What an interesting few months it has been. The culmination of 1 year of pushing totemic as an official brand in SA, I have distributed a little over 45 000 seeds, 15 000 regulars and 30 000 feminized seeds. I feel it is important for me to share this with other local breeders not at all to flex as some are assuming, but to illustrate how big the local industry is, how big the need is, and how much of our economy is still flowing out to the international market. I feel I'm drowning and can't keep up with the market! I'm not here to compete with other local breeders. Breed your fire. Let's grow this industry together.10 points

Week 4 Update / Veg Week 3 It's been a week of some seriously explosive growth, each of these ladies have their own personalities. T1 (Alyssa) is explosive, man her growth is insane. T2 (Amy) is short and bushy, although reserved, she's been putting on the weight on those thick stems of hers. T3 (Janis) AKA Ms Organic is elegant and poised growing with perfect structure and spacing, I'm thinking of growing her out naturally with little to no training. The girls in hydro got a res change in the beginning of the week and they are getting the 3 part feed and a weekly inoc of Environoc401. Their EC is at 1.1 and PH is at 5.9. They have both been topped and I'm busy training the branches outwards away from the middle. Ms Organic got a soaking of rainwater mixed with ProOrganic and Environoc and has been responding really well to her new pot. T1 - Alyssa Start of training: Current top view: Internal structure: Massive fan leaves, this fan leaf was the one I thought had an extra finger, turns out the finger was in fact a duck foot (webbed) when it had grown out. I had a similar leaf on the other plant: T2 - Amy Start of training: Current top view: Internal structure: T3 - Janis Top view: Internal structure:8 points

She's been through some trauma, but nothing can stop The One. She should grow quite vigorously from this point on. LST is now in full affect. I want to trim the second nodes on either side and then top again. I want to see how big of a 8 cola manifold I can get. We're doing the Groot hand again y'knowah'mean?7 points

Took the runt girl out for a picture. Some worthy mentions of her is, she's extremely soft, I hardly touched her and the stem snapped right off. Removed one leaf and felt more like water than stem Anywho, I'm really keen to see her flower as something is just intriguing in her, she's catching my attention.5 points

Day 36. Short of the two week mark until flip to flower I decided what the heck. I entered the comp to learn and learn I will. T1 got a FIMM. T2 got a Topping. T3 got LST bent 90°. Temps min. 18 max. 28 RH min. 29 max. 70 Seem to have sorted out the soil by adding perlite. I have a feeling I need to cut some fan leaves off T1 and T2. Can I get confirmation on this please.5 points

Going really well, but we ran out of pollen. Could have made a lot more seeds. Close to harvesting the Strawberry Cola. Cant wait to germinated a ton of these autoflower hybrids. I want only purple males next time. The first 2 pictures show what unpollinated vs pollinated looks like.4 points

Wel with the new home for the Tortoni girls I desided to take up some more space with a few of Totemic's ginetics and some seed gifted to me by @SkunkPharm.. Germinated some Grape Gorilla x2, Chockolate Gelato x3, Double Sunsetx3, Dream Queen Reg x10 and DQ x Slurri reg.. x6 The girls showed face yesterday in some Jiffies and was potted up into the FF Seed Starter.. They should also help me guage the DIY Light's intensity with regards to stretch.. The second DQ in the pot sprouted but needed assistance with his helmit..3 points

So, these lovely ladies are on their way to recovery. One is doing a little worse than the other two (the smaller one). The topping seems to have gone well. Still dipping a little, but I have been watering a little more. Going to be backing off the next few days. But they are looking green and healthy. 2 photos from Wednesday, and the rest from today.3 points

Probably just stress from the topping, transplant and too hot coco. The new leaves are looking great so I am not concerned. These ugly leaves will just get the chop eventually or just fall off on their own.3 points

Did you ammend the soil before the switch? They look like they hungry, some of your leaves look pale with green vains that may suggest lack of magnisum aswel. If harvest time suggests 29 June, than it's reaching the end of its cycle and it's just eating whatever nutritions she has store left, I wouldn't worry to much if that's the case2 points
-
She is nearing the end and may only want water. That curl in the leaf could be overwatering and nute burn that's progressing. What you'll find with the green Gelato is that it does not fade to purples and reds. She goes light green then yellow.2 points

This is a green gelato from Totemic which Im growing. The plant has been flawless and vigorous the entire growth except for the last 5 days, not sure what is going on. The flowering window is from 29 June. Living soil Rain water Totemic bloom mix Outdoor. I noticed the plant looked a bit droopy a while back so I wrapped cling wrap around the pot. I find the bottom half of my soil is compact or something because when I water the water will drain out of the pot half way down, until it reaches the compact area, no idea why this is happening. I have tried not watering as well as over watering but the plant still looks the same. Does it look like an issue or is this just signs of the end being near? The leaves almost feel like paper and the leaves are just curling down.1 point

Day 37 Plants seem to be enjoying it in their new and final home. 2 weeks of veg left, grow grow grow! I was going to use neem oil but decided to opt for Buddi All rounder spray as a preventative measure for bugs+fungi- can't say I've used it before but wanted something where I don't risk getting ratios wrong as I only need a small quantity per application. I have also sprinkled a bit of diatomaceous earth around the base of the plant. Temp+Humidity sensor moved with the plants to this tent, you can see how this tent is warmer (presumably mostly due to the bigger light) since the move on 16 June. @iGrowDagga there's the divergence you were talking about #1 and #3 pulling ahead of #21 point

