  1. So I am still alive. Flowering some Zurple Punch from Inhouse Genetics and All Gas OG from Humboldt seed Co. Not to be confused with HSO. Both Purple, not my favorite. But it just turned out this way for this run. Next run Wedding Cake actual Seedjunky genetics and zweet Inzanity from ethos. They are about 2 weeks into flower and the zweet is the stand out structure wise. I like solid plants like the All Gas and the zweet. I will post pics after I sort the spider mites.

  3. update 2 girls in the back is perking up a lot, one is the Super Lemon OG which I am excited about. 2 Zkittles in front that took the worst beating just trying to get rid of those necrosed leaves overall colour looking 100 times better and I can already see a lot of growth improvement on the 2 in the back. with the flushing of the soil it got drenched and it's taking a good while for them to dry out, but once they do I will be giving 0.25ml/L of the BiobizzGrow and only 750ml to 1L per pot. one that took the worst knock second worse alright looking one and here's the Super Lemon OG

  4. @PapaSpliffdone and dusted. Chopped the entire plant. Luckily just a few rot spots that i removed. Colas as long as my forearm!Clipped the buds from the stem and out to dry as we speak. Glad that i detected and reacted early. Tomorrow or a couple of days later would've cost be at least a quarter of my harvest guaranteed!Bless up

  6. Howzit growers. I am planning to try out the organic living soil no-till route this run. Going to use Orgasoilux living soil and alfalfa hay as mulch. Barley seeds will also be added to my soil before adding a thin layer of mulch to not suffocate the barley completely. I will be using 10L and 20L fabric pots. Ideally i would've liked to use a growbed but my budget doesn't allow me at the moment. I like the idea of creating a healthy biosphere without having to spend hundreds of rands on cleverly marketed "essential" nutrients. The only nutrient that i will use is the occasional 5:2 innoculant and some kelp extract. Any advice would be appreciated!

  7. Nice. Would love to see how these pan out. Very different plants that was use to breed here. Bud structure is completely different. Both plants has a good strech on them. At least 200%. I will follow along.

  8. Week 8. Indoor took a turn for the worst. Looked like a magnesium problem. Tried some Epsom salts and week 9 decided to move them to the shade house and see what happens. All honesty, think I fucked up the soil. Had old soil mixed with Super Grow potting soil for our nursery gig. I kinda think my cabinet could also need some help on the environment control side. Will be starting a thread for help on that topic soon. Left with the outdoor at week 8. They stretched a bit, same as the indoor did in the beginning but are starting to flex some muscle now. Beginning of a nice little SOG I think.

  9. Demessed the 18/6 tent. As soon as i get the potency tests, i turn the winning Gelato into clones. Also a nice example for single QB light setup. You can handle youngsters to 1.60 tall plants in one tent. The taller ones even profit from the lower light levels.

  10. Yup bud rot, not much you can do to cure it besides remove the affected buds. Best is to prevent it happening as much as possible which is difficult outdoors. Some good info here.

  11. Hey, anyone use TerpLoc bags to cure their bud after drying? Here's a link to it if you haven't heard of them before: https://hydroponic.co.za/hydroponics/terploc-grove-bags/ Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk

  12. Yeah, thanks. I'm lucky to have borehole water ph 6.5 - 6.7 and the landlady wants to have it re-tested for mineral properties. On the soil side I have been getting ahead of myself. Started growing with propagation soil used on the nursery, it worked. Got cocky and thought hey, make my own. Leave that to the professionals guys, I support a local guy who knows his soil now. Live and learn. I'm setting myself up for a massive winter grow failure. My reasoning, did that, learnt the hard way, learnt what to change. Hell, my shade house might be perfect for a winter grow. 13. @PapaSpliffleka man! One more thing. Check all your stems thoroughly also. The stem will turn grey or brown once infected. Good luck and keep us up to date with the outcome!

  15. Love it man... i cant imagine my tent without single qbs now... 10\10 for maneuverability and function haha. I do feel that 4 single qbs actually do not light up a 1.2x1.2 area as well as i would like. i am going to be getting a few more for the tent. maybe 6 a side instead of 4, and then dim them a bit so im not throwing my GPW out the window hahaha

  17. Ok, so inside I started some new seeds straight into soil. Always a stressful time. Nothing to see yet 48h.. I only started one seed of each. Will be getting some freedom farms soil soon from @GreenGrow Garden Route. I really don't want to have nutrient issues and using premium soil just feels safer for these fast autos. Outside, everything seems to be going ok again, with some plants losing color. The birds eating seeds and buds are a real problem at the moment.

  19. Update: - Inzane and Wedding Cake are curing, Holly is nearly there and the other two are filling out and maturing. Testers on the Inzane and Wedding Cake are very promising and the highs are great. One upper, one downer... speedball anyone? Holly (Transkei) Double Wild Durban LC-18 x Transkei
