Whats up guys! i have a new set of beans on the grow and i think its gonna be amazing! the lineage is mouthwatering and previous runs of the parents provided excellent results! i am posting this with my pc and will need to add pics with my phone, so keep posted! 12x Euphoric Banana 12x Ghiquita! both parents had some purple pops and high frost, so visually impressive buds before and after trimming. oh and they are regulars, so you know how it goes, ill hopefully get more than 50% female

Hi guys Unplanned trip up the coast, so update is a little late. Things are moving along really nicely. All plants got Topped 7 July, and reacted super well! See pics below of new growth at the node where i topped. I also took 2 clones the the Ethos Crescendo and got amazing root growth in 10 days flat. (pic below is at 10 days.) Did a full reservoir change on Wednesday. Now i'm running full-strength nutes at EC 1.6

Hey guys . So I figured ill move this from the new user thread and make a proper thread for the grow. This is how it all started . Planted 2 putins punch seeds directly from germination into the big pots . They got stunted pretty hard and barely grew for the 2 weeks . Bag seeds havent even broken ground yet at this point. As for the indoor tent setup where the putins were growing , light was not the best after downloading a lux meter ( yes I know not the right spectrum but gives you a rough idea ) . Light intensity was way down and got we worried. @CoolJ To the rescue . I asked if I could buy the cobs he ordered from aliexpress and he opted to give them to me . Baring in mind I splurged quite a bit on the setup this month it was a blessing . Thanx dude :D . On to after these pictures .... Here we are today . I took a chance and replanted the putins seeds into smaller pots .... Way smaller pots .Did some research after @Ill_Evan advice and I figured ill take a chance and see. They seem to be reacting well since over watering is no longer a problem and I feel the plant should develop a bit better in this . I was being as careful as I can not to disturb the roots and to be honest there wasnt even much root growth . Lesson learned . Photos small pots first . I hope these make it otherwise ill take it as a lesson and plant some more . As for the lighting situation . I am lucky to be in IT so I have access to a few extra parts . I present frankenlights. CPU cooler with some good thermal paste and a 12v fan . They run pretty cool for 16h on 8h off. Gonna run them for another week or so until I can build them into a proper frame and redo the wiring neatly. They do pump out a hella lot of light and it seems they are 3500k lights ( correct me if im wrong here , my chinglish is not the best ) Lastly just a big thanx to the community for being so welcoming and for the guidance . You guys are the best :D

Brought to us by the legendary Guy Richie. I just finished this movie and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Since being introduced to Guy Richie once I'd figured out the meaning of 'cunt' via Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, as well as the follow-up Snatch, I have always been a fan of his work and was caught by surprise that I hadn't picked up on this new addition up until recently. The marijuana theme was also a massive surprise. I hadn't watched a trailer or really knew who was in it, and I think I accidentally may have had the best experience out of anyone having been in this position The movie is full of fantastic one-liners and witty remarks, a zero bullshit attitude but a good chuckle was had a few times during the course of the film. If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, definitely check it out. If you've seen it, what did you think of it? I was going to link a trailer here, but after watching the trailer I've decided it would be an absolute disservice to anyone who hasn't picked up on the film yet. Do the right thing.

Every time you get the urge to water, tell yourself one more day. Pick the pot up every day until it feels 90% lighter than wet. It can get bone dry and feather light.

I agree, i only go the extra mile as i want to breed some autos. If a shop wants to import HEPA cloth directly, contact me, and i pass you the direct contact. I would prefer no import hassle too They ship to registered companies in SA too. I wouldnt stress to much about the air intake, if you just run feminized plants. If you have males on the property, you have a bit more hassle to watch out for.

I had same issue, my dad in Germany solved it. He gets 10m HEPA cloth on a roll. Bit to much, but i will get 4m2 to start, i wanna put it in my intake window directly. So i check import cost, if reasonable, i check to get some more. Problem... Post Office

Week 7ish. So I've decided to build a bigger cabinet by slapping 2 shelving units together and use 1 of the other cabinets as a veg box. Trying to improve the lighting somehow. I've attached cfl's and a led tube light permanently and the shelving I'll lower as the plants grow. Not the ideal way to use cfl's, I know, but hoping I'll get better light distribution than my previous setup. Oh, by the way, my plants have been on 12/12 for about a week now. I have also started chatting with @growopz to see what he can do for me concerning LED's on a very small budget.

