So we 13/14 days old now, 3 weeks gone. The girls are doing good, I seem to have been under-watering them. Obviously trying to stay on the side of caution, but since Thursday, I’ve been giving it a good go. Watering around the base and interior area to give a good saturation as I had installed the blumat soaker hose yesterday. Small bit of inner veinal yellowing seems to continue on so I have given 1ml per L fish hydrolysate which actually dosage calls for 5-10ml per Litre, I have been using it wrong this whole time, but I doubt I’ll be going over 1ml, that’s madness. I fed on Thursday, and they seemed to really enjoy it. They soil must be quite depleted on N, which is not a good thing at all. Will navigate as best I can. 5 weeks to go5 points

So far the Seed Starter is not dissapointing... These three will be potted up for the vege further.. Planned for Tuesday.. Then from there into a final pot for flower.. Well done to everyone.. Seems to be a good one thus far..4 points

These ladies have massive leaves. I have topped 1 and 2. #3 I am leaving to her own devices. #2 I am topping 2 maybe 3 times and #1 I will be main lining. Well that's the plan anyway. So her are some before and after pics. Oh have not watered since explogro. No need just yet.3 points

Thank you brother. If Pineapple Fields is at all pineapple tasting, then the terps will mesh well together. DK should bring down flower time as well, and minimise stretch. Win win.3 points

Ya bud, that seems to be your best bet I reckon, the green bag doesn’t have much in it, so you can bank on having an almost clean slate, and mixing that with an in proportion amendment mix would be similar to mixing it with a soil base. So I’m sure that will work to your benefit Keep us updated with the results3 points

Well, this was a rollercoaster ride of decision making for me hahahah so here's what I concluded I will be using the elemental blend to reamend about 90 - 100L of ff green bag for the 2021-22 outdoor season. Will be adding worm castings. if I look at the ingredients of the soil and buy them individually I am gona pay the same amount as just buying that amount of fresh new soil. reason is cause I can't buy per gram, so have to grab a whole bag in cases where I just need half or whatever. so it's a no brainer from here, if I don't try the elemental blend with worm castings, I will just grab fresh green bags3 points

Ladies are starting to gain ground! They not as happy as the other 2 seedlings in the tote... Definitely happier than that poor cutting that I thought was ready to come out the Dome ... Lol its all but vrekked.. exciting change on the way if the tote continues as it is3 points

Each pack has 8 gummies, 25mg a gummy, they actually have a gummy texture unlike most edible gummies you buy, and there are 3 different flavors in the pack, Strawberry, Cherry & Raspberry.2 points

So the girls had some oomph the last couple of days and got uppotted. Roots looking good. Watered in with some microbes and got prime spot in the veg area . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk2 points

Yeah I plant seeds directly into the light mix after germinated through paper towel method. However, next time I’ll germinate the seeds in jiffy plugs and place them into my pots. I’ve tried placing rooted clones directly into elemental blend mix and it also struggles so made myself a light mix(used equal parts ‘used’ orgasoilux, buffered coco, worm castings and 10% perlite) and use it for clones and seed germination. I haven’t attempted transplanting yet as I mainly grow autos, but have a few clones that will need transplanting. Probably will transplant directly into the rich mix with a bit of myco fungi.2 points

I also make use of the elemental blend and try not to overdo the re-amending used soil as you can always add later if too weak. I’ve noticed the Blend is quite strong/hot so easy to stunt plants. If you decide to make use of it, I’d recommend have the full dose 10-30ml/l of soil with a top layer of the used ff with 30% worm castings only to allow the roots to establish themselves and work there way into the rich blend. that worked for me perfectly(added coco as well to the top layer but that was indoor pots and not necessary for you) and only fed nutrients once a week. to add: I’m also looking to amending my own soil as I can add specific amendments should issues arise whereas the elemental blend you adding a bit of everything and the plants may not necessarily need a bit of everything.2 points

SeaGro is fine.. But as mentioned above.. Less is definately more with that smelly shit.. I've burnt my fingers a few times with it.. I also prefer no feeding.. Some microbes once a week foliar and soil at 100ml per 10L.. I'm new to indoor so I would prefer to stear clear of anny EC,PH meters and all that for now. That could just confuze a medicator.. I'll take it slow with that.. Lets just try and get environment spot on.. PM is my biggest worry now that I struggle with it.. Indoor can become real tricky and involved... I take my hat off to the veterans on here.. Growing those dense nugs is not just strain and genes.. Takes some true passion and mastery to create..2 points