Best wishes and luck on the venture B. Covid fcuk'ed our business up and now we (wife and myself) have a massive shade house doing nothing. Have a bunch of CBD1/THC1 and some CBD/Hemp seeds we planting this season for reasons similar to yours. We started with party chocolates (THC man) but are lowering dosage as most of the people who are taking it are raving about a good night's sleep but waking up still high. Early stages but we are turning our nursery from an events and conference supplier to a herbal growing gig. Salts, oils, soaps using indigenous veld and fynbos and the mother herb. Let's talk. I have found the link to its original thread, *Note To admin* (Feel free to remove link if needed) The thread is quite long ive been active on it for some time and alot of its users return to the thread with success. If you have the time and really want to try this method id suggest reading the first 5 pages Curing-nug-the-right-way1 point

Week 7 - Day43 (19/06/2021) Spent the past week dealing with pest problems. Had to let go off all the plants in the flower tent as they were in a bad condition. Proceeded of a full sanitisation of the flower then and then proceeded to sanitize the veg tent, spray down the plants and remove all the dying and infected leaves. I started by introducing predatory mites but then removed them after the plants were sprayed down as they would have just been killed. Ill reintroduce them in 1 to 2 weeks as i think thats the longest they can be kept in the fridge for before they die anyway HORTIMIX-DWC With two weeks to go to flower decided to give her a top and trip lower leaves and big fan leaves to expose bottom to more light. This should give her enough time to recover and get a day or more of growth in before switching to flower. Did a reservoir change. She showed no signs of any nutrient deficiency and the EC before the change was 0.4. I assumed that this was enough nutes for her to continue on so i didnt increase nutes too much New reservoir is at 0.5EC and 5.8PH. I also added in Silica Plus and Enviroc. I have been playing with the idea of not switching her to flower. I think she will be much more valuable if i grow her out for a couple weeks more and i can get a nice big harvest out of her HORTIMIX-COCO Watered with plain water PH'd to 5.8, Runoff measured at 0.2EC, 6.3PH. Added Silicon Plus aswell. Also added some cover crop of marigold and dill More leaves have turned brown and she seems not to be making a recovery. IF she doesnt show any improvement this week in gonna have to let her go. Ill rerun the EHG vs HORTIMIX experiment again with another strain and hope i dont fuck that one up too. Perhaps ill do it in dwc. EHG-COCO Watered with plain water PH'd to 5.8, Runoff measured at 0.2EC, 6.3PH. Added Silicon Plus aswell. Also added some cover crop of marigold and dill As with the HORTIMIX-COCO plant shes not looking good. Also lost more leaves and doesnt look like shes recovering. Will let her go if no improvement is shown this week Pics to follow1 point

Chiefs, this South African cat is claiming Johannesburg was the start of the mining operation for the Annunaki. They enslaved us to mine gold for them and apparently jozi is full if ancient mines covered up by big companies like Anglo etc. Personally I still need to find time to read his book, but found a couple of good videos about his view on the YouTube channel "Universe inside you" Leumeria, atlantis, the ancient earth and all is the peak conspiracy I'm interested in lately, as it's not about humans and their antics, but more about the creation of consciousness and it's reality. Shatter past the veil of religion and the possibilities of what could-be becomes mind blowing.1 point

Not my porsche... just taging along he isnt in the mood to go alone. But i restored 2 911, a 78 SC mk1 and a 84 carrera. Know the old models like my pocket. To me best cars in the world, you just feel the road so well. i have a 350Z convertible for sale if interested. He just bought his Porsche here and couldnt get bothered to sell the Nissan... needed garage space, so he just gave me the car... sell, keep, have fun with it somebody interested... is a track tool you can drive on the road. Has KW competition coilovers on, race clutch, breaks worked over and semi slicks. Drives like a kart. Got perfectly balanced on a scale at a racing shop near the track, 50/50. Coilovers are 45k alone... competition... not clubsport. Goes for 120k if interested. I havent put it on the market yet, to much fun to drive to put all into perspective... my rs6 c5 stands for over a year... cant move it, just to expensive. Wish i would be rich... i really do hehehe1 point

Been doing some thinking on this. I am leaning more towards the Slurricane side, not only for the pheno but also for a little bit of height. So far I have managed to get pretty consistent in terms of height with clones I now take from my stable of mothers, so if the Tortoni can do the same that'd be great. Having said that, I also do not want the very tallest plant either, so...best of both worlds? I am super keen to see the differences between the Gelato and Slurricane dominances when the plants are in full flower1 point

Oooh lovely stuff brother... I've got some advice on how to improve on those otherwise sick benders. Hit me up.1 point

Goooood morning Tortoni caretakers. After top and fun I got rid of some fan leaves to promote growth lower down , pinched just below top node also . Girls got 1 feeding and a SST in the last week . Transplanted into 15L pots with amended old soil, mixed FF Premium/Amended soil and just FF Premium Classic (Green bag) last night . Another 2-3 weeks to settle and of we go .1 point

I decided to test the sts pray out on that middle purple glam kush and she really did not like it. It burned her pretty badly. I'm reconsidering going in that direction. I sprayed her away from the others and waited till she was dry before putting her back. Maybe reduce the sts dose? Im also running low on pollen, removing the males that early was a mistake. If i see her reversing i will remove her from this tent. Seeds forming on every plant except the 2 pineapple expresses and the middle pgk.1 point
