  1. Pic 1&2 outdoor x Ghost Train Haze looking healthy. Pic 3 x Slurricane looking healthy. Got some more germinated for indoor but those are been moved to a combined diary. Keep those eyes peeled. @Totemic I'm looking forward to the outdoor end result as this has been a straight forward hassle free grow so far. [emoji109][emoji1690] Next year Peeps, keep it safe. 2. Howzit. Rather buy a bag or two of soil. Freedom farms or jamies or organics matters. Buy a 240w quantum board.

  3. 70g wet withered down to 40g in the curing jar, that's including me dipping my fingers in the cookie jar. Not sure how that stands for harvest off one plant, anyone care to share if that's good, bad or just plain shite. Great smoke and taste. Pic 1 outdoor one has started flowering and once again I'm not sure. Is it to early or normal. @Bay Seeds any take on this. Pic 2&3 the one that gets carried in and out of a dark room daily is setting herself up for a bumper crop by the looks of it. Enjoy what you can of the rest of the year. Pull out the Peace pipe and see you on the flip side. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk

  4. After 10 days away I was very nervous to get back and see the ladies. All for nothing. The blumats pulled through and girls are bulking up beautifully Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  5. Aweh gromies, All told the Purple Pineapple lady racked up a decent 155gr dry before jarring. Lots of prominent dark pistils, reminds me of some Rooibaard from many moons ago. Getting klapped by some heatwave weather, 35-39deg, 80% RH. Very glad I harvested when I did, about 20% amber had to move all the plants out to a shadier spot to avoid the worst. Most of the lawn is toast by comparison so the sweat paid off. That Lady, Mother nature is a tough cookie

  6. whats up and welcome @AquaS! good to se you putting in some effort! there are a few vendors on the forum under the vendors list, take a look at them all and you will find a great deal. https://www.420sa.co.za/forum/7-sponsors-vendors/ the apollo will grow some great weed! but it really is not a light you should be investigating. LED diodes have made leaps and bounds in the right direction and a true full spectrum diode is much more efficient than the Blurple tech of old check out the Quantam boards that are all the rage currently from the vendors. lets talk about your tent. 1.2x1.2 is a nice size man! you could definately put more than 4 plants in there so you have future proofed yourself a bit hehe. but in doing so, you have asked the wrong question about the light needs! that tent will need about 400w of LED lighting to get great coverage corner to corner. but you will only need about 200w for 4 plants so keep that in mind. so the apollo 4 is a bit on the weak side for that many plants also, that red sand, be careful with it as it tends to compact quite a bit in pots and cannabis does not like compact soils... if you can, get some perlite and coco and mix it into the red sand... or buy a premium craft soil from your nursery. the nute line you have chosen may also not be suitable for the red sand.... start with plain water feeding to see if there are any deficiencies and then start with the nutes at half strength

  7. Hello everyone, found this forum while researching what i need and the advice, knowledge and members here are invaluable! I'm a new grower looking to grow indoors and i've been putting a list together on the futurama website but i need some advice on lighting (i'd prefer to get everything or at least almost everything from the same place for ease) if anyone knows any other sites that sell at decent prices or that might have equipment that futurama doesn't have then please let me know! This is what i'm looking at so far : 1.2m x 1.2m x 2m grow tent Inline Axial Fan - 100mm Ducting & clamps Desk clip fan for circulating the air in the tent Bio-bizz grow/bloom for the nutrients. I have good red soil around where i live so i'll just use that and i already have pots. The only thing i have no idea about is lighting, i'd prefer LED's and the one i'm looking at is the Apollo 4 Full Spectrum LED Grow Light - 180W however i'm not sure if it's overkill or not enough (i'm looking to grow about 2-4 plants in the tent) Could anyone lend their knowledge to this? Many thanks and good to meet you all!

  8. Bro, you took the words right out of my mouth. This is why I feel blessed to have a solid working relationship with the guy. On top of what you listed, he is also just a really great, stand up guy and has helped me tremendously to get The Goose to take off. By the way, the strains you listed above are the ones I've earmarked to add to our catalogue. Seems we have similar tastes. I love old school, but I also love some of the new stuff coming out as well. That is why Old School Genetics is such a perfect fit.

  11. The baby Swazi and Purple Pineapple f1 lady got the chop. Spaced over 2 days as she was a big girl. Her sativa genes showing in the cola structure. Sweet fruity scents and very sticky, probably got more than a gram of scissor hash haha.... hoping to get close to 200gr dry. Lost 2 lower popcorn buds to rot, but we can live with that. The oscillating fan is doing its job. Shifting focus to the rest Bubblegum and Fruitpunch f4's which are vegging nicely after transplant to 75lt tubs. Germed WWxCheese, Pineapple Express and DBN Poison. Finished the first 1m3 of my amended soil and the 2nd batch is cooking. But we need a lot of it. Its used for everything we plant in various strenghts. From the Spinach, Lettuce, Aloe Vera, Sweet Potatoes, Gooseberries, Habanero's, Passionfruit, Guavadilla, various herbs and 5 varieties of Tomatoes. Busy times ahead.