Agreed. That's where mixing your own soil comes with huge benefits, you know exactly the amounts of what you put in the soil and with trial and error you can eventually have a soil that will in most cases will push through flowering. Knowing what the plants are needing is key in organics thats why I do not advise new growers to try organics, with synthetics its easier to fix with flushing and also plants react faster to synthetics, with organics if something does go wrong, we looking at removing the plant from the medium rather than flushing in most cases, and trying to fix things can take up to a few days so it's important to try get things dial in from the start. I don't want to discard elemental blend from the topic, I do believe it can get the job done if you tweek it abit, from my only run with it last time I would diffinatly add abit more nitrogen around 4 weeks, possibly bone meal or more worm castings, in my situation my plant wasnt getting enough nitrogen during flower and diffinatly wasn't potassium, @GGGadds more castings which leads me to believe that maybe the blend could do with a better nitrogen source . Still I did get a decent harvest, not perfect but as I said if you know what you doing and tweak it abit you can have a good product2 points

Good Morning and Welcome to the last day of Week 3 No feeding, but I lowered the light again a bit ^^ I leave it here for now. Running on 561-570 PAR Picture hit a bit the low reading ^^ Distance is now 60cm Distance issue is nice visible here.. is very hard to hang the correct distance in a multi lamp setup. The QB would be way lower, if only one would be active inside the tent. I think is the reason why my readings for flower were so much off. Even I tested them single in a empty tent. Depending on light configuration 600 Watt lights have very different hanging distances. And the LUX meters I tested on my phone had up to 20% different results.. then you can also just guess. 100cm hanging distance or 80cm.. is a word. Video 27 - 28 May2 points

So for many years I've been growing in soil and using mixes and matches of nutrients experimenting with good results. Decided a year ago to give biobizz a go and been doing well with the range. Last week though, the sobering reality that Biobizz, the bloom specifically is sold out and fast selling out across the country. What a bummer... There are issues at DAFF and the re-registration is causing an import delay I guess. This puts me back where I'm going to be using a blend of products again once I run out of Biobizz. With so many that are going to be facing the same issues I thought I'd share the blend here so you can also mix your own should you want to. But first... All the disclaimers This is not an all organic fertilizer blend. The bulk of the phosphates and potassium are derived from MKP. (I know all the strictly vegan okes are screaming now... I don't have time to ferment bones and fruits etc... P is P, and K is K to me, and using MKP in very low doses works in organics.) This is a blend of already registered and readily available products. It's going to set you back about R400, and will last a long time. There is nothing special about this blend. I have literally taken each of the suppliers recommended dosages for 1000l, and combined them with 830ml distilled water. So this 1l treats 1000l water, or 1ml/1l. What you need: 20ml Amino mix 40ml Elixer humates 40ml Elixer fulvates 40ml Sea Rock 30g MKP 830ml Distilled water All of the above blends to a dark liquid, with no precipitation reactions, and provides roughly (based on supplier supplied data) 0.3g/kg N 10.7g/kg P 10g/kg K Plus the aminos, humates, fulvates, hormones and other micros. I have used this blend in conjunction with any fish hydrolysate and mollasses with great results. Edit: After recently getting feedback from a grower who measures his input EC to his organics, found his EC reading was lower than usual so he bumped up the EC using only the bloom blend. That quite simply locked his plants up. This bloom blend does not work on its own. You have to use a fish hydrolysate and mollases. This blend being partly salts, is meant to be used as follows: 1ml fish hydrolysate, 1ml molasses, and 1ml of this bloom blend per 1l of water, with every watering. It's a matter of constant micro fertigation to sustain a healthy plant.... Being over eager and over feeding does not mean a yield increase.1 point

After recently getting indirect feedback from a grower who measures his input EC to his organics, found his EC reading was lower than usual so he bumped up the EC using only the bloom blend and probably gave 3 or 4 times the recommended dose. From the 3rd week of flower. You also don't raise the dose as you go through peak Flowering. The dosage stays the same. It's a matter of constant micro fertigation to sustain a healthy plant.... Seagrow in extremely small quantities once in a blue moon has helped me indoor, but I prefer not to use it as it's v easy to overuse imho. Try and make a Fermented Plant Juice (FPJ) using cannabis leaves & brown sugar. This is what I feed from day 1 on my seedlings, foilar spray/feed After week 3 I add a bit of Epsom to the foilar spray.1 point

Repotted the babies in 3l pots. Added some Mycorrhizal Fungi and Trichoderma. Will see how they take it over the next couple of days.1 point

Keep in mind.. when the video ends, they go dark in the single day vids ^^ you see how they prepare to go dark. plants are cool... I made the first long video.. cut all single days I had into the first 3 weeks. Also gave it a speed up (again 3x)^^ Youtube censors it.. tried to change.. but is fun to watch them wiggle1 point

Looks professional @jordz2203and a very cool logo. Had some home made gummies last week, and had a great night rest. They were made in the backyard by a mate, came in a brown paper bag, tasted delicious, even better after being in the fridge. How long do gummies last in your experience? I met a guy day before yesterday who makes custom silicone moulds if you are interested.1 point
