Seeds available for testing: Vanilla Kush Cookies F1 IBL Gen Very limited, indoors. Kush Cookies F2 Gen Indoors and outdoors, but some phenos might have massive colas so keep an eye out for butrot. Giant Cookie Bird - Mystery Sativa x KushCookies F1 Outdoors, some phenos could be grown inside, but as the name suggests, they are giants. Terpene profiles on all these have been very special. Reply to this thread if you are interested, then I will PM you with details. PLEASE NOTE - Members with grow diaries that include frequent updates will be chosen first. I hope everybody is cool with that as I will send out the seeds at my cost and you will receive some dank genetics on the house. @420SA - Just a tag to let you guys know3 points

Okay okes, in my very much beginning years I also wanted to try little sideline projects where you mess with the plants, smells etc. Here is what I can tell you. If you want to play with artificial flavours well smells, not really flavours, take your ready to harvest plant, leave it in its dark cycle so nutrients and moisture cruize down to the roots. I normally leave mine in a dark tent for 24 hours. Cut the branch youre wanting to screw with and immediately put it in an 'essence', vanilla caramel lemon or whatever, then place it in your window for 10mins or so after which you can hang it to dry. The cutting will absorb some essence as it now tries to pull liquids back in because it's 'daytime'. Most of the smell will go away during the drying process but it does give it I hint of whatever essence you used. The same can be done with food colouting, but again, minimal effect. You could al add some humidity to your already dried herb using a lemon peel, which also makes you think your herb smells like lemon, perhaps it does, but does nothing worth mentioning for the taste Downers: You are allowing your about to be dried flowers to suck up a bunch of liquid just before that have to dry, mold risk You are adding stuff that's not supposed to be there, it does make for a scratchier smoke. It's effort compared to buying the right strain the first time around. Each strain has its own flavours, colors and vibes. Experiment with different strains, even a properly grown bagseed can be an excellent smoke. Sent from my CLT-L29 using Tapatalk3 points

Something a little different... I present to you, the Thrip and the Thrip poop. Found it wandering on my Mint OG, I almost lost it while trying to snap the picture as it jumped. The plants have since been drenched in pyrol and neem.3 points

Yup... Once I saw the little root I was over traumatizing the poor thing, so I put it in the cloner to start healing and growing. And hehehe... It was under a little cup for humidity...it really freaked out when I first took it out the bankie. But those 2 dots... Aren't seeds, they are just permanent marker marks for strain identification while in the bubbler2 points

@Totemic Ive been looking for specific chillies that I dont have yet. Will def need that hookup. I ordered some reapers, 7pot primos, scotch bonnets and ghost peppers and kind of dont know what happened to those seeds since collecting them. Been reluctant to order ever since. Started harvesting in the meantime and built up a pretty big seed collection without the hassle of paying for less seeds. Only issue is finding exotic peppers.1 point

Yip, unfortunately are on the money. Those are balls below the pistils. Shit happens to all of us. Chopped a large plant yesterday, it went into preflower, good pistil development and yesterday afternoon I noticed some balls. Didn't want to chance it with 4 other girls in various stages of flower. systemic is never a good idea. you need to look at the causes: high humudity - what can you do to drop this below 45%? are you spraying your plants at night? stop, try keep the leaves dry, watch for where they sweat & trim to avoid. Are you growing in a tent? if so & you have had pm continuously, then the spores are more likely all over the tent, so you'd need to sterilise everything, filters, fans, pots, watering systems, every surface, all tools etc & replace all ducting. same thing for an indoor room. outdoors, look at your other plants in the garden, treat them the same way as your cannabis plants. also look for PM resistant strains etc. Once you've done everything you can to kill existing spores then IPM, prevention is better than cure1 point

I also suspect a wire or something in that line. It was sorted out but then I accidentally bumped the light and after that it started again. I think one of the driver is the culprit. I checked the cable and replaced it with a new one, just to be sure. I need to open the light to do proper investigation but cant really right now. Scared that I might fuck something up and then I don't have a light for flowering. I'm in the process of getting a new light for flowering and when that comes around thn I'll feel more comfortable about opening it up and all. I checked the earth and it good, but need to open it to be sure Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk1 point

Dewd... 97v to earth is a shit ton! But luckily it's pretty easy to fix. Sounds like either the fittings isn't earthed properly (illigal and unlikely) More likely is the cable you are using from the wall is not connected to earth. Swap for a extention cable with an earth and the shocking feeling will go away1 point

Good morning mr.Smelly brother I see like me it's the cloning business that we get into this time of season, i got a cpl WW clones I dipped in a new product called canna roots roots gel or something it's now replaced the Clonex brand which has been discontinued.. I normally favour fresh aloe and cinnamon powder as my rooting agents and something new I want to try from another grower who mentioned using fresh shoots from a willow tree which have been steeped/slow boil and drain and use that on cut clones.. but the willow tree is in someone else's garden and the rooster over there is worse than the fooking dog... Ive been using a dome on mine but I think I'm going to do my cheese clones dome off this next time round .....hope it's a blessed weekend for ya mr.Smelly...1 point

Hi @Oolong83 there is a few possible scenarios in my mind. It could be a genetic trait, what usually gets referred to as a freak or mutant. It could also be that the soil is still too hot for whatever reason, decomposing matter, fresh ammendments, etc. If it is getting the exact same soil as other plants could be that it is more sensitive to nutrients and experiencing a kind of deformity or clawing (similiar to hot soil) as it sometimes get referred to. A bit early so I might be wayyy offf, peace and buds bro.1 point

2 weeks in and she is still standing strong. There is no new growth but she isn't wilting either. The 2 cutting behind her is Red Cherry Berry. They are a few days behind the Shiskaberry but they pushed a little new growth on top. Not to sure if it's starting to grow or maybe just some stored energy... The temps has dropped again due to the rain but I don't feel the need to use the heating mat. Little paranoid that I'll dry the soil out to quick and damage roots Sent from my FIG-LX1 using Tapatalk1 point

Week 6 Flowering It is the start of week 6, pictures are from day 36 flowering (last night). The last week was not ideal in the HilbillyBox for the ladies, i had two days where It hit over 30 degrees, even though im flowering them during the night. RH has been between 60% - 75%, not a ideal week 5. :( The BlueberryKush stretchy pheno is clawing on some of the leaves, maybe a bit sensitive to N, the Chocolope is happy and doing her thing. Just feeding some half strength nutes with more P and K now.1 point

Yeah, that is a male. It has nothing to do with pollen, a seed will either be male or female and that is before you even germinate it. Either will work, trays or pots. I prefer to go straight into pots and not transplant as often - unless I am struggling with space.1 point
