So took the plunge and invested in a vape. After 20+ years of smoking it’s time to give the lungs a rest. After watching a lot of entry level reviews i was thinking of the gpen pro/elite or the boundless cdc 2.0. Then I went to the vape shop. Had a lekker chat and they recommended the Utillian 421 and color me impressed. Went through two bowls and what a different experience. First time trying a vape and I’m in love. Let’s see how this develops but I can see myself rolling a lot less. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk3 points

Funny thing is that i added D earth to my home made super soil and the gnats are everywhere. Just gonna continue with things and monitor. If i see any negative effect on my plants the shit's gonna fly. Luckily these creatures has a short life span so will see. Thrips is probably worse so it is what it is for now.2 points

I cant agree more. He is a brilliant soul, a huge passion and vision for South Africa, most importantly with the right intentions! The time is now guys, please support their run in this election. We have the momentum, the right political environment locally and internationally. If all activist groups could support this initiative I think we would see DP establishing themselves as a force in the coming future, both locally and nationally. Jeremy has the talk, lets help him walk.2 points

Really we have the very best people fighting for Dagga in our country. I'm not sure if bias could be counted here, but seeing the talent and courageous actions, wisely taken from all of the leaders in SA. It make me really proud to be South African. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I like Jeremy, he is most passionate. It seems the whole bill scenario has hit quite a fender bender and calls for a write off. Jeremy really ignited that energy in the beginning of the hearing. Someone else mentioned. I suppose its back to waiting, If I have to pick a country in the world that could deal the final blow to a stigmatic colonialist thinking, it would have to be a country that is ripe and full of wisdom, some people say wisdom comes with age.2 points

The vape is actually a lot like a bong. Grind, pack, smoke, clean. Maintenance seems the big thing to remember, but the flavors is what amazed me. Want to grow 10 different strains now [emoji23] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk2 points

They are developing beautifully, and the tester is really impressed with their vigour. They have already been cut back. They will be flipped in about 10 days.2 points

Happy belated birthday, brother!!! those babies probably held back just to give you a nice surprise on your special day, no other gift like the gift of life, hey hope you had a great day and may you have fruitful year ahead of you2 points
-
man that's still something I am facing myself! props to you mr@Pants, your lungs definitely will appreciate the change! I haven't been able to discipline myself enough to put the bongs aside, too passionate about my glass collection. I might like the ritual of packing, smoking, cleaning and appreciating a peice of glass more than the rest of the ceremony2 points

KmintZ - Ripper Seeds Bought these babies at the beginning of the month. I have no idea when I will pop them but I just had the instinct to grab them while they were still available. My most popular strain amongst my circle is the Zkittlez x Purple Punch by Ripper Seeds, and KmintZ appears to be the "updated" version of ZxP, claiming better fungi resistance and beefier buds yes sir, another bowl of marketing please to fill my eager capitalist belly! Dope packaging though. It will sit in storage until the day comes to pop them.2 points

So gents, its an important time to get active in cannabis now. Jeremy Acton, the leader of the Dagga Party, got very close a couple years ago with national elections and had a small percentage of votes. Since then he has been working hard to organise candidates for this years municipal elections. I think they have about 9 candidates up for voting this year in the western cape. I really do think it is possible that they can take over a ward and lead the way for a dagga homeland!!! Dont forget Jeremy was instrumental in the reason why we can grow and smoke at home, not to mention opening the flood gates for all the "legal" cannabis businesss that we have today. If you are registered to vote and in the western cape, throw your vote at the Dagga Party. As I receive them I am going to load all the phenomenal DP candidates on here so you can see yourself. Viva Dagga. Please support, like, share, tag, promote. Its not that hard, takes a couple minutes. Play your part and lets see what the cannabis community can do. Dagga Party of South Africa aims to execute a Section 235 Right to Self-Determination in the Declaration of the Cape Metro as a Cannabis Homeland by council vote to unleash the industrial and nutritional benefits of cannabis to create jobs in the value-adding of Cannabis fiber into products, andto generate sustainable energy by converting all municipal sewage treatment plants to produce biogas for local power generation, and to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Glad that you're stoked on the vape vibes! Ja also enjoying my Cloudious 9. Was a cheapy but gets the job done proper. Definitely don't miss the rough throat in the mornings. Adding to that. An old school joint every now and then still reigns king ekse1 point

