  1. I am growing this GG4 in coco and I am 5 weeks into flowering. Is she looking any good? Any guess as to how much the yield might be? I am curious and excited as it is my first grow. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  3. I have potted the KmintZ clones, 8 in total. I will only need 6 of them, but you can never be too careful with a new strain! The Wedding Cake plants will soon be potted into the flower tent, thinking maybe another week. I have also weighed the trimmed tops of the ZxP, as well as the Gorilla Zkittlez. After I have trimmed the bottoms of the ZxP, I will add it to the total with the tops, but for now the ZxP weight only includes the tops. ZxP Tops: 115g Gorilla Zkittlez: 173g

  6. Was gona say welcome, but I see you been here since way back Welcome back then hahah you made a nice structure with that auto and she's looking frosty! she still got time to go, I would say at least a month. quite a small plant overall but then again autos are known to be smaller.

  7. yeah that's looking good for 5 weeks man! did you make clones? wait, is this auto? about the yield, that's always hard to say, because weed will take up same/different amount of space or volume and still weigh different. for example, I recently grew 2 different phenotypes of the same strain, buds came out looking very much alike, density and size, plant structure and size was alike, however there was quite a difference in weight. but let's take a guess anyway I would saaaayyyy....... somewhere between 20 and 80g

  9. Thought Id share how I plan to keep genetics around much longer, She's been up for a 3 weeks now. This is just because I thought there are a few factors that would make this viable, a decent space which is this secret Jardin 80 x 60 x 80, Which I've been having a lot of fun with, doesn't take up massive space but is still a decent size. Some airflow, ok now bathrooms fans work. Then the interesting part the lighting, I wanted to make sure there was some what enough power. SO I initially thought, hmmmm how to do this without the heat. Good old trusty T8s (have done me well in the past), I'm yet to see what these specific OSRAM tubes do, I used to use the china ones, so i'm sure these will graft better. Might even pop some seeds in the new space. All said and done, the light was about 300 bucks minus the sonoff switch. Have a lekke dag mense!

  10. I think those cheap burple lights with the veg & bloom switches would get the job done, you might have to run them full spectrum but they work well for clones and seedlings and somewhat for veg aswel. Hardly any heat. T8s are always a good option. I have a similar setup using the old burples and when i move them into the flower room i just let them veg for anther 2 weeks under the powerful lights just to give them abit of size before flipping.

  11. Anyone looking for 250l grow bags, with pallets on castors? Total cost 450 for bags, 1250 for the poly plastic pallets on castors. You can have both sets for 500 collection in CPT is the only option

  12. Niiice that looks great, I don't think it even needs a fan! bummer that it only pulls 27watts! get these strips!!!! https://www.digikey.co.za/en/products/detail/samsung-semiconductor-inc/SI-B8V101560US/7562243 you'll need this driver, https://www.digikey.co.za/en/products/detail/mean-well-usa-inc/HLG-320H-24B/7704033 if you planning on grouping them all together in the old school quantum board fashion, you'll need a heatsink and possibly a fan and you have to mount the driver away from the strips to keep the everything as cool as possible. alternatively you could get aluminium T-strip and build a bar style light then you don't need a fan or heatsink, and the T-strip is enough space between the strips and driver so you mount the driver right on the back.

  13. Aweh fellow florists. Ladies are doing lekker, weighed down with their burdens. But we like it that way. Very happy with the results so far since moving to the growbed style of cultivation. Haven't fed any bottled nutes except to assist with any defs, of which we only had a slight Ca problem. They had a regular dose of AACT and some Comfrey/banana FPJ with molasses in flower. They reacted very positively to that so we started a Comfrey/banana/parsley FPJ, which I'll dose with some molasses before hand. Only other bag/bottle nutrient was some Protek guano pellets. Watering is also a much easier and lighter affair, compared to the pots and growbags. Fruitpunch f5 , f2. Lemon Fire-Tall lanky sativa flowering later. Cheers

  15. Here to conclude a seed popping trial in the propagation station as they will be transplanted tomorrow and moved to their new home, all in all, I'm happy with the results, the seedlings are healthy and didn't display unreasonable stretch. These seeds came up on the 2/3 of feb so they have not done too bad considering its just not seed popping weather. Having said that, temps are definitely getting better. Sooo that's always fun for us who do not rock air-conditioning. These babies will be updated in Grow diary, as they will be flipped next week, some in my grow diary and others in the hydroponic experiment thread. I want to make sure these plants require little to no maintenance, so Ill be setting up automation and will also provide details. Lekke dag mense

  17. Day 23. Calmag now in full effect. I’ll only apply little drops henceforth. Grow nutrients will now be reduced to 5% while I increase bloom and molasses. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
