The pluto cut autoflowers are looking great. I could definately recommend them. My fastbuds grow were kak and I cut them down 4 weeks into flower. I did not take them outside early enough.

Day 39 - Amnesia Haze has stretched uncontrollably. I'm not experienced enough, but I think the Nitrogen content of the formulation I've been applying may have contributed to this. The below pic shows the stretch(far right plant). The nodes are all stretched out as a result, so not expecting much. Day 39 - The LST on StarDawg worked nicely, i am hopeful here, but she isn't in full bloom yet. Canopy.

So Coco for cannabis have a nice calculator on their site: https://www.cocoforcannabis.com/grow-light-calculator/ Below is the size of your tent and what they recommend in terms of usable PPF: Then below is your Quantum Board, provided it has Samsung LM301B diodes and you are running it at 240W: The umol/w figure I got from MiGro from back when he tested it - keep in mind the environment was simulating a tent. Also I doubt you would be running it at the full 240w. Regardless, there is a bit of a shortfall compared to the recommended PPF. 2x 240w QB's will be perfect can have them dimmed a bit then too. Although majority of people do not want to spend the money to spec out their grow area with lights - you can still get good results, I'd say put your plants as close together as possible and as directly under the light as possible and results should be good. I managed to fit 6x 20L pots inside a 1.2 x 0.6 tent - it was a tight fit. So your 1 x 1 tent should be quite spacious in comparison with just 4 plants inside.

The stretch is not a bad thing on an auto, happens often when they start flowering and can lead to a larger plant.

Slurricane grows insane, its going to stretch upto 3x the size just so you know.

Quarter Pounder Autos - Day 24. I started some LST on the girls last week and they seem to be doing OK. I had some clawing on the 1 that stretched but she's looking better now after allowing her soil to dry out a bit before feeding. Slurricane clone - I received her on 12 September (pic 3). I've been playing around with some super cropping and topping. Pic 4 shows what she currently looks like.

I think it is so cool that they let you pick where your in/outlet ports etc go. And they don't just give you the plastic fittings/socks and expect you to hack up the tent with a Stanley knife, they give you a proper tool to cut the hole. Then if you decide later that you made the dam hole in the wrong place, they offer patches. Don't know why this hasn't caught on with other tent manufacturers.

Day 47. I lost the one under the blurple to it being a male. The one under the QB75 seems to be having a bit of a growth spurt. She hasn't had any yard time the last 4 days and sharing the light with my Jack Berry which is on 12/12. Watering every second to third day now and not adding any feeds. Second plant is at 35 days and living outdoors in the shade house with 2 more planted two weeks later. They were taking a beating with the harsh climate on the reservation, much happier now. I wanted to ask a few questions which may have been asked a million times already, so Im sorry to re ask, and yes the search button on the forum does work, and yes I have used it, lol. Firstly am I right in saying because I will be using a living soil, I should not use a "chemical" ph up and or down as this will or can kill of the microbes in the soil? so if this is correct how am I meant to water my plants? (My ph is around 8.1-8.3, I dont have a ph pen yet, but a buddy of mines has one and he has phed our water out of the tap). Secondly Im not sure on what nutes to use, most people swear by bio bizz, and this could be used with living soil without having to ph your water when feeding. any opinions from people who have used or who do use bio bizz vs any other brand.( I have popped the beans using the paper towel method and some have showed tap roots so intend to plant by friday or saturday, I have read that when using FF soil one does not need to feed for 3 to 4 weeks???) I would like to also ask about grow bag size, Im getting lots of mixed opinions, some people say 10l as your plant wont be growing that long, but then more watering is needed, others say 20l and others have said 30l. (I mean for autos), I forgot to mention that I will be growing on my balcony, I have enough space and there is good sunlight that the balcony receives. Also is there a need to add any worm teas and how does one introduce microbes into the soil? I watched a pretty cool video to making your own microbes, Will link below, any thoughts will be appreciated. My real concern is pests, are ther any preventative methods that one can use? Lastly are there any mentoring programmes that we have locally regarding growing? if not I think some of the more seasoned growers/master growers should actually start a programme, at a cost of course! I would enroll... Hi guys Just a quick update, as I said I put the seeds into water on Saturday 3pm, by Monday, one of the seeds popped, the super lemon haze, pic below, the rest had not yet popped. This evening I decided to give them a quick look, 3 of the 6 had now popped, 2 of the girl scout cookies, (last pics below) and to my surprise the super lemon haze has shed its husked. I totally freaked out and spoke to @Stinger96 who advised to plant it leaving the leaves above the soil which is what I did. Seems like the super lemon haze is in a hurry, lol! Do you guys suggest I plant the ones that have popped and leave the rest in the paper towels until they pop? I used the paper towel method of germinating...soaked seeds for +/- 24 hours, than placed in a wet paper towel, put in a zip lock bag, placed between a towel and put on my dstv box for heat...

First clone run turned out to work quite well with some nice roots showing. Upper cut is a champ with all 3 cuttings already showing extensive root structure. Glookies not far behind. The blessing in disguise is that I have a Wedding Gelato clone that rooted. So even though I lost the mother the lineage survives very lucky indeed. Upper cut Wedding Gelato Ready for the big life

Hello dude. Welcome. We are in pretty similar spots in our grow journeys lol. I have also chosen to go freedom farms, biobizz and fabric bags with Autos to start. Wrt pot size 10l seems to be preferable, while 20s will suffice and be reusable on non-autos. I've chosen to go with 10l and figure it can always use them for baby photos at a later stage. As for preventative measures, I believe Bioneem is the preferred solution. I think it can be used as a foliar spray to help prevent some nastiness. Then i will continue to give her the love she needs. Maybe you can help me with a question? I'm running a 240W QB in a 1m² tent. Is this lamp enough to cover the floor space? Ideally, I'd like to have 1 pot per 1/4m² so there is some space between them, but my mind says the plants need to be directly under the lamp...

She will grow with large spacing between her internodes, and over the flowering period will develop a bushy, yet tall growth structure typical of a sativa dominant strain. The stretch is totally natural bro, don't stress it.

Very specialized, and very cool. That light baffle accessory is awesome; air passes through but light cannot. Usually I have a piece of ducting at an angle through my passive intake but a light baffle would save space and look way fresher.

I understand, makes the parts very specialized depending on size etc.

As soon as you need more than two ducts it can be a little costly or even difficult at times to find the Secret Jardin accessories or the correct duct size you are looking for. If one were to opt for more than two ducts I'd probably then rather suggest an alternative.

As @Ill_Evan said, the accessories are needed - it's really just the scrog net which is extra which you may not use. The Mars Hydro tent will have fixed positions for the extraction & cables. If you will actually use the scrog net, it's worth the extra money. If you are in a hurry, it's worth it then. However since you can wait around for Black Friday, may not be a bad idea to wait and see if any special deals pop up.

Well, the accessories are necessary as you need to make your own ducting holes in the Secret Jardin which gives you a very versatile means of sorting out your ventilation placement. The included net is also perfectly sized for the tent. I would say it is worth the extra R300 if the above is something that will benefit you.

You sent 6 bud. I fucked up one germinating and one male. Four still going strong at different grow/planted times. Popped those BB3TNRF1's into water the other day. 26 hours later, ready for soil. I'm retired from a 15 year career in the IT industry. Right now I enjoy a lot of maintenance work for a huge property developer. Other wise my second job is full time father to 2 very very busy boys.

Well... Both are males.... Bummer.. Maybe next time... I'll germinate some more next week.
