Two days before full moon, and my Choco NL F4 seeds are being planted today. Got gifted Ghost Train Haze #1 seeds, hoping for a decent male and female among them. Interested to see how these two would breed together.6 points

Yeah, Postnet use Aramex... If you were going to use Aramex they have those store to door dropboxes which are meant to be overnight and costs the same as Postne to Postnet. Although if they notice the smell coming from your package, you may be in trouble. I was speaking to one of the guys at my local Postnet when shipping a thermometer to someone and we somehow ended up on the topic of drugs, I think he asked me what I was shipping as they have to always ask so I opened the box to show him what was inside. Apparently if they suspect it may be dodgy and he says it's often quite blatant the person is trying to hide something they tell the courier guys to check the parcel when they come to pick it up. Now I doubt every Postnet employee really cares and does this, but it certainly does happen. Postnet wouldn't be my first choice if I were to ever ship bud. I wouldn't recommend it either.1 point

Thought of sharing this beautiful speciman of a plant that was grown by a pro, if I could show you more pictures. A lesotho highlands landrace. Harvested this yesterday and really looking forward to the smoke. Not getting many smells, but sure it will come out in the curing. Not my grow but been following this guy for years.1 point

@Naughty.Psychonaut I hear you. If this lockdown has done anything for me it's made me seek out some genuine ways of downsizing to just the things I really want and moving closer to a self-sustainable lifestyle. Can't make any moves just yet though.. I suppose one could, but with the lack of jaja in my life currently I'm a bit of a loose cannon and don't want to lose my head and clap a cocky police officer and lose my freedom.. not a self sustainable outcome Whatever game the powers that be are playing is really messed up though.1 point

Could not agree more! On a biblical note, the 5G thing is linked to the marking of the beast story. The whole, mark on the left hand that will ultimately identify us by Radio Frequency ID technology, thing... Been talking to the rastas and they starting to make some heeeectic sense... for some reason we like to think they're not very well educated, for someone with a business orientated attitude it might seem like it, but for people who have watched the world evolve and "grow" they have been sticking true to their roots, learning and living with nature our only true teacher and healer. If you say they're not very well educated, they predicted all this and if this was all part of a bigger plan, the smartest thing we could've ever done was turning away from technology and economics and being humble and greatfull for what we have. Giving thanks to our mother and not some "god" and living life for the reality of living and not competing in a rat race. Sooo maybe it's not about educating the kids better, but just differently and about different things. Even if this lockdown brings any positivity, I hope it turns people onto self sustainability. None but ourselves can free our mind.1 point

Insane is definitely a stretchier strain especially when she flowers out. Looking good though bro would just take the advice given and lower your p.h! If you still gonna switch in the next week or so then flush your plants before the switch and then lower p.h and continue to increase the further you go in flower but then again I would again take the advice and veg a bit longer.1 point

Have been giving this some thought, how about the prizes go to "best diaries", which the judges can deliberate over scrutinize plants etc, but in saying 420sa is looking for the best diary, gives the incentive for growers to be op it. BTW well done on the previous competitions guys, thought it was pretty cool regardless, and paving the way for SA CannaCulture1 point

Sadly she was stressed. All her seeds will be female. All her offspring will hermi. She's not worth keeping.1 point

I will be tuning in. When it comes to this stuff I like to start it off just making this clear, I know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I agree with @420SA always a good thing to investigate things kept in the dark and even more so if it's something that has such direct impact on so many of our lives. On that note, anyone heard anything about the asian lady that came out end of last year already, saying she was part of a medical research team and got some hectic info and started to warn people about literally everything that's happening right now? And now it's nothing, she's just MIA. She explained that at first there will be drastic measures taken to "prevent the disease from spreading" while media does what it's always doing, confusing the heck out of people while the governments acrually go around making money off the "disease". All in all, just a bio-weapon or a form of population control as we haven't had any wars or forms mass murders in a while and you can't send a disease to prison and it will be the least controversial, universally, than creating another hitler or some crazy dude that makes a hero of himself killing taking the lives of a bunch of people. My opinion is that, well we all know money rules us and we depend on it way too much, and this pandemic has made it very clear that the structure of our society is as out of balance as it could be. The more I read about this "situation" it just seems the world is kind of in debt, somehow, eventhough we all know it's just suffering from greed. According to the 1% the world is in need of another recession and a halt of the whole economic structure will do just that. Two birds one stone. My question is, are we all gona go back to square one when this is all over? Are we gona learn anything from this?1 point

At last managed to complete the harvest of this outdoor GKB lady. Spread it out over a couple of days based on trich colours as we tried to aim for the best flavour and potency. Wouldnt have been able to trim all her buds in one day anyway. Mother nature wasn't on our side either, rainy days, butterflies, worms and budrot. Fought them as best we could, but we paid a bit of tax. The buds were sticky with good resin produnction with a refreshing, spicy, herby scent. Will do a dry weight when they go to the jars. It took a while but the cheese clone is finally pushing some normal looking growth. Top dressed her with a bit of worm castings/compost I found lying around (good advice from @SkunkPharm). Top dressed the Hawaiian with this as well and added straw mulching. The Hawaiian is budding nicely and I'm happy with how she is performing with colder nights and less than optimum conditions. Fed her a light dose of biotrissol 3.1.5 , root juice and kelp. She has a kind of sour pineapple scent to her, just from smelling the flower. When rubbed it's more of a banana pineapple vibe going on. Hoping I can get her to maturity1 point
