I have just weighed the recent harvest of the 5x ZxP plants. The total for this was 188g. Better yield than the KmintZ even though it was a whole one plant less, which is cool. The bud is looking pretty quality too so I am satisfied. I do want to start bumping these per plant harvests up though.7 points

Beginning of lockdown when fags were expensive I experimented on herbal recipes for my vape while I was waiting for my beer to brew. One thing lead to another and we now grow a variety of herbs and West Coast Vaper was born. I get to walk out into the nursery and pick herbs as and when needed for projects now. A little lavender and rosemary harvest for a pork brisket rub I'm working on for a client. Unfortunately my CBD grow ended up not being CBD so have a few unhappy customers.4 points

Hours and hours in trim jail I also find that using a pair of pruning scissors that do not have any springs seriously helps when you are doing multiple hours in a row. My personal favourite pair of pruners are the Chikamasa B-500. If kept clean, the Japanese steel will last you a lifetime. Konnichiwa3 points

Your trimming is soooo good man. You really present these flowers the best way they can possibly be presented. This was a really good grow and harvest man well done3 points

Yeah, thanks man. Gotta try. Only time I look back is to make sure there are no stragglers. I'll DM you details. Haven't paid the fees to plug myself. Sent from my S40 using Tapatalk2 points

Good move man, you've really made a lot of strides since the Covid clusterfuck hit. I like the infusions you are doing. 3 of those olive oil variants caught my eye. Do you courier?2 points

Yet again, cops can't do shit themselves. Always keep your nose clean and don't draw attention to your neighbors. The proverb of "don't shit where you eat" comes to mind. Use carbon filters if you are gonna have a mad grow! Although the smell of cannabis is not enough to let police into your private area. You are allowed to consume cannabis in your private space so the victim didn't actually have to let the police in. Although, his actions of working with the police officers will probably help him in the long run, depending what he was saying during the initial inspection of his property. See these canisters? The above quote makes me think these are large bottles of butane. Alternatively it could be CO2. Either way, CO2 or butane, having those sized bottles in a confined space like this is a super no-no. Just this alone could get somebody into trouble and is actually quite frankly the only good part about this story. This dude was a mad lad having those bottles in a frickin bathroom2 points

Harvested last week and finished trimming yesterday. Not my best run in terms of yeild but was expecting it the way my canopy looked. I yielded just over 250g. Some pictures of the Jelly Breath.2 points

I'm interested! What is the quickest yall have every flipped a plant, I've heard of 12/12 from seed, 2 week from seed? I'm contemplating on flipping sooner on a higher plant count, what has your experiences been, do you prefer a shorter or a longer veg? Or would you say it's strain depended Sent from my SM-A528B using Tapatalk1 point

That's why you establish good relations with your neighbours before pulling this kinda dumb shit off. Dumb move Donnie Brasco. Dealing is still illegal, whether its ganja or tik. The cops see no difference. Now he's gotta deal with the consequences.1 point

Sweet drop man. That old dirty biker is still tickling my fancy. Just germinated the Orange road, Larry OG, Blue D no5, Old Widow and MOB×Old Widow. All with a 100% germination success rate Will start a diary on that in the future. We also need to trade some OSG Cheese man so let me know.1 point

what's good! well, first I have to throw a question back at you, if you don't mind. what do you wana achieve? A different interesting way to grow weed? or to harvest more regularly to have more weed? I feel small plants don't get to express themselves fully. always have an extra clone or two, during this time of the year I throw them outside for some extra buds, the smaller plants all finish up before the buds are fully formed. maybe this will be different indoors, never done it indoors. there are countless different interesting ways to do this grow thing, but when it comes down to it more often than not people will find themself reverting back to the most basic old school ways. for good reason and I think it speaks for itself. I also agree with having the plant big enough to atleast get a couple clones off before you send it to flower. if you wanted to do that whole perpetual sea of green thing you'll need to run a constant clone setup to provide you with enough clones to keep the flower space filled. which means you won't be able to achieve this by just having one setup. or you gona have to source a bunch of clones somewhere the whole time which is not ideal either. in that case, if you looking at 2 setups for different purposes, I would suggest the trusty old school pererual grow where you veg a plat for at least 2 months before flowering her and using this 4 to 5 month period to fill your veg space again.. which is more than enough time.... by the time you finished flowering, your veg space should be full again and you just carry on flowering. and repeat trust me, MUCH less physical labour and headache working with just a few bigger / medium sized plants rather than a whole bunch of small ones.. you could even do a higher plant count, but still at least veg them for around 7 weeks till they medium sized, just so they get to express themself and you get to clone them without cutting 50% or more off the plant. hope this helps!1 point

You can keep a plant on 12/12 from seed until it starts flowering. But I highly doubt that will be 2 week in total. The seedling have not reached sexual maturity yet in my experience. They will start to flower once they are past the seedling stage, depending on your environment and the circumstance, it will start flowering from 3/4 weeks after germ.1 point

That is hard question because you at least want to take a clone off the plant before you flip. I have done 3 and a half to 4 weeks before I flip. But I prefer 6 to seven weeks then Flip. Clones are fine to veg just 2 weeks then flip.1 point

Next batch of ZxP has been chopped this morning. 5 colourful plants in all, and some nice full buds hanging off the branches. I am going to slightly modify my usual harvest routine. Usually I would remove all the big fan leaves and then lay the branches on a dry net in a closed empty grow tent. This time around I am going to hang the whole plants upside-down in an empty grow tent. My intention is to slow down the drying process and to put a little more emphasis into a proper cure, seeing as I have some good stock for once and am not in such a rush to get my fix This is looking to be some of the best ZxP I have grown yet. Now to get a full tent of it!1 point

fok me, this a fan leaf bottom right covered in frost? you got your hands on some very nice phenos there! your organic grow is looking this is not your first go at organic hey?1 point

Latest harvest is dried and jarred, and the numbers are in! I will update the first post with the totals. ZxP x2 - 65g KmintZ x4 - 159g I'm busy giving the KmintZ a cheeky tester now. It has a diesel, gassy odor. Even just after a week cure it already smokes well, but it still has a bit of a grassy taste. The high is slow to come, but it hits relatively well. This strain also seems to give me a hectic apatite. However, it doesn't quite hit the mark for me, so it will likely be dumped from the stable. That means the only strains remaining in my stable are the ZxP and Wedding Cake. Speaking of the Wedding Cake, check the frost development on the leaves below. I have to wear a long sleeved hoodie when working with the Wedding Cake or else I get absolutely covered sticky with resin. The terpenes coming off of it are also fantastic. Lastly I'd like to give an update on the Organic Tent™. It is currently 12 days into flower and is looking great. I've got a good spread going with each branch of the respective manifolds and they are beginning to push flower pistols. I seem to have a consistent 4-5 tight stems per branch which should be more than enough for some solid buds to develop from. There are no stems growing from below the net whatsoever.1 point

To make me feel better I took some pictures of the surviving KmintZ cola as well as the untouched ZxP. Harvest will likely be this weekend. KmintZ ZxP1 point

Disaster strikes! I have had some problems with electricity the last few days. Our DB board has been tripping on odd occasions and at really early hours so my flower tent had been sitting for a few hours at maximum humidity, like 80%+. Unfortunately this has caused two of the KmintZ colas to develop bud rot and they have been lost as a result. I have had already tapered off the nutrients to near zero so I think I will cut the reservoir feed tomorrow and try let the pots dry out then make the harvest happen.0 points