Nice man! I have been vaping for a couple of years and much prefer it to combustion. I have a Davinci IQ2 currently and loove it! Never used or seen a Utillian 421 before, but as long as it works and gets you stonned! Much healthier than smoking too and less harsh. Flavours are quite different on a vape as well and the high also differs a little at times. You can customise the high a bit too by adjusting the temp.1 point

The tent is up and what a high end piece of gear!! The only... only... gripe I have is that the drawstrings for the vents are a bit thin and don't do such a great job of closing off the vent. Other than that, this tent is fucking amazing. Just trying to pull the material over the poles you'll know that it's quality, that shit is heavy! Thanks for all the advise that led me to this purchase guys..1 point

Excited to start a bunch of new seeds. Only a few of these will be used for breeding. The rest will get a full season outdoors. They rarely end up looking like they are advertized.1 point

It's been a tense past 36 hours! Sorry for the downtime guys The website was migrated over to a better server on Sunday night which requires that the domain (420sa.co.za) points to the new server. This involves changing DNS settings and that's where the issue was. I was having issues getting access to the account where I change those DNS settings and support from the host, to get access, was painfully slow. So I phoned the host this morning and finally got them to sort me out, and we're back. My apologies to those who tried to access the site1 point

It’s probably shitty weed that wasn’t flushed properly and now they want to flog it. Snap crackle and pop, how did it taste? Anything like Nos?1 point

What I heard is that legal grows are pumping product into the illegal market at R10 a gram. It could be sulphur that they spayed or burnt in the last bit of the grow. Lesotho legal producers.1 point

wow shit man do you still have some of the bud? my first question to you is simple, is the weed properly dried yet? sorry if that's a dumb question, but you never know if you really sure it's not seeds or stems it could be that he rushed or pushed something during harvest/dry/cure and depending on where he rushed or pushed it, it may have different levels of concern. if you have some, grind some up and take a real close look at it, maybe post a photo for us? I had a plant shoot out nanners at the end of a grow, pushed them too far and it pollinated a spot here and there in the tent that started forming seeds. I could see the little swolen pockets in the flowers when closely inspected, I gave some of that weed to my brother in law and he also smoked it without noticing the seeds, cz they just started forming and is really just a hard peice of green "barky" seed shell that looks just like the rest of the weed, but it will crackle when sparked. if this is the case then it just depends on the smoker how much they like it, personally I can't stand it. if this is not the case, then you actually do have right to be a bit worried as your friend might be smoking on some carcinogens. it will be minute amounts, nothing to write home about. I mean there are carcinogenic particulates in the food we eat and the air we breathe, but be careful as that is the last list in life that you wana keep adding to. we rather wana make that list shorter. in this case the snap, crackle and pop is the sign of nutrients that the plant needed when it was alive that are still present in forms of sugars, salts, startch and other forms of oils that you do not wana smoke. this would be the result of pumping the plant with too much PPM in the last period of its life and not making sure the plant was atleast starting to fade before harvest. so pushed the nutes and then rushed the harvest. also, did he perhaps wash the bud after he harvested? some people wash their buds with lime juice and bicarbonate of soda then they forget to wash all that off with clean water and this may also result in a snap, crackle and pop and probably more carcinogenic and the biggest risk to your health of all the rest. definitly not a calyx problem though, the more calyx the better1 point

The tents doing ok, I believe every single pistil is pollinated and lots of seeds are forming on every female. Trimming these autos 3 times and forcing them to stay small looks like its going to pay off. At least with my size constraints and what I wanted to achieve. Im already working and doing test prints for the new crosses. Counting chickens before they hatch lol1 point

Group photo, Been getting de chlorinated water, with EM and Biodyne 401 on every second water. Gave a small shot, 1.2 or 1.3ml of Biobizz Fish, to a 5L water on the first watering, when they got potted, to start the ball rolling, as I had recycled my old soil from the previous run, and it had dried out between plants. Otherwise they are happy and will not add anything more, and wait for them to get new pots and fresh soil. Then they will need nothing but water and Microbes again. Critical is okay, just had a bad recovery from Surgery after being birthed upside down. Some clones too in the pic,1 point
