  4. Oooh, new equipment 1000ppfd is great, what's the specifics or link? My plan was to place my Chinese COB in the centre of my LEDS from GrowOpz, but using it as my seedling light, and wanted to purchase another light from GO, but I battle to put electricity in now days, so tight times. Nothing wrong with mixing the platforms, you get the best of both worlds. Can place the high power hps in center, which is centre specific, and LEDs around the outer edge to cater for the coverage and have no shadows, with each having different spectrums or color temps, and different levels. Picture for reference as I'm using the middle light for seedlings.

  6. Ah okay it looked like a wooden one I had at a stage. Yes then go weather strip, and or the magnetic route, which ever is easier to get hold of and does what you need.

  7. I can try the weather strip. Also, the frame of my cabinet is steel. I'd prefer not to hang the space blanket loose as it's quite noisy when the fan blows on it lol

  8. Okay, they seem decent and have covers over the LEDs so good for moisture or accidental touches. I'll be interested to see what you can do with these and how you go forward, and yes they are around 60cm away for best, mine are slightly closer but I watch the plants and where they happiest at. Please keep us posted on the progress

  10. Hi folks, Hoping I can get some guidance from forum members who might have had the same scenario. I have a friend that has to get a couple of clones down to CPT from PTA. He has decent packaging - Cannapro Live transport clone. Any trusted couriers for express that anyone knows of?

  12. @StickyD420 that setup is ridiculous electricity bill made me change This reflector takes up the whole tent. And the LED is pretty big too. Company from Durban put them together, really good oke. Can’t wait to use it! Ya I think half half will be good! How far you got yours from plants, 60cm it’s what I’m understanding.

  16. Welcome and keep us posted. Aquaponics is huge fun and interesting how only the fish poop feeds the plants, but not ideal for heavy bearing fruits tho, I did have some cannabis in it also besides the vegetables but mine needed more food, buts was abit fluffy. Sent from my F5321 using Tapatalk

  20. Sorry brother, Been thinking, and from your pictures, you have a reflective sheet, plus the space blanket. Maybe you have spare space blanket to hang inside the cupboard at the doors, like I mentioned the vinyl, and also seal the doors with the foam rubber strips. Then you get the added bonus of reflective surface all over, and also from these pictures, looks like you dont have much meat / surface that overlaps on the door to frame / case for that tape, but just an observation.

  21. What @Bakstein420 said. This way you are also sealing the cupboard of any passive air flow or entry, and gearing yourself towards the sealed unit for CO2 later and capable of holding it inside.

  22. @zolrooker yo bro. Some spongy double sided tape should work. Along the edges

  23. You can use a thick sheet or vinyl, hang it inside the case at the top and roll it up when needed.

  27. I run all my plants in organics, and if it's a plant for seeds I keep a full on organic approach. If it's a plant for bud, then I usually supplement MKP at an EC not really pushing past 0.8-1.0. From about 4 weeks, And then once again at 6 weeks.

  28. Goodness @oldsandals - it would be great to share some coffee and sead expressions for Natal plants. I am very keen on this project 1000HillsNursery is setting up for me to grow soil based trails to see if we cant uncover the Trophy again - DP. Check it out on the Club page - we have to find. @Prom I have 20 years' of landrace in a mix in my general outdoor sativa grow stable - not really anything else but best bag seed from each year. If it can help your cause, gooi numbers.
