Feeding was the same as last week and the GSC back left has stretched the most, think it's because I didn't punch her stems at the net when flipped. Hardly a build, managed to free up the time to put them together. Not done just yet, want to isolate the drivers from the boards and run fans on the heat sinks to keep them extra cool, but everything works good for now. Weekends looking gooooood!

These babies are booming. Did a watering today. And toped up the soil in the grey pots. Was abit low. . . Didnt have enough at time of potting and soils settled abit more. Seems like they enjoyed their first night in the new atmosphere. Temps sticky around the 23-26 mark. Humidity between the 40 and 60 range.

What's up fam! I was blessed with a 6 pack of Reg Autos from @Bay Seeds I popped 2 of them into some ExploGrow for 10 mins and within 2days they sprouted. I placed 1 outside and took a few days longer but with the cold and crazy weather in the Cape it's expected! The 2 inside started well then I messed up and killed one by watering with insecticide instead of normal water, but popped another one and has sprouted already! I will be keeping the 2 indoors under 12/12 with my other plants in flower and keeping the other one outside. I will update once they abit bigger.

Whatsup guys. Looking for some advice here. Deficiency charts are a little unclear on this. The 1st 2 pics are AK x Critical Mass, and the last pic is GSC (which looks just fine to me). About 6 days since they sprouted. They all in Atami HP Coco, no nutes have been added yet, just PH balanced water @ 6.1. (started @ 6.4 erroneously, and am bringing it down but didn't want to make the jump from 6.4 straight down to 5.8 all in one go. The leaves are a little too "textured" and are a more light green than the other strains which are all looking fine... Some of the cotyledons on the AK x CM have light blotches (as can be seen in pic # 2). The other strains I have are looking more normal. (as per the GSC, in the last pic below). Temp and humidity have been pretty stable and constant @ 22- 26 (It got a little too hot one day) and between 63 - 75% humidity. Been battling with loadshedding but my inverter arrives today. Been watering every other day Looking at this chart (https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-symptoms-pictures), it doesn't really seem to be any of these things.... closest it looks like is the N deficiency but they less than 1 week old so not so sure about that... The Atami soil does have additives so it's unlikely. Maybe PH, then? I'm a little stumped, what you guys think?

They started to get pretty bad so I decided to trim them. (like over 60% yellow) This is her now (left), topped yesterday after the 4th node. Will top the other one within the next few days too I want to LST my new colas next week and then top each of them once more, then LST again. I installed a proper extraction fan yesterday.. trying to get that humidity down

Observed this behavior to a T 2 days ago. Had to isolate a plant due to PM and other plants are quite far into flower so I didn't want to risk it. Left it outside while I tried to remedy the issue, but then the winds came one evening and branches were being flung, so I left her and 2 smaller outdoor plant in the garage for the night. I usually wake up very early (to do feeding or whatever), and to my surprise, praying hands all over. So definitely does happen as you say. Took them out while it was still dark as the sun was 2 hours away. It was like they were speaking to me - "Sun please lol"

@afternoon blazer, whenever I see leaves looking like praying to the sun I know the ladies are doing perfectly fine. You see for example @Ill_Evan 's plants are also doing that. Plants show/tell you how they are doing by their looks. One just needs to learn to interpretate and act accordingly.

I thought of this while trying to figure out a solution; Renting a space for the sole purpose of having it as a grow space would be in a grey area with the new cannabis bill as the bill only states limits based on the number of individuals residing on the premises. No one would be staying at your new grow space, it could be used against you in legal terms. ......... Its just another risk IMO... Any thoughts on that part guys? I'm really not sure about it. I've also heard of this club that grows your seeds for you at a fee every month until the product is shipped out to you... I can't remember what it's called exactly, but they don't sell weed - they simply charge for the service of growing your trees with everything in pre and post harvest taken care of. If it sounds more viable to you, maybe do some searching on it. I really wouldn't want to run my personal grow away from me, but if I had to, I'd rather have it at a facility than a rented space. Yes extremely lucky, those batteries can be fully discharged and charged with little to no issues and last lekker long, also not as fussy about charge current and fluctuating voltages, amps and such.

Most soils on the market have a heavy hand of coco mixed in, this makes the soil light and fluffy. Light and fluffy is the type of meduim weed likes. The compost added to the coco can be very broken down already, super fine particles of goodness, tend to compact and make a denser heavier soil, which is less what cannabis likes... Now if all soils were equal, you would know you have enough nutes for veg and what ratio the elements are in and how to use the soil correctly for best results. This has never been the case with soil... Shit, even from bag to bag of the same soil can be vastly different in composition to each other... Ideal for a noob? Hell no... Ideal for an experienced grower? Maybe... If he is making his own compost and knows the ratios more or less... So now what about hydro? All the control in the world! But you gotta do that... You gotta control it... If you leave it... Shit goes south very quickly. But it's easy to fix with a fresh res. Should noobs be going this way then with all their eagerness and want to be in control? Maybe... If you like the control side of things and have the patience and willingness to be diligent then you will really reap the rewards. But if you know yourself and you're a lazy cunt... Hydro is not the way for you. So then... Coco? Cheaper than soil by a considerable amount Inert Light and fluffy You know what you put in is there, and nothing else, no imbalance of nutes... A clean slate so to speak. It has the flexibility and control of hydro, with the benifits of being able to neglect or be slow without it going wildly out of control. So what now... You need salt based nutes... Non organic? Bleh?! Nonsense... You are feeding them the elements they need... Directly... They don't have to be broken down first to get absorbed and used... They just get used... You feed today, you have results tomorrow. For noobs? I feel coco is an all round best and convenient way to grow weed. Very little room to mess things up... But it's also fairly easy to fix any mistakes you may have made. And for experienced growers? I have heard of soil grows converting to coco and doubling their yeilds... Double mother fuckers, can you hear me?? Soil can only compete with coco run after run after run under the guidance of a truly great grower... That's my R1 to this take

I'm still gonna stick to my diagnosis.... My plants do that every day thanks to loadshedding Plants sleep... Take a peak at your flowering ladies during their dark cycle...they are also gonna be droopy looking. They perk up about 30 min before lights on so you may never have noticed

Day 22 of flower! These girls are having a treat, I'm amazed with how they are growing in the 2nd run in the FF Custom Crafted Soil! This week they had there usual Microbe, Fire Juice feedings and I introduced then to Dirtyhandsinc products. Yesterday was there 21st Bday and I gave then 2kg Dry Ice resting in front of the oscillating fan [emoji28] ( I was close to the factory so thought why not) and pushed temps up from avg of 25 to 28. So far I'm happy and looks like I might get just over 1g/w, 1,5 g/w would be nice [emoji23]. Did a defol on Wednesday and cleaned up beneath the net. What do you guys think of the reused soil run? Get LED lights You have to run 30+ degrees for optimal growth, and transpiration. Much easier and cheaper to control humidity than fighting hot temps. Seriously, these are the same plants as my SOTM entry. Record flowering time, and looking to be my best yield ever.
