Ok these should be the last pics. 68 days of Flower. The one pheno is milky and the other has some orange trichomes already. I might the one for another couple of days or a week. But it is time for some new flowering plants.7 points

Hi, I’m very satisfied with my lady, those buds(50) are getting fleshy and looking healthy, suppose another 2 to 3 weeks before harvest. Well my first indoor grow and learned quite a lot6 points

Week 9 done and now into the 10th and (I expect) final week of flower. Gave 2L straight water each last night and I expect that to be the last watering for #1 and #3. Unsure about #2 at the moment, she might go a few days longer if she wants to swell. 31 Aug - 5 Sep: #1: #2: #3:6 points

Ok. Enough of this kak. Can’t stand opening the tent so while I had time and mostly cloudy, took them down. Was an awesome comp and came a long way. Grow space is upgraded and running a lot better, as long as I check my dosages. Something to never forget. Good luck to everyone still competing. Will move the vegging #2 to the flower box soon and prob start a round of vostoks! Runt #3 up first And #1 In the box Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk4 points

Day 114 and day 30 of 12/12. As the competition draws to an end here I am. Some are getting ready to harvest while others are gonna push a bit longer then there is one or two of us that fucked up along the way. But finish we will. Just by looking at the killer plants that have been grown the I think the judges have their work cut out for them. Pics are in groups of four #1-#3. Finally figured out the blue bags are drying twice as fast as the brown bag. Gave them all a proper soaking today. For what it's worth I'll be putting T3 forward on judgment day. Bonus is I get to have a sneak peek to what my plants should look like in 40 days time.4 points

Between now and the end of the year, I am chained to my desk. For 12 hours, everyday, I have to be here. Working. Luckily, pandemic habits mean I can do this work from my desk at home. The payoff is also a good one, and as the new year gets started, work stops for me. Then, sometime in the middle of January, I get to load up my car and take a long road trip with no marked out plan or final destination. And for this trip I am going to need weed. It's been a while since I grew anything (not since lockdown started and I shifted homes), and to be honest I miss it. It is the closest thing I have to therapy, and without a grow to invest my anxiety and obsessiveness into, I carry these into places they don't belong. Growing though takes time...time that would otherwise be spent at my desk. The solution I am going to be documenting is a cramped grow, like my first grow...a grow literally right next to my desk. Things have already begun to roll. I went into my store and pulled out some very basic gear. Good gear - but basic. The focus is essentials. I had to buy a new tent and some pots for this job, but just about everything else was just waiting to be plugged in. I probably need a chiller, but like my first grow, I am solving problems on the go. This diary (and grow) is therefore devoted to simplicity and utility in the art of growing weed - an art best experienced by learning it all over again. From scratch.3 points

Finally did a total weigh in. Crescendo just over 150g Jet Fuel Gelato just over 120g Headbanger just over 50. This is excluding popcorn. I feel I could of done better with closer monitoring and staying on top of things but not too bad I would like to think.2 points

@Martin7318 duuuuuuude. Plants are looking fanfuckingtastic. What a good job. Can't wait to see them fill that tent.2 points

I will definitely take atleast 2L. Thanks for the interresting info. I have been using one method which has been working very well but having something that is usable in flowering is a major benefit. I am assuming it is probably not advisable to use serenade everytime you flower but rather incase of late emergencies in flowering and as IPM. Another tool on the belt.2 points

Been wanting to go rdwc for ages, never did but decided I was over coco and all the mess involved. So built my own due to the ridiculous cost of off the shelf systems. a few minor mods left to do tomorrow and I’ll be doing water tests.1 point

@CoolJ duuuude. 320g of prime nugs is amazing, and even some popcorn nugs. Excellent work.1 point

I’ve only done cuts of a single pheno of pancake stompers for now. So will go with those, when they root.1 point

