  1. Whats Up Cannabis lovers, Farmer Brown here. Not big on Sharing but here goes. I have a few new projects I am starting that I am excited about! So I have decided to work with a good old South African Genetic. Durban Poison as the Female and currently doing some pheno hunting for a very old school Afghanica male from a few beans. I do have an 80s Skunk pheno mother that I would like to cross as well, also working with CBD Moby dick (Dinafem) and original Cannatonic (Resin Seeds) (family member is need of some quality meds), Looking to pull a decent Durban Poison male as well to do some CBD lines. Just finished crossing a Blue Widow female and Blue Kush Berry Male I picked out of a few beans Smelly Joe sent me a while back (shout out to @Smelly Joe) Looking to continue with that line busy growing a few out for the F2 at the moment. Number of other strains that I have growing but not thinking of working on those just yet. I have a small space with 18 hours of LED light and use the sun to flower at the moment. Cheers Guys, Happy Growing. So many seeds, so little time, so little space.

  2. Since the last update, Chempie #2, is still towering above the other two but has caught up and started producing some serious frost. Since spraying the plants to try and rid of WPM one last time, some of the pistils on these girls have been burnt. The contrast between the green and orange looks insane though. #1 and #3 are still ahead in terms of bud production, their buds are well on their way to being very fruitful. Mainly getting OG terps off these girls, particularly gas/earthy. Chempie #2 #2 Chempie #3 Chempie #1 Ive made a batch of LAB and Banana FFJ, girls are getting 1ml/l once a week. Otherwise just ph'd water.

  3. Happy Friday all, drink and smoke time!!! The clones have rooted after two weeks ( winter four weeks ) and are in the DWC system looking a bit pale. These are the 6th generation clones. (the six in the back) The front row is the Bag seed Purple Haze, took cutting of each of them and put them to clone and flower mode to determine sex two weeks ago, still waiting on God for flower signs! Found these eggs on the Purple Haze girls.... was a bit worried until I saw the mom. Mom hiding under desk, Moths not a sign of good luck? The below four girls (generation 5) are in week one flowering, have created a support system where eventually the heavy branches can rest on. Enjoy

  4. So this is something I have been wondering about for a while, at which point does a grow stop being classified as "organic"? I think we can all agree that if growing in some living organic soil and watering with organic nutes, you are growing organically - right? Now a lot of people use chemicals as part of their grow in various ways, at which point is it no longer classified as being organic? When you start using PH up / PH down in your nute mixes? When you start using CalMag? Perhaps when you use a bloom booster which is not organic - majority are not from what I have noticed. What about if you use coco / perlite instead of soil? What if you are growing in organic, living soil but feed with synthetic / powder nutes? Perhaps you use a product like florakleen to help flush? Perhaps you use a combination of organic nutes and synthetic / powder nutes? Share your opinion at where you would draw the line.

  5. I decided to take one of my c99 clones and experiment with store bought Colloidal silver. The required ppm seems to be a debatable topic, ranging from 18ppm to 100ppm. For the purpose of this experiment I will be using Biosil 20ppm. Let's see how it goes. Sent from my CLT-L29 using Tapatalk

  6. Will be growing three plants, each one in a different medium, i.e. Just Cannabis, Freedom Farms & The Grow Station. Would have liked to grow more than one plant per medium but money and space is limited. Seeds were soaked for 24H and planted today in 1.5l pots with FF Seedstarter. Although both JC & TGS states that their soil is good from seed to harvest, I don't want to take chances.. They will be transplanted to 20l Fabric Pots and start off with only feeding with water and maybe adding some tea. Biobizz on standby if needed.

  7. Hello @PsyCLown Helderberg region outside of Cape Town, is where I'm based. I appreciate your offer of guidance, having never done this before. So, I have a micro garden, which gets some limited sun each day. Fortunately I work from home and was thinking of getting some big heavy duty bags with handles which will allow me to hump my girls around as the sun moves. I don't know if that is feasible. I just know that I need to provide them with lots of sunlight. Pleasant young barkeep at my new local passed a small bag of about 20 seeds over the counter to me today. So I might just practice with some of them for the time being. It was a nice gesture.

  8. Well I'm going to be giving synthetic nutes a go now to see how it compares. Although I've got my living organic soil which I'm still using for now. I'm not worried about being 100% organic right now. I'm more curious as to how much wiggle room everyone feels is acceptable before a grow should no longer be classified as organic? 19. Could those be sacks? I think they're tiny little sacks. Still in vegging mode, extended the veg spraying by a week due to a few days that I had to leave town... [emoji4] Sent from my CLT-L29 using Tapatalk
