In their new homes after a trim. I went in hard on the Zour Apple while being a little more cautions with the Banana Daddy, will see if it makes any noticeable difference. First pic is BD while the second is ZA. The only casualties from the transplant3 points

Seeing as I've recently harvested portion of my plants, its now time to log my first grow diary here on 420sa I apologize in advance for not having many pics of the seedling & early vegetation stages - I didn't anticipate joining a forum at that time & as a result didnt take as many pics as i should of - so there will be some posts where there's gaps here and there - my next report will be more thorough/consistent so please bear with me on this one For sake of simplicity in documenting all the main plants in a single diary, im going to try & post each group of pots chronologically (each post will have title so no one gets lost) Pot A: Maroon Rectangular Tub (Soil/Soilless combo) Pot B: White Square Pot & Round Terrracotta Pot (Soil/Soilless combo) Pot C Wheelbarrow & Toilet Cistern (backyard supersoil)2 points

No sign of sex.. beginning to wonder.. They need to be transplanted but I want to stick to my plan, of waiting for them to show sex before I do.. Questionable, I know but I need to.. Maybe Monday.. They've now stretched much more than what I am comfortable with.. They not strong either as there is not enough airflow to buff them up. Planning to move them to a net house as soon as it is done.. They'll need some dowels for sure.. They are the back 2..2 points

Wow I did not know you could over due epsom salts. Ok cool, just wondered why you chopped at the 1st node. I always chop at the 3rd node, gives a nice spread.2 points

Today the ladies were potted up into some Plant Matter 20L pots, i just love the quality and double stitch on the top hem. I think a waited too long as growth has been slow. Banana Daddy Zour Apple2 points

I decided the C4 needed some company outside so popped a Mexican Airlines, also by Fastbuds and apparently the "purest sativa strain they offer." She has just started to flower, although the leaves and pre flower stretch don't scream sativa, I am still hopeful.2 points

So the C4 is carrying on, nearing the end of the 3rd week since she first showed pistils. Buds are building slowly and I have just started to introduce Topmax to the party. Flash and no flash main bud:2 points

I agree. There shouldn't be any jailtime at all. If you break the rules then maybe a fine or something light, just as long as you are not dealing.2 points

Thought I would add a quick update. With regards to the 50w LED floodlights that I’ve used, they work great! I’ve added an extra one at the top, that’s 250w of LED lights in a 1.2mx0.6m tent. I’ve moved the propagation box out and thought I’d just leave it close to a window in the house. The more space in the tent the better. The following plants are in the tent. WASHING MACHINE - a mother plant on the top row producing mass amounts of nodes. 16 currently waiting to be cloned. The 9 bottom right in 5l pots have been vegging in 12cm pots for the last month or so. They were transplanted into their final pots at the time of photo. The 10 in 12cm pots up top have been potted from rooting in jiffy’s at the time of the photo. NORTHERN LIGHTS - 2 plants to the left in 5l pots. The one is struggling from a potassium deficiency and the other recovering slowly from LST. Hopefully one can be a mother. JOCK HORROR - looking perky in the bottom left in a 5l. Possible mother and seems to be doing good. Dense node stacking. PEACH CRESCENDO - on the top rack in a 12cm pot being LST trained with 3 tie-downs. This will become a mother and I will run future cycles with clones from her. GORILLA KIM - still very young vegging in a 12cm pot far right on top CreX 1000Hills Nursery afternoon blazer Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk2 points

Day 30. Plants have spent most of the week indoors due to some weird ass weather on the reservation. The QB75 and the Blurple seem to be on par as I'm not seeing any difference between the two plants. Still putting this down to them spending most of the day outside when possible. Did some LST to #1 and #3 by mistake, don't ask. I think they looking good so I'm gonna leave sleeping dogs and not fuck around anymore. #4 is at 18 days. Same grow. In soil, water when needed, outdoors as much as possible and indoors under lights the rest of the time. This one I'm gonna let grow naturally, well, you know what I mean. That little cutting sharing the pot with #4 is from the Jack Berry (last pic) by the way. Quick question or two: I have not seen any signs of the plant being male which is good but at what age should an auto start showing sex? And if I put an auto into 12/12 will the plant automatically go into flower or stick to it's auto clock, if you know what I mean. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk1 point