Lobbyists bemoaned the draft Cannabis for Private Purposes Bill during a three-day public participation process in Parliament this week. The bill allows for the private possession and use of cannabis. The unregulated cannabis industry is estimated at R28-billion. “We reject the bill.” This was the recurring sentiment as one by one criticisms were levelled against measures in the proposed Cannabis for Private Purposes Bill, during public hearings held by Parliament’s Justice and Correctional Services committee this week. While interested parties were not opposed to the bill being passed, they argued that it needed to be revised. Pro-marijuana use lobbyists complained that heavy restrictions placed by lawmakers on cannabis use and possession is a failure to recognise the socioeconomic potential for cannabis to alleviate poverty and boost the local economy. Parliament was criticised for failing to consult effectively with the public before drafting the bill. Researchers and indigenous communities said that without consultation the bill failed to accurately distinguish between “hemp” and “dagga” and their differing uses; it placed unrealistic limitations on THC levels; over-exaggerated the harms of cannabis and failed to recognise the nutritional as well as environmental potential of cannabis to produce biofuel. The genesis for the hearings dates to September 2018 when the Constitutional Court handed down a landmark judgment that South Africans had the right to consume cannabis in the privacy of their own homes. This effectively decriminalised the private use of marijuana. Cilo Cybin Pharmaceutical cannabis plants in a grow room at the company’s facility in Centurion on 20 August 2021. (Photo: Waldo Swiegers/Bloomberg via Getty Images) The court gave Parliament 24 months to change the legislation to align with the ruling. Though the deadline was missed, the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development has since released its draft Cannabis Master Plan – a strategy to industrialise and commercialise the controversial plant. According to the Master Plan, South Africa’s largely black-market cannabis industry is estimated at R28-billion. The number of cannabis users is about 3.4 million and Interpol rated South Africa as the fourth-largest producer in the world. As part of the Master Plan, the draft bill, passed by Cabinet in August 2021, outlines the rules for the possession and cultivation of marijuana. Source1 point

Use it only in combination with a burner.. and haven't got one so far down here. Friend from Switzerland coming in October, I check that he brings me a liter of Sanosil to wash out the tents. Doesn't stink like sulfur ^^1 point

Even on this rainy day they are kept warm and snug with a lovely 23C The Slurrican Cheese is also starting to grow into a beautiful little plant. "She" will be big if all goes to plan I will also report back with the Lactobacillus Serum stage. Tomorrow is 7 days but hopefully i can start today...1 point

@Prom , thank you for the guidance as usual . Always great to hear from you. The 3 leaves that were cut were covering spots I believed needed light. Very interesting to hear of the possibility of killing them from unsterile instrumentation. I think I'm in the clear from using my kitchen scissors but I don't think I'll be doing that again . I have 1 topped, 1 FIM and 1 I have only done the lst on. Definitely going to be interesting to see the difference. The FIM was an accident ironically. I planned to top the last one soon, but I think I'll take your advice and leave it to compare, or maybe figure out "Mainlining" as mentioned1 point

It's been an exciting week! First time Topping, first time doing some LST and first time defoliating (1 leaf off each plant, but still! ). I'm happy with how it's going, these plants have become a lot more "hands-on" which has made it quite interesting, learning curve has gone up a notch. Still just feeding 1ml/lt of Bio-Grow. Trying to find amino booster in my area to add to it. Thanks as always for looking, advice and tips always welcome1 point

Finally took some time to look at the girls. Eina. Cleaned up the dead bleached peroxide surfer wannabe leaves. They are not looking dead and seems thanks to my kak spraying seems like the buds are still mostly healthy. Foxtailing continues on the runt, but #1 seems to have been shocked into standstill, no surprises #1 #3 the runt Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk1 point

Unfortunately not. My outside space is full on astro turf and while there are a few garden beds the best spot for max sun ray collection is in the middle away from walls. So I typically give my outdoor ladies a seat or even a table to sit on out in the open away from shade - found a pic from my last outdoor run as an example.1 point

They're growing nicely! I feel training is certainly needed on a lot of the in house strains as they get very stretchy. Yield will be affected negatively I feel without proper training to try keep the canopy flatish. Sent from my Redmi Note 7 Pro using Tapatalk1 point
