The thing is just to be more discreet about it, these guys are def running operations, you don't just happen to have a huge bag of nice ass weed packaged in your for no reason driving up and down, guy got grilled and shaked down hard , they always hungry for anything! Crime is rife all over , I would love a forest in my house as much as everyone. Until the writing is kinda set in stone, I will always have that slight paranoid feeling......2 points

It's been a while since I've harvested so I should probably close this diary off with some pics Crescendo: Great strain start to finish. Has fruity smell , like over ripe fruit , great taste and balanced high. High quality genetics! Sensi Star: This one is interesting. Came out extremely sweet smelling with a slight hint of spice. Guess I didn't get the "metallic" smelling pheno. Effects wise it's also an interesting plant , although it's a solid indica the high is very much like one would get from a sativa , might harvest slightly later if I ever grow it again ... I don't find that this one puts me to sleep whatsoever. This plant yeilded like crazy and was 100% wpm resistant which is awesome! GBOF: Weird strain this. Although covered in trichomes the buds have very little smell. They smell like cut grass , when crushed there is some minty grape aroma that gets released but not as intense as the name would suggest. The smoke is very smooth and the high is pleasant and uplifting. The plant produced very long thin buds with good density which is cool. Final Comments: I liked the diversity of the three different strains. Each plant was totally unique morphology, smell, and effect. I would definitely wan't to try and grow out some more sensi star to see if I can find some of the other interesting phenos. The crescendo pretty much produced exactly what the breeder description said which is great! I rate I will definitely buy some ethos gear again. And the grape balls of fire was a great yielding stable plant which gives me confidence to try some other local gear in the future.2 points

The completely clear rolling paper is known as glass wrap I believe. I have a few left after using 2 from a box a long time ago... They've been sitting in the cupboard for over a year now [emoji23][emoji23] I'm pretty sure the Silver Riz mentioned above are Rizla's Slim papers. Sent from my POCOPHONE F1 using Tapatalk1 point

The RAW 12" paper has never let me down hey... Rolled and smoked about 5 or 6 to date. Its a slight mission if you're rolling it alone - I roll the 12" with the weed in it, not roll the cone and fill - but the paper burns even if you pack the joint right. If you've got someone to help you it's a lot easier - they can hold the paper box open in a 'V' to support the rest of the joint while you form and roll it. OCB is now my brand of choice... I used to love the RAW unbleached papers with the cross print on them, they burnt extremely well and hardly have a taste, but the quality became wildly inconsistent in my country as of the past year or so with the papers burning unevenly, glue unsticking and the odd tear when rolling just where the smoking tip is. OCB Slim (Black) & Super Slim (Blue) are what I look for in stores now. I've tried the new Rizla, but I still don't like it. It still has a bit of that signature taste of the older bleached pure white Rizla papers. The old Rizla is almost as thick as printing paper, lmao [emoji23] Sent from my POCOPHONE F1 using Tapatalk1 point

Getting her daily dose of sunlight earlier today. I have no idea when I should flip her and start with the flowering nutes. Any suggestions?1 point

^^ If I get something stable out, you get a bag of fresh seeds from the alpha bitch to do your own thing.. will cross with ruderalis.. so you will get the auto version back.. if things work out. But should keep me busy for the next 1-2 years I am not over loaded with space, but I should be able to run batches of 25 to select from. Rest.. what do I know hehehe I am in CT1 point

Yeah.. I can help you if you have the space and would like to do some pheno hunting.. I'll help you out if you prepared to share some of the fruits.. Swazi Seeds and some Malawi. These are old seeds.. Collected from township Swazi Suppliers in the early 2000s but one of them I have a thread on.. Corona... A batch from 2003. Where you based?1 point

It comes down to the criteria we judge the pictures against and this is posted on the first post of each competition. Point #1 is originality, we look for pictures which we feel are original and creative. Something you don't see everyday. @trichomechaser you take some amazing pictures and I've stated this multiple times before. Although as has already been mentioned, the type of pictures you typically take are not exactly original or creative in the sense that it feels like something out of a breeders catalogue - go browse some seedbank sites and you'll see a lot of similar pictures showing off a flowering plant. This isn't a competition about who has the best bud shot or best looking flowering plant, it's the best snapshot. I didn't start these comps and was not involved in starting them up or the criteria the pictures are judged on, although I feel they're quite fair. If it were about who had the best budshot then the plant(s) you're growing would play a big role and you'd need a decent setup to get studio quality pictures. This competition needs to be fair for as many people as possible. It's still a competition so unfortunately using a cellphone from 10 years ago with a 2MP camera probably won't cut it as the picture quality will be pretty shitty. Some photography skill certainly plays a role but I'd not the only determining factor as well as the type of camera one uses, I suspect majority of pics are taken with peoples cell phones anyway and that's perfectly fine, although it needs to be in focus at least. This is the criteria the pictures are judged on.1 point

You can. I do not have experience with Autos nor do I have fond memories of trying a batch. None the less.. If you stagger your germination of four seeds every 3 weeks for 3 mnts, for example.. you'll be able to have a pretty decent perpetual grow going through winter and have you enough dank till a propper photoperiod harvest in October and this time next year.. 20 propper gene autos will do the trick as long as you have desent soil.. They do not need much nute wise but good soil is key. Be prepared to spend money on good seeds. Don't bugger arround with cheap seeds. There is allot of knowledge on Autos on the forum and guys with lank experience.. Read some of their Threads.. @CreX is one of the guys that has fire auto grow diaries. Greenhouse will work depending on what part of the country you are from. Anything is possible.1 point

Anything that helps keep the frost off will help a lot. Although there hasn't been that much frost in Joburg the last couple of winters. Make sure they're getting lank daylight. Might get some purps from the low temps. SkunkPharm is right about thinking about summer in your design. Poly/plastic green house materials can limit airflow and heat release in summer. Hoop houses are soooo easy and quick to assemble.1 point

https://2fast4buds.com/news/top-10-autoflowering-strains-for-cold-climates This might help with a bit of info. I have a buddy growing only autos, and it seems like the Ruderalis genes are a bit more cold hardy than a lot of the photoperiods around. They should also get a bit bigger in veg vs a photoperiod planted in winter. Hope this helps a little1 point

Hoop house. Is probably the easiest to build. There are lots of plans and videos on the net. Green house plastic is cheap and eazily obtained. If you want a more permanent structure the clear polycarbonate roof sheets with plastic or net sides. You must also think how would this structude be cooled in summer. Mabe construct it so that the sides can be raised in summer for better ventilation.1 point

Frankenstein OG This top cola was so big I had to bend her away from the light.......but she bounced back with a round house kick of freaky foxtails. Basically if you smoke this weed you will instantly become a member to every club that was ever invented, worldwide, because you will be awesome.1 point
