I have since fed once with 1ml per litre of Grow, Micro (soft) and Bloom respectively. This is now the full dose as recommended on the bottle. I have also continued to add some extra silicon at a strength of 6% SiO2 at a dose of 0.5ml per litre. I have not taken any leaves or even the cotyledons off yet. I am now eyeing when to repot to the final 17L container and also when to do the first topping to begin the mainline. Might actually top as soon as tomorrow or the next day.12 points

Week 2 Update / Veg Week 1 No real hard work done this week, just letting them settle in, started feeding Ms Organic her TA Pro Organic grow @ 0.5ml/L and Environoc 401. For the hydro gals not much changed except I dropped the res level a bit because the roots have dropped. Also, my talented gf made me some kickass custom artwork7 points

The girl settled into their new pots nicely.. Will probably wait a node or two before starting the bondage exercises.. One will be toped a time or what, #2 will be fimmed and three will become my Pinetree... Well... Thats the plan.. Things happen..4 points

Update time. Can’t believe it’s been another week. In general seems I overwatered when I uppotted and that stunted the growth for a couple of days. Still just rainwater with calmag and the microbes. Harvested the lemon haze auto so they got most of the space to themselves now #1. First out the gate and settled nicely. Got a FIM. #2 got a little hurt during the transplant and some leaves fell off. She’s falling behind and might leave the competition #3 the runt, last out the gates but has taken the lead. Doing LST on her Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk4 points

Lazy Sunday night post for you all!! Came home from not seeing the plants in 2 days and decided to clean up the lowers which are taking up space now and will become nothing... And be Chopped later anyway so why not now right? Growth is looking amaze balls on both plants... One is clearly ahead, but both ladies are very happy indeed. Please.... For your perusal2 points

48 hours later - tap root is out. Really impressed with this seed, the tap root started showing about 16 hours after it was put into paper towels. The seed sank immediately in the glass of water so I decided to go straight to the paper towels. Been keeping it in a Tupperware that I wrapped up in a fluffy blanket inside an empty tent with fans off. Will plant into an EazyPlug in a humidity dome tomorrow.2 points

Oooh yeah. All three sprouted. For me the paper towel method works perfect. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk2 points

I dont really know what they will do. I am just growing as many budsites as possible with this short veg time we have. I normally like ti veg for 8 weeks and flower for 10 to 11 weeks.2 points

Update time, well not much going on. I have started training #1 for mainlining. #2 I have topped #3 I am not doing anything to. I will just leave her to do her thing and see how she grows without any interference. All in all they are all healthy. I did spray all with a baking soda and water solution. Just as a safety sake for molds. But with low temps and high humidity. Rather safe than sorry.2 points

I only topped the plant above the node. it did not self top. But never the less it is an interesting plant. 4 branches coming out of the 2nd node and 3 branches out of the 3rd node. I topped it as soon as I could see the new growth. Sprayed with some Kelpak this morning2 points

OK, Update, should be week 5 day 1 (to early to think straight ) Tarryn got a FIM.. hope I hit the right spots.. like usual ^^ Had 2 load shedding sessions yesterday, one today. 16-18.30 Sisa got a close shave, will try a mainlining.. quick one And I found out why I have no video.. the cams OS crashed and stayed on record mode.. without recording. Had 3 empty files on the cam and gave me a face palm, when I figured out why the cam says empty battery, even it hangs on power 24/7. Took the battery out for a cold boot and the cam is working again. Is a first it did that..2 points

Hey man, My history with plant breeding predates breeding cannabis, and I used to work with pepper plants. I started growing cannabis 2010, and by 2012 started tinkering with breeding, with limited success, as I was working with landrace bag seeds. By end 2013 though I had settled very seriously into breeding my Chocolope NL line, and spent a few years just working that one line, really getting to know it. I made a few other crosses in that time too, but they never got the attention the CNL did. Started out crossing the CNL line in 2018. Also started making feminized seeds in 2018, and applying what I've learnt over the years to other strains. Last year I decided that im taking it to another challenging level, to create a few poly hybrids to navigate what those lines will bring to possible backcrosses onto both my CNL and Chocolate Gelato lines.1 point

Quite right. This may be a mutation of sort, but more than likely damage of some sort to the growing tip. Whorled phylotaxy is a genetic mutation and is present in the embryo already, and will develop the whorl from the cotyledon leaves onwards.1 point

Week 2 Mini Update Things are looking good still, I haven’t changed anything really. The hydro girls have dropped little roots so things should be happening soon. Organic girl is also just chillin' doing her thing.1 point

Thought I would add a quick update. With regards to the 50w LED floodlights that I’ve used, they work great! I’ve added an extra one at the top, that’s 250w of LED lights in a 1.2mx0.6m tent. I’ve moved the propagation box out and thought I’d just leave it close to a window in the house. The more space in the tent the better. The following plants are in the tent. WASHING MACHINE - a mother plant on the top row producing mass amounts of nodes. 16 currently waiting to be cloned. The 9 bottom right in 5l pots have been vegging in 12cm pots for the last month or so. They were transplanted into their final pots at the time of photo. The 10 in 12cm pots up top have been potted from rooting in jiffy’s at the time of the photo. NORTHERN LIGHTS - 2 plants to the left in 5l pots. The one is struggling from a potassium deficiency and the other recovering slowly from LST. Hopefully one can be a mother. JOCK HORROR - looking perky in the bottom left in a 5l. Possible mother and seems to be doing good. Dense node stacking. PEACH CRESCENDO - on the top rack in a 12cm pot being LST trained with 3 tie-downs. This will become a mother and I will run future cycles with clones from her. GORILLA KIM - still very young vegging in a 12cm pot far right on top CreX 1000Hills Nursery afternoon blazer Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk1 point
