  1. I have had a keen eye on this strain, as well as following the work of @Totemic since joining the forum. I therefore went and did the deed. I am not sure when exactly I will pop them, my next two grows are lined up quite tight but I didn't want to risk not having these Keen to see what I will be able to do with this

  3. 9.5 weeks veg. Going into 12/12 tomorrow, after getting a good pyrol spray this evening. I'll start cleaning up the bottom over the next 2 weeks. So far 3 phenos are compact. One has a lot more internodal stretch and got much taller, so has been topped again to even the canopy. After topping the stretchy pheno.

  4. @Ill_Evan Was waiting for you to drop a meme, but this.. is super nice and thank you <3. Pushed you last year to try us but ye.. Better you didn't. Thank you for the feedback, super appreciated. BTW the wedding cake is regular seeds - we messed up on the label, redoing some of them. Our blue viles will be regs, pink fems and yellow autos.

  5. I dont like taking in air close to the ground. Lots of bugs and the dust particle density on or near the floor is worse than higher up. I do get a bit of negative pressure on the tent with this configuration but its fine. The vertical flow of fresh air through the canopy is more than sufficient.

  6. Heyo! I’m logging this here, and for future grows for all the strains I’m growing. I was suppose to end off with these 2 wedding cakes, however, it seems cooking the temp and tweaking things here and there have been working out alright for now. Some days I reach 35 degrees. In for a ride but positive. Growing. 2 front - @1000Hills Nursery wedding cake x smeet (will finish off in this thread) Back left - unknown white widow (thanks @SkunkPharm @GGG) Back right - In-house - Frosted apricots (partial about this one, but we will see) Feeding Water, ssts, fish hydrolysate, Epic 5:2, malted barley This specific soil contains neem leaf powder. Back 2 in 40l Maxgrow fabric pots - started flower on the 1st Jan

  7. So I have seen this on various other forums over the years and I like it, so might as well see how well it does on this forum. Simple concept, post what you are currently listening to. Can be a youtube link or just plain text.

  10. Helmet heads are not an issue, usually the plant pushes the seed shell off of itself as it starts growing. The second issue sounds a bit more serious and sounds like damping off disease, which is very common with seedlings and overwatering. There is no cure for that and the plant will die. However, I would need to see pics of it to make sure though...

  12. Welcome @AvB! You have come to the right place. While a 50W CFL light is really not ideal for growing cannabis, especially once your plants get bigger you will really want to consider a better light or grow them outdoors. It does happen from time to time where the plant keeps the seed shell on for a bit, I often try help the seedling out by carefully removing it. Once again it is now uncommon for seedlings to be a bit flimsy and fragile and require support for a short period of time - once they get bigger the plant will be able to support itself again and no further support will be required. So give the plant a few days and take it from there. Feel free to post some pictures and if you have any more questions, ask!

  13. It should work to move air out of the tent as the pressure builds up. If you turn your fan onto the fastest setting and go feel the other end of the exhaust ducting, you should feel a bit of a breeze. I will be running fans for intake and exhaust though as I have filters on both fans - intake filter to keep the dust and such out and then carbon filter on exhaust fan to keep the smell at bay. If you are unhappy with the way it is currently working, then consider another fan for the exhaust. What size tent is that?

  14. I had been eyeing @Totemic's Tortoni F1 for some time now and since @Cannabist has rejoined us I decided to make an order with them to get these seeds I desired Not only did I get my seeds within two days but I also got 5 x Gelato seeds by Cannabist and also 3 x Wedding Cake seeds by @1000Hills Nursery! Funnily I was actually looking at the Wedding Cake strain before ordering so I'm pretty stoked about that. I consider vendors as trusted once they are affiliated with 420sa so with the debacle last year I was pretty upset that a vendor was bringing bad vibes to the forum, but I am happy to say Cannabist has come back strong and anyone that is doubtful should give them the same kind of second chance you see right here.

  16. Well primarily, it should act as exactly that a Pest control, Pest control on a microscopic level too, So reactive oxygen molecules ''ZAP'' ... also in a way trims the fat, so only the fastest and strongest will make the cut. But the qualities of antioxidant properties are very very strong (I would imagine much stronger from that of a micronized leaf powder compared to a seed meal), so its probably easy to overdo it. If I remember correctly, I mixed 1/4 cup (micronized leaf powder) for about 60l of concentrate soil

  17. Nice, what is the Neem leaf powder for? Pest control or what benefits does it offer?

  25. @PsyCLown yes yes bro. Absolute class those 2 Austrians. New album was off the hook. They also have a new single out "No Tomorrow".... epic.... Your Hospital podcast was the perfect Friday vibe, thanx good sir. Some other respectable folks whose beats I dig are: Nero, Pendulum, Flume, Sub Focus, Worakls, Nto, Joachim Pastor, Stephan Bodzin, DJ Shadow, Miike Snow, RJD2, Stimming to name a few.. I could go on forever Then I also like metal, alternative, dubstep, progressive house, electro, classical and basically anything that sounds nice. Camo & Crooked actually did an amazing set with the reb bull symphony last year. Magic how they melted the sounds together. And then also a last shoutout to Goldie.... D&B Godfather

  32. Sounds like all the bases are covered, and your tent looks like a race car! One thing is for sure, PM thrives in areas with bad air movement, and bad exchange. So they definitely not surviving in there. Whooop Whooop!

  37. I realise now that I could use with some advice please. This is where I'm at.. 1) fan with filter and silencer. 2) through the wall into top of tent. 3) exhaust Duct 20cm(or there about) into garage. Or I've put a 110mm hole through the wall at knee height. The original plan was to use a smaller duct to exhaust straight out of the space...But, I don't think the 110mm Duct can handle the amount of air the fan is pumping in even on its lowest setting. 4) I'm trying to make it super tidy in a less is more way. Lol. ___________ I've not bought any of the equipment in these images, so I've got budget should I need a second fan. As above and always, your advise, crit, opinion and guidance is always appreciated.

  41. @Tee_Aitch_See Perlite is actually great at creating humidity as it has a large surface area due to it's structure - not sure that will help keep the moisture in. Coco could possibly work as a layer taking the knock, otherwise I have seen people use hydroton and that should be fine to use. Never used it myself. I personally just water more often when its hot and when the plants are big.
    1 point
  42. If you want to keep using mulch then I would recommend Hydroton aka clay pebbles, does help quite a bit to retain moisture and an added benefit is the top soil does not shift around when watering the plants. Try to get the smaller pebbles so they pack tighter together than the larger pebbles.

  43. Hmm it may cause more problems than what it may solve. Mulch with bark can be quite acidic and drop your water pH significantly, especially if it's on top and the water runs over it and through your soil. I see your temp is sitting at like 29C and humidity is below 50% so understandable that your soil is drying out quite quickly. See you got a nice little ice pack hanging there to try help. Seeing as it's just two plants I'd rather just water more often than have the mulch. Maybe add some coco on top instead of the mulch to hold more moisture if you really need a solution in that regard.

  45. 60% and 80%. Sun's harsh out here. Plants live in the 60% area. I'm not concerned about winter as it's indoors then and our other plants get free water. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk
