  1. Good evening It's good to be here. I'm a long time accustomed to cannabis, but I'm a first time grower so I'm really keen on increasing my knowledge in growing and making new friends here. Regards Mr Nice Guy Oh and you all have a good evening now...

  9. Some pics of the GDP! @420SA I cannot upload anymore pictures, it's telling me I have a limit of 117.19MB - is this limit for all pictures uploaded or per thread?

  10. So last night I decided to harvest the Bruce Banner and GDP. Man oh man, do they both have a heavy smell! The BB smells rather cheesy to me the GDP is very similar with a slight difference. The Bruce Banner, a very sexy looking plant. The polyploid looks awesome and the fade and colour on the leaves looks phenomenal I think. The stems could not hold up the weight, the stems were not very strong on this BB for some reason. Here you can see the stem of the polyploid mutation vs a normal stem. It looks like a flat HDMI cable in a way: I will post the GDP pics shortly.

  11. Hi guys. Been busy with harvesting and reseting. Will be flipping the girls in a few days and will take pics at day 1. 1 of my wedding cake has a crazy mutation i.e. 4way branching at each node. It's growing very vigorously but I'm a bit concerned about it's stability as it's an S1. I really wish I knew how to get my hands on some quality regular seeds. Suggestions? (Pls don't state the obvious Dutch passion, barneys farm, etc). Alternatively if I could make some grower friends locally that we can share genetics. My Gorilla Girl and Sweet orange cookies are quality cuts. Can't afford decent LEDS so for now I'm running 1000W HPS with magnetic ballasts. I've been using the cheap acdc hps lamps with decent success. Nutrients is my other headache atm. Really battling to find a more cost effective way that works how it's supposed too. Peace brothers...

  13. So I finally got around to harvesting the Daquari Lime and the seeds she has provided too! I got a few more seeds than pictured below, I started by trying to pick out as many seeds as I could and then I did the bus wash and trim, got a few more during trimming and may even find a few more when I finally give it a try - she was not heavily seeded which is perfectly fine by me considering I do not need stupid amounts of seeds from her. I only used around 4 or 5 pollen sacs and spread the pollen with my sticky fingers. Seeds are nice and large!

  14. So I cut down the Tropicana this weekend as it was ready, the rest not quite. The GDP appears to be the next plant which will get chopped. Yield on the Tropicana seems a little disappointing, although it is frosty AF and the quality of the trim is insane! I am keeping the Tropicana trim separate, I plan on making some oil from it - so no easy way to measure the potency or yield form the trim unfortunately. Below are some pics just before harvesting, I also did a bud wash just to ensure the buds are nice and clean!

  15. Morning 420SA, Cookie Birds are spreading their wings. Defs the fastest growers of the bunch at this stage. Unfortunately we lost one, seems to have damped off.(bottom right) They have also only had rain water so far. Se la vie. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

  17. @Bospatrollie2 thanks for the welcome and advice bud, yep I'm definitely going to get better soil soon. To be honest I didnt really plan properly on growing them, but now since they up, I kinda want them to grow into something I can be proud of you know.

  18. Hey Mr nice guy Welcome to the forum. Plenty knowlegable people here. I grow outdoors with my own soil. As you know that ''soil'' brand is not highly regarded for reasons. (wtf [emoji16]) What I can see is that the bottom 2 seedlings are struggling and presenting with burnt leaf tips/crispy tips. Possibly due to the soil ph or the soil being too 'hot'. Most cannabis seedlings don't need any nutrients at all for the first 3 weeks- only water. (Not even epsom) Would suggest transplanting to a more suitable medium like Freedom farms or Organics matter if possible. Cheers. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

  19. Thanks for the kind welcome everyone... I have 4 plants (Gorilla Glue) growning outdoor currently. I got them from a bud that had them from a year ago's expo. They were all dropped in soil on the same day. 01/09/2019 They were planted in culterra potting soil Just watering with epson salts and tap water for now. I'll open a grow diary and upload better pics as soon as I can. Cheers