I completely agree 185% lmao, if anyone gets busted for growing recreationally that's called getting screwed over not being caught...moral of the story be extra nice to the wife & neighbours Enforcement is a major issue though I though the whole point of decriminalization was to avoid us being subjected to having our personal rights violated with unjustified criminal records & alleviate the enormous burden on tax & prison systems - from what I understand being over your plant limit regardless of total weight will constitute trafficing & earn a 15 year sentence!?? Wtf?! Why can't we have a bill that isn't shrouded in ambiguity & flawed to hell & back --- #doitrightfirsttime.ffs Spoke to my cousin in Toronto this week regarding this, there everyone is allowed 4 plants no license, if you want/need more plants for whatever reason you apply & pay for a grow license....simple & effective, no kak n hare1 point

99% of busts are tip-offs. Also, can't get busted if you don't do illegal things. In the context of the thread, I can't say for certain I have seen or heard anyone being arrested or busted for growing purely recreationally.1 point

@ORGANinc.Cops are still busting though, saw a link in the clone group yesterday morning about a raid in cpt - think it was 200 lil 10g bags and some cash, allegedly a 'foreign national' growop - judging by pic they clearly were dealing but it goes to show that all it takes is pissing off the neighbours for kak to hit the fan1 point

i ordered the Charlottes Web CBD seeds (10) from Canada. They added freebies, 5 pineapple express and 3 weddingcake. I declared the seeds on the shipping manifest. The parcel was for over a month with customs... and got it today... seeds and everything inside the parcel. The THC seeds were free, so not sure this made the change.1 point

Hermaphroditism can be a recessive trait in the plants genes, you just dont always know how reactive it is. In some plants depending on past breeding etc(genetic makeup) it may be closer to the surface ie: you look at it funny and it herms. In other plants it might be buried deep or be non existant ie: you can punish that plant with temps, lst, hst and she handles it like a champ. Some herm straight off the bat, others wait untill deep into flower(most evil) cause they can drop secret hermie pollen if you mis 1x effing pollen sac. Boils down to genetic stability, the growers experience with the strain. That's why bagseed can be intersting, but also a crap shoot and sometimes a complete f@#k-up.1 point

So I seem to have overdone the epsom salts and the leaves went all curly. But looks like she is recovering. Went ahead and topped a second time as the new growth was all furled up. Here’s hoping she’ll pull through Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk1 point

Thanks for the advice @CreX , nope, first go at this, most I ever did before this was to top once. I have lowered the net and gently pulled through the colas and done the seperation: The net will be mainly for support then and not real scrog, I will try that next time maybe Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk1 point
-
Yo man! Have you tried this method before? I have run into some real problems like this before. If I were you, I would do your spacing now with the colas, and let them grow through the net for a week. If you don't, the issues I have noticed are the following. Where you keep the plant under the net, the colas form small... Many... But small and nothing to talk of... The main Cola is so sensitive yo... You open it up and flip right away, and all the energy gets used by the lower coolers trying to make something of themselves... They don't... And you lose out big time on Cola size. My advice is do the Cola separation, veg for another week, or more... For the plants to be about 10-15cm above that net, then flip. Let them stretch without adjusting them again, you adjusted them earlier already... The stretch is different in a scrog than it is on plants without training. You apply the formula to only what's above the net... So roughly double whatever is above the net will be your final height.... If you work with triple then you should be safe with headroom. You might need an additional layer of netting now though... To keep the fat colas from flopping over!1 point

Ye I'm thinking the time is nigh. Pretty much mostly cloudy, ..ambers coming on strong. It's tough to tell tho, what with ambers being so prevalent on leaves.1 point