I in fact switched from Google Chrome to..*cringes*..Microsoft Edge and swapped the search engine from Bing to DuckDuckGo. Me I was super skeptical at first, but not only is my pc a little bit more swift, I feel a little bit more secure too.

So we have some Good news... some Not so good newd and then some darn right crap. I Harvested some Plants Yay!!! Some have been dried and cured for about a week now. Meaning its not cured of course but who the fck waits longer to taste.. aaaah not me the first one is the LSP... i absolutely love this strain!!! I tasted Sugarbreath. If this this what its like now i cant wait for fully cured. I smoke a lot so tolerance high AF. this put me on my ass. im impressed. The not so good news. My citradellic Hermied, pollinated my other plants a little. some a little more than others. But im not to worried. they still frosty AF. NOW the darn with baaaaad Eskom!!!! Wtf man! sub stations blowing. loadshedding during fckn lockdown. naaah come on this is a conspiracy to fck all indoor growers. im sure. its that illegal tobacco industry thats waging war on us law abiding pot growers!!! this is an atrocity!

Aweh fellow greenfingers, The winter chills are upon us but, grow we will. 1/2. a Clash of Titans..... and local is lekker. Unintended consequence. Proof is in the pudding, some buds drying quitely, sweet skunky bliss. 3-6. Found 2 decidedly different Pineapple express pheno's. One seems more sativa, the other more kush. 7-10. The Fruitpunch queens looking good after their feed and tea. This winter made it awfully difficult for any type of outdoor growing. Pushed some limits and took a few hits, might have found some good stuff for my trouble. But summer is coming.... Keep it green. Cheers

Hey guys . I m looking to build a small grow box to grow like 2 plants . As it’s a first build I ve done a lot of research and I m still not sure what light will be solid enough to have a decent yield and not break the bank . I have looked at HID but factoring the ballast 2 different bulbs and a reflector it doesn’t seem like it’s gonna work for me. Haha, naah KISS is just a term I've picked up on recently and I've been stuffing it in anywhere I can like a fat kid with cupcakes. An intake filter is something someone considers as a last resort. Problem with powdery mildew? Maybe lessen your humidity first, or increase your air circulation, or even try a PM residence strain etc. Maintaining an intake filter can be hard work, especially if you're uncertain whether it's fully necessary. Also consider whether you are scrubbing the air into the room your tent is situated, or simply just the air going into the tent. If it is the latter, simply unzipping your tent to work on your plants will render your entire intake scrubbing setup useless.

I'd say off the top my head though, that the small white filter in your picture is basically the same as the pre filter on a carbon filter, and forgive me but wouldn't a carbon filter stop particles from going through too? Or DIY, a car intake cone filter maybe if you get a good one

