Great little trend developing here lads. By all means @monkeybar Crazy giveaway to be honest. Really nice vape. Mighty generous of you. I was considering threatening you with removal from this forum unless you gave it to me but I doubt that would remain under wraps for long8 points

Goodies arrived[emoji1][emoji1]. Just need to get to Cape Town to pick up and get soil at the same time. Made some changes in the grow area. Came across some throw away timber and started building a greenhouse for my mother plants. Wife commandeered it for a bunny house and day room for the parrot. Payback from when I used her shelving units to make the cabinet Sent from my LM-X210(G) using Tapatalk5 points

Hey all, was inspired lately by @The_StonedTrooper with his post 420 giveaway. Decided to gift my used DaVinci IQ Vaporizer to someone who can't afford a dry herb vape at the moment. @420SAWe cool? Leave a reply and we'll take it from there. Peace brothers4 points

Loving the diy indoor builds. Looking for a second hand wardrobe or something more permanent for cheap cheap. Hopefully I’ll be able to drop the humidity in a smaller space Current veg area. Almost space for the Tortoni’s. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk4 points

Careful what you ask for. This forum is dangerous when it comes to gifting, not to mention the willingness to help total strangers. You gotta smile to be part of this community. [emoji2][emoji109] Sent from my LM-X210(G) using Tapatalk3 points

At present we have 16 growers who have paid for their entry tickets. Today there is a round of beans that will be sent out by courier. The next round will be sent out on Wednesday and if you want to get your seeds before seed drop you will need to make sure you secure your tickets before then. Beans are only sent out once payment clears. I will however continue sending out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday until the 19th of May. (End of Seed Drop Window 22 May) Those that have signed up and have yet to purchase tickets are: @SmokeyZero @monkeybar @CreX @Dankmancpt @Toasted_Goods @tim3 points

Morning all. Small update on the tent. As you can see, the spider mite got to a few of my branches... Nothing i could do about it. My question to the masses. Harvest is coming up in a week maybe, the mites that remain, what will happen to them once the trees are chopped? Will they stay and feast or fall off and die as the plant is drying?3 points

Only heard good things from Bud box. I am hoeka looking at replacing this taped up tent of mine in the future.3 points

from what i understand about how the mites eat and behave, and is also the reason we hate them... they eat the sap that the plant oozes out when its alive. 24 hours after the chop and i doubt much if any sap is still oozing out...and the mites notice and decide to rather leave this host in hopes of finding a fresher host... so live mites will leave... but eggs and feces remain, so a good close trim and a budwash are in order for the 30% at least2 points

@monkeybar, willing to do something in order to be nominated for this! great show my good man!2 points

Just check how infested they are... a lonely mite crawling over a bud, no need to wash. First i would look to get cooler and more wind on the plants. Spider mites hate wind. Then wash off as many as you can with a sprayer. Use 9 parts water and 1 part alcohol. Sprinkle your top soil with diatomaceous earth. Shouldnt harm your plants or leave any taste on your buds.. but the spider mites will hate it... repeat till clean.2 points

Depends how infested all is just before harvest. You might want to bud wash... smoking dead bugs will not enhance the flavors I would have to read up.. but i think peroxide, then lemon juice and last fresh water. Should clean em off. You might want to quick read up, if i remembered correctly2 points

I must admit, I do find one needs to vape a bit more compared to a bong or joint. However the amount of bud being used in a vape is often a lot less than one would consume in a joint or bong.2 points

Of course it kicks arse, it's a concentrated form. Like imagine doing that much THC and the plant matter that goes with that amount, in that short space and time, and hit. You might not be able to breathe lekker for a while after1 point

I must admit, there are 2 things which do annoy me a bit about mine. 1. The pull strings aren't as easy to use as I would like and compared to some other tents. 2. The one section of my tent requires me to completely unzip if I want to open it (like, unzip as in remove the two zip pieces like on a jacket) and it can be tricky to get it zipped up again. Otherwise I really love mine and will buy another budbox tent again without hesitation. Sent from my Redmi Note 7 Pro using Tapatalk1 point

I don't actually know, something I have wondered about too. Although I have not had a bong hit in years, vape for me only... With the occasional dab perhaps. Dabs hit hard, how much carbon dioxide is in dab? Sent from my Redmi Note 7 Pro using Tapatalk1 point

thanks guys, I'm feeling more at ease now with my setup, should be able to harvest few photoperiods every 2 to 3 months if I got my timing and growing juuust right, might finally grow enough to keep me happy. with only one tent there's always a few months that go by where I am back to buying weed. didn't like that can't leave the new tent alone, the zippers, the material, the poles. they sure made a sexy product. now just to get my growing dialed in.1 point

sooooo, just like that some space opens up, been wanting to get a perpetual thing going for a while now. there's an earlier thread of mine where I built a veg box, since then I moved and didn't have space to put it back up. finally got space, but thought it's time to retire the box. still got all the parts so it's just put aside for now. here she is so now this is veg area, got the little 50w flood light in there too for what it's worth1 point

On the left of the 1st picture is Twisted Helix and on the right is Big Buddah Cheese. I happened to pop into Cannabliss store today and tested the Twisted Helix(on the left) I'll take the Buddah Cheese and Grand Daddy Purple to be tested when I get some time. It's really cool being able to pop into a store and have your flower tested and pressed if you want.1 point

Thanks for that I'm going to check what motor the S6 uses, I was going to go with the T6 but found out that the new controller 67 has abit more features than the T6 controller. I do agree I wish the price point was better locally, sucks having to import items.1 point

Just finished week 4 of Flower! The Grand daddy purple fast is starting to pick up weight nicely and has some purple tones coming along, she should finish. The Buddah Cheese and Twisted Helix are not too far behind on the stacking but look frosty already! The Jilly bean is the futher behind in terms of bud development but she's a 12-13 week strain so she should pick up weight abit later as advised by @Dr. Greenwho I got the clones from. Still got a long road ahead and had slight bug issues but I got some preditor mites from @Dr. Greenwhich seem to sort it out. The rain and low Temps has thrown a curve ball with the humidity but I've managed it fairly well with a sonoff sensor connected to my exhaust fan and turning it on and off when needed.1 point
