  1. @donnob @Naughty.Psychonaut I Contacted @Light It Up, they have send me and email with all the information I need. I will probably start with 2 to 3 lights. I am just going to grow 4 auto flowers for now. I don't want to get a bigger tent later, I will rather add extra lights. Thanks

  2. How many 240W QB's you planning to get? I think you'll need minimum 3-4 of those for that space. I have the same size tent and you're going to need quite a bit of light to make that footprint work for you

  3. fok that's a big tent you gona need a lot of light for that size tent, if you get only one of the 240w qbs you'll only have round about a 1mx1m of decent coverage in that space, and theoretically it'll be even less efficient, because in your tent the light wont have the reflective walls at the 1mx1m border to bounce back off of, so you will "loose" that light off to the sides. this is the whole point of the reflective insides of the tents. you can always add lights as you go, which is nice when working with those small qbs, they take up very little space, easy to work with and all that so you can hang a lot of them with ease. I would also say at least 3 of them in that tent and 4 max, you can play around with the dim and brightness settings too if you get the right lights so keep that in mind excited to see you put the setup together!

  7. Yo devil boy As mentioned above by the OG's, wait until most of the pistils turn brown and start curling into themselves, then you should be about 2 weeks from harvest. Leaves are also a tell tale sign. Most leaves will turn yellow or at least have a proper fade to them. Most effective still is to check trichomes. When 50%-70% of the trichomes has turned cloudy/milky and the rest have turned amber, you should harvest if you are looking for a stronger, more euphoric effect. When trichomes are ranging from amber to brown, this is when full maturity has been reached. Once trichomes turn amber they start to degrade in quality. By the time the plant is all amber and starting to turn brown, most of the THC has converted to CBN, which has a very relaxing, sleep aiding, couch lock effect. All is strain dependant and you have to experiment yourself to achieve your desired effect.

  10. ay man!! looking swell there! your methods are right man - typically i dont even start checking trichomes before 80-90% of the pistols have gone brown, and then its usually a week or 2 after that when the bud becomes mature. i know its hard, but try get some close up views of the buds, not the trichomes on the leaves, and see if you can tell what stage youre in. the bud looks like it will be good though man, might not be the best smoke of your life - but its a far cry from the worst youve likely smoked so good job man!!

  12. @Riettevdm welcome, hope you are well listen to mr.Dave and go for the 240w. anything smaller will be a waste and you'll have to add or upgrade soon soon. what size tent you going for? even with the smaller 80×80 tent you wana go 240w minimum, but I would also not recommend the smaller tents as they usually just a stepping stone to something bigger.

  15. So about four weeks ago we had a harvest and I gave 2 of my friends a few wet trimmed branches of freshly harvested plants to dry and cure on their own. I'm at about two weeks since placing them into jars and burping twice a day. They are really smelling yummy and I will probably start smoking them soon. So we are at his house for a braai and he brings out his jar and its smells like shit. Like cheap outdoor. I realized after talking that he only dried it for a week before placing it into a jar. He said after he put it in the jar it got wet again and again so he would throw it onto a tray to dry for a few minutes every time. He also burped the jars twice every day. You're better of overdrying weed than jarring it with too much moisture in the bud. When you close that jar you lock in the moisture. Big companies freeze-dry cannabis and then jar them with 2-way humidity packs. Just trust me on this one. Dry the plants till you can easily snap the stems. Not kink, not click. Dry snap. You want to slowly dry the plant until it's ready to jar.

  16. Day 22 of 12/12. Not much stretch this week. Everything seems to be ok and no signs of any lurking problems.