Norseman’s Review on the VapCap M 2020 Starter Kit from DynaVap I received this VapCap M Starter Kit free of charge directly from DynaVap for the purpose of this review. Regardless of this, it will not color my opinion on this review in any way, shape or form. I would also like to thank DynaVap for sending this over. Another thing I would like to say is that I have used it with medical cannabis only since anything else is forbidden where I live. Packaging This comes in a lime green plastic ziplock bag with a window on it where you can see all the different stuff that comes with the Starter Kit. It has the DynaVap logo printed on it. The M itself resides in a recyclable cardboard box with DynaVap and made in the USA printed on the front. On the inside it says ”This Is Your Key To The Future” and ”Welcome To Battery Freedom”. The VapCap M 2020 It is a 5-piece Vaporizer for dry herb made out of medical grade stainless steel with some nice machining done to it. It is 92 mm in length and 10 mm in diameter. It is basically in the size of a cigarette but has nothing to do with tobacco. If you ask me the overall look of it is really nice. The 5 pieces is the Tip where you load the dry herb, the Screen that goes into the Tip, the Condenser that goes into the Stem, the Stem and finally the Cap that sits on top of the Tip. The Screen can be positioned in two places in the Tip, at the top of the Tip and in that position it can hold around 0.05 gram of dry herb and in the lower position it can hold around 0.1 gram of dry herb. When used in the 0.05 setting it is called ”Micro Dosing” and it is really the perfect position for people like me that uses Dry Herb to get rid of unwanted pain and not the high. To load the M you just grind some Bud up or you just take a few pieces directly from the Bud and put it into the Tip. Too fine ground up material might go through the Screen and into the Condenser so make sure to avoid getting the material to fine. Using a Grinder is a good way of getting the material into the proper size. The piece that sticks out on the cap can be used as a scoop to get the used dry herb out of the tip and you can also use it to pack the herb. To ensure some clouds while using it I would recommend that you pack the material into the Tipl somewhat, that way you will get the best result. It comes with a three flame torch in this Starter Kit and when you are outside I would say that it is perfect, but indoors I would rather recommend a single flame torch to get the best result. Using a single flame torch will give you a real nice result but it takes a little more time to heat the material up. When you are heating it up I would recommend you to try to keep the flame/flames in an angled position towards the Cap while rotating the VapCap M. Heat the top of the Cap for flavor and the base of the Cap for more potency Be careful with the flames and keep them maybe one inch away from the Cap in order to avoid charing the Dry Herb. Stop heating it up when you hear one or two ”Clicks”. At that point you go ahead and vape on it and when you hear the next one or two ”Clicks” you can repeat the heating procedure. The ”Click” I am talking about is the metal in the Cap that reacts to heat and it makes the click at a certain temperature and it is working like a charm. The air holes or should I perhaps say ”Chisal AirPorts” are located in the middle of the Stem and only on one side of it and they are used to adjust the air flow by blocking one or both of them with a finger while vaping. The airflow on the VapCap M is what I would say a totally unrestricted Direct Lung draw when the airports aren’t blocked and with both airports blocked it is a restricted Mouth To Lung draw. You cover one or both airports depending on your preferences, but beware, it can make a little noise when you do. The Kit does also come with something called the DynaStash, it is a wooden container where you can store the VapCap M and also some Dry Herb. It does also work as a stand for the VapCap M thanks to a magnet in the wood. The magnet is strong enough to hold the VapCap M standing without issues and it does also help cooling it down. Cleaning this device is a piece of cake thanks to the fact that you can take it apart completely. When cleaning it I have learnt that you should use some of the DynaWax on the O-rings to make them last longer. Since the Tip only holds 0.1 gram of Dry Herb it might be on the low side for someone that uses Dry Herb on a regular basis but since it is so easy to scoop out the used Dry Herb and load it again I would say that even the regular users will appreciate the VapCap M for its simplicity and the flavor it provides. For those that have an interest in using the VapCap M together with full melt concentrates there is an accessory called DynaCoil that you can use with those as well as with thick oils and liquids. Assessment It is the first Vaporizer for Dry Herb that I have used and I am surprised over how good it actually is. The simplicity when it comes to loading the Dry Herb and operate it is just wonderful and the fact that it works without the use of batteries is refreshing. The flavor from the Dry Herb does come out really good and the fact that I don’t have to use the Dry Herb with tobacco anymore is just perfect. The machining is really good and I haven’t found anything to complain about. I must say that I have enjoyed using the VapCap M since I got it and I will continue to use it since it provides me with what I need. Simplicity to use, simplicity to load and clean and it gives me that relief that I need due to the pain I got and of course the good flavor from the herb. Another thing with the VapCap M that I haven’t gone over yet is the fact that people with arthritis can easily operate it without any issues or at least less issues since it is so light, I mean it weighs only 18.5 grams and not to mention so easy to load.. Can I recommend it to others? If you like me got chronic pain that opiate based painkillers can’t fix or if you just want to Vape Dry Herb recreationally I would say ” Go For It”. It is real easy to use and even if you go on a camping trip this one will work perfectly as long as you got enough Butane in your torch (no need to rely on batteries or electricity). Another pro is the price point ($140 at DynaVap for the kit), this one starts off way cheaper than the battery driven ones and when they don’t work any longer this one will still work as good as it did the first time you used it.
