I topped one, which was on her own mission and 2 stayed rather short but rest formed a rather nice and even canape them self. I only removed leaves the plants were giving up and didn't disturb them in any way possible.

I agree that an intake fan is a waste, as long as there is some way for passive air intake (I like using the Secret Jardin light baffles, they're filters and allow for better air intake without any light leaks). Air circulation inside the tent is important, a cheap solution is to get one of those box fans - they're easy to mount and help circulate the air as it has the cover on the front which turns to direct the airflow around the tent . A single fan for exhaust is sufficient too, it's not a large tent. I assume you have a 4" or 6" fan, which should be perfect. Airy bud as mentioned are likely down to light and/or genetics.

Really upto you, if you're in a hurry you could flip now but a day or two won't make a massive difference imo but they're at the point where they'll now start to explode in terms of growth. Your tent looks nice and full and they'll stretch in flower too. They may not be very tall plants, but that's not an issue really. As long as they're trained well and you defoliate nicely to ensure good light penetration it shouldn't be too much of an issue and I don't see it hurting yields all that much. The method is.. don't disturb the plant. I topped on because she was just on her own mission. Had 2 rather shorter ones, the rest formed a even canape. If you want to give a name to my method.. bud on bud. I don't use a net, as then I can't move them anymore to easy feed. My pots stand pot on pot, 28cm pots (swapped to square now so I get em better stacked when young). the heavy leaning ones I just put against the tent wall. I was busy with the outdoor harvest, so I couldn't give those lots of attention and it proved again.. what ever we test, defoiling, topping,.. a unstressed auto yields 20% more. I put things below the small pots to raise them to even the canape. Is really all I do in that direction. My feeding tables are adapted to 8, 10 and 12 weeks. The seeds drop into fertilized water.. and never give pure water till flush. Lights, Mars TS 3000 20/4 Have 3 air circuits handling temp and moisture (room and tent). Freedom Farms and my own compost from the garden heap pots were standing 3x4, used 1 TS on those

How many plants? How long were they vegged for? What light are you using again? Meduim used? Nutes used? I don't want to sound cynical... But 1kg from untrained plants in a 1x1 space is just highly improbable Gotta see some pics And I also don't want to put you down either... But if you truly did get just under a kilo in a 1x1... Then you need to teach us this method

I don't see the stretch being much of a problem, worst case put together something to ensure the seedling stays upright until it starts to strengthen up and can support itself again - which is typically a few days at most. Use the CFL's for now since you already have them and then switch over to the QB once you receive it and just run it on low power and you can run it relatively close to the seedlings too if you'd like. EDIT: If you already have CFL's, and a QB on the way, I don't think you need to waste money on an ACDC light.

I don't have anything additional, I don't feel it is an issue. Like small pests such as thrips could possibly fit through but its unlikely that will happen. You'd need to have a pest issue in order for that to happen.

I successfully vegged 13 plants into a jungle with just one of them. The prices of lighting is madness... This light is R400 and it will crush T5 and compact flourecent and strip lights Let me know if I need to put down more info on the light? This light puts out about half the light of a qb288 301b diodes. A QB 288 costs around 4k for everything if I'm not mistaken, draws 120w. Acdc don't have decent flowering lights... But my fuck... This FL-150-CW is great for veg and has a rediculously sweet price point

@TheUltimateNoob so I have some 3000K normal QB288's with LM301B diodes then I have some which are 3000K with LM301B diodes and some red diodes which I think are LM351H diodes. Honestly I do not notice any difference between the two, the amount of red in 3000k I feel is sufficient and I do not see much of a need for the extra red diodes. Also after watching a MiGro video about UV light, I feel that UV LED's are a waste and more marketing than anything else. EDIT: I would also not purchase from that Onlinegrowshop, this is based on what another member (cannot remember who) had posted with regards to what they use as heatsinks and the type of drivers they use etc.

Just get some led lights I have 4 x 9w leds for my clones. I just removed the covers. They are R200 each.

I would recommend getting a fan for inside the tent, you need to move air around. An intake fan I think is overkill and that money would be better put towards lights.

Well airy buds will have something to do with your lights or the genetics. What lights are you growing with? One fan oscelating fan should do the trick. Do you have a carbon filter on your fan?

Koi breeds are a science on its own. Bought them as a batch from an overstocked pond 8 yrs ago, paid peanuts. Have a few fish- Doitsu, Sanke, Goromo, Yamabuki Ogon and a Tancho- none are certified so basically not worth much. I have lost a few big fish over the years sadly (jumping and fisheagles) so far they've spawned twice for me. Largest current lady is about 3kgs-Doitsu. They were in a 7000lt pond before, but needed to be moved pronto after the divorce(ex wanted to fill the pond with sand) so made the Jojo plan.
