalk

  11. So I am wondering whether anyone here has or does brew their own mycorrhizal fungi, how you go about it and so forth. I did a bit of a Google search and seems they say you inoculate a soil mixture with some silica sand and grow some stuff in there (quick growing, a few options listed) and then after 3 - 4 months cut the stuff which forces spores to be created and then pull out, cut the roots and use that. Although when we purchase mycorrhizal fungi it often comes with vermiculite or more commonly a type of pearlite if I am not mistaken? How does one get it in such a form?

  12. I had some weird leaves as well. Page 2 - Pineapple Express and Blue Cheese was from Barney's.

  13. One. I had a 300w COB, now added the 120w QB. QB at 75%, COB all on. Both 60cm away.

  14. I recall a member on this forum stating the twists could be due to temperature and/or RH, I also suspect it could be genetics. Especially if the other seedlings are the same age and are not doing the same. Is there perhaps a fan which blows directly over some of the plants or something to that affect?

  15. Oh, also found this on the Pineapple - Single top, double flower.

  16. I do believe quantum boards will be the dominant design as this is where most of the bigger players are focusing their efforts. That said, the differences are minor for the average home grower and I still happily grow with a blurple Mars-Hydro Mars II 1600.

  18. LED's are much more efficient than any other light on the market, except LPS, so a LED that has only a 250w draw, would be equivalent to something much higher than an equivalent HPS pullling the same draw ..

  19. This is not a bad light. Check on autoflower.net. they grow some nice bud with these type of lights. But when you compare it to other lights you must consider the real pull from the plug. Thus if you work out your gram per watt then you must divide your grams by 240 and not 1200. And don't expect to get the same yield as a 1000w gavita. Expect the same as a 250w HPS. 22. Holy Shit this topic just got so technical all of a sudden.[emoji432][emoji432][emoji432] That is THE reason I don't go with hydro, ec and all that stuff. I'll just stick to my Organic ways and keep reading on this and keep wondering..... [emoji848] But if my 2c made any change ([emoji52])...... I also like the praying leaves Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk

  23. Very tidy indeed. Don't know if the additional timeframe needed for that much training is worth the effort vs more plants and less training... Soon we will probably be limited to 5 plants or so in which case this may be the way to go... Sent from my CLT-L29 using Tapatalk

  24. It will depend on the chip spectrum. If there full spectrum chips, it will only have one switch. If there are vegging and flowering spectrum chips, they often seperate them. I run 100w full spectrum chips and happy with the results. Sent from my CLT-L29 using Tapatalk

  26. Praying leaves = 110% (Perfect plant metabolism) If the light are too close, too intense, too hot, your leaves will cower away, and burn. Those tips are saying your ec is too high. The fact that your leaves are praying shows it's a minor issue. Just cut back on feeding. Skip a few feeds and just water.

  27. Update on the ebb & flow conversion. Everything is installed and working, just figuring out the timing. I don't have another digital timer, so may just do 10 mins every 2 hours on a switch timer, that's on the main daylight timer. I will switch to fabric pots for next, and maybe switch medium to leca.

  29. Have been smoking the Amnesia Auto XXL (1) the last 3 weeks (has been in glass jars for about 8 weeks) Definitely a sativa dominate smoke (what I was looking for). Currently my only smoke and I often find myself cleaning or doing tasks after I had a some. I procrastinate a lot and this really helps get me going.
