Hi guys and gals.. wanted to say Hi and present myself. No South African, just here since 2001.. here = CT Had my first joint 34 years ago, planted my first seeds 32 years ago and ran my first indoor setup 26 years ago. Love weed.. can't deny it.. Uhh and I am a non-alcoholic.. for me is just weed, nothing else I have 3 tents: 2.4x2.4 4/20 lights (vegetative section runs over 12v battery inverter, Mars 144 Veg setting, one 100Ah battery runs one 144 3.5 hours, Eskom) 1.2x1.2 12/12 lights 1.2x60 dry tent with AC inside, 18C, 50% Using Mars lights (TS-3000(3) and 144(2)) If I have to describe me in 3 words: Quality over Quantity My preferred smoke: GSC Total Autoflower fanatic.. only do feminized, when the strain has no Auto version yet. But you can't beat potency of a Auto, pumping 20 hours (or more) of energy inside is a huge difference. I grow hydro (rock wool) or Soil (Freedom Farms, green bag), never done coco ^^ a bit the opinion.. you want it easy, you go soil, you don't have the balls to go hydro, you go coco Happy growing1 point

If you click on that link it will take you directly to the product with all the information, it's available at most nurseries. You'll even see a picture on the box a browning conifer. I've heard two things, the conifer likes acidy soil not a lot of compost and that can be a response of a kind of root damage, or it could be because of a humidity / airflow problem and if there's like morning frost or the conifer get's soaked with water too often and the water or moisture never escapes the inside branches and they basically die of suffocation or rather lack of needed fresh air, but it's not a mold or a insect.1 point

It could be a number of things really. Change of season, fungi bacteria or the soil. Can you take it to a local nursery to ask opinion??? I saw similar problem with a conifer at a bonsai show and heard them talking about conifers needing acidic soil.... I'll ask around and browse1 point

This net house does give some protection from the wind. I placed 80% shade cloth on the side my wind comes from and this protects the plants.1 point

Weed is like wine.. you store and cure it, it will improve in taste and smoke quality tremendously. Seriously, is like day and night. All weed I smoke, is at least 2 months cured. Those Bovida bags I bought once, 5 years ago... and use the same since. If a bag gets "grainy" from the crystallized salts, the bag(s) get their own vacuum container with a little cotton ball wet with water. When the bags are nice and elastic again, they go into the normal vacuum storage jar with the others and moisten out evenly over the next month till I use them again. So 5 years ago I invested something like 1000 Rand into bags and use them since.. 200 Rand a year, isn't really a wallet cruncher I blow 1000 Rand a month fertilizer into my plants.. is a huge waste not to cure that or you smoke your own nutrition's. Like good wine.. if you don't let it stand and ripe in perfect conditions, your 200$ bottle of wine is just vinegar in the beginning, after the right amount of time, you get a unbelievable smooth and tasty experience. Cure your weed! I think the drying and curing process is the most neglected tasks by most growers.. and has the biggest impact on your buds taste.1 point

I am certain its legal here in SA. It might be classifed as an invasive, there is a very similar plant in my garden, beautiful purple flowers to, just has hairy leaves. I am sure it is not indigenous and considered invasive, so divine sage will would fall under that. Legally, I think it is banned in a couple countries or states in america. @CreX So to the guys who rate Cannapax is illegal dont you dare consider planting it in your garden, wait till government passes laws to make it legal. Just a sick joke, spread it far and wide.1 point

The smell is absolutely awesome! At 1st it had a stink bitter fragrance but 3 days or so ago there's a very strong fruity aroma! I cant place exactly what fruit just yet but its VERY pungent! Otherwise all good, still no nutes, just tap water... I know I said I'll defoliate them but never got around to it yet... The sativa smells the frutiest of the bunch and grows much faster...1 point

Its definitely Sativa, as for what it is, no idea. All these seeds I got from 2 friends. Out of the Indica strains, 2 are either Skunk and one is cheese or vice versa and then the Sativa. I'm still just growing these for pure fascination more than anything else. My only aim with these are to see them flower buds! If all goes to plan I'll most probably sample some of it and give the rest away once dried and trimmed. I also haven't fed them any other nutes besides the Kelpak since more than a month ago. The soil and plain old tap water does its thing nicely! The indicas are more tight knit, low and bushy while the Sativa even after all of them was topped seems to grow at a much faster rate1 point
