  1. Switching to a 24/7 lightcycle has been working out great. Every 4th day ill give them a 10 hour darkness. On this light cycle I get to breed the cheese autos, test the anastasia 99 autos and keep all the cool photoperiods in veg for clones. T1000 - She's a keeper. Revegged almost ready to cut clones. GMO Cookies, Freakshow, Gozer OG - Looking rough but they will make it. The clones got a bit baked in the backseat of a volla. Im just glad to have them back. Blue cheese - Going to cut a shitload of clones from her when she's big enough. Cant beat that bag appeal of a sour cheese. The 3 cheese autos from fastbuds. Reversing the one on the left side. Slight sts burn but she will be ok. All the seedlings are Anastasia 99 feminzed autos. Started them to sex test. Sent them out to a few testers including @DamDaveon 420sa. Good luck bud! Upstairs is just a free for all. All growing in chicken shit and grass clippings, leaves compost from the chicken coop. These hens convert all the garden waste into very rich free compost.

  2. I setup a “Potcast ” studio/ lounge in the Cannabis Hall to at the show to stream interviews with the people and companies that attended. Here is the first published interview with the Cannabis Co and below is the 2nd published interview with Green Smoke Room Seeds partner Dave Tait. Ray interviews Sharn Stead, a partner from The Cannabis Co, at the 2022 Bathurst Agricultural Show, held in Bathurst Eastern Cape. Dave Tait, a partner at Greensmokeroomseeds.com, was recently interviewed by Ray at the 2022 Bathurst Agricultural Show. Dave showcased GSR products and service offerings during the 3 day event and took some to talk about the history of GreenSmokeRoom and the GreenGrowRoom, and where they are heading. He also speaks of landraces and his favorite strains. One of the main sponsors for the 2020 - 2022 Bathurst Show.

  4. Soo, I saw @Prom posted a link to this site in another vape related thread: https://www.getmyster.com/blogs/blog/what-are-the-best-temperatures-for-vaping-weed Got me thinking, what temp do you guys vape at and what vape(s) do you use? I use a Davinci IQ2 and I vape between 190C and 195C If I set the temp higher it starts to get a bit harsh for me. I also find towards the end of the vape session, even if it is set to a specific temperature and not one of the smart path modes, it feels as if the temp does increase a bit and the harshness increases a little towards the end of the session. @The_StonedTrooper Do you notice the same with your IQ2 ?

  7. Aaaah yes! The cake being more dehydrated than usual is a big factor! Didn't think of that. Will keep on misting and fanning. They're growing though, just slowly. How about after the first flush, dunking the cake for a solid 24-36 hours and see if the second cycle will be better? Shot alot again brother!

  8. Just read ^^ https://www.allbud.com/learn/story/cannabis-vaporizing-101-what-temperature-best Below 100 you get nothing of THC or Terpenes vaporized.. fun starts to vaporize over 150 degrees Celsius. I think we had the Vulcano at 158, what seems to be to low after the numbers they provide.

  10. Nah not mutation, just environmental. Mushrooms are extremely sensetive, they'll quickly show you what's up with your environment. Too much fresh oxygen and too little humidity = short stems with big caps Too much humidity with high levels of co2 with too little fresh air = loooong stems with tiny caps. The thing you mentioned about the perlite staying moist, that is 100% and it shouldn't deter you from misting. you should still mist. What I see there, the cake drying out till it turns brown on the surface, the muhrooms forming like there's not enough humidity it's all clear indication that there's too much fresh air, it's a too dry in there. needs humidity. this could also be low moisture content on the inside of the cake. you said you soaked it for 24hrs after you birthed it, right? well you also incubated for waaaaaayy longer than 2 weeks, which is the normal incubation period. cakes that are colonised within 2 weeks are still quite moist inside and has some weight to it, but then is still soaked for 24hrs. what I am suggesting is, yes I know you soaked the cake, but maybe it was already much drier than a cake that was only incubating for 2 weeks. you see? and maybe needed longer soaking? the perlite can be soaked, you just can't float cakes on water or they'll fall over, so you put perlite so there is a surface and sooooaaaak it, it must be wet wet wet, and as it slooooowly evaporates upwards it'll help trigger pinning aswell as add humidity inside the tub and will form condensation that obviously comes with high levels of co2 and needs to be fanned out more and more. and don't forget to roll your cakes in vermiculite!!! will help A LOT!

  11. Shot brother! Stoked to hear that it isn't contamination! The stem development just seems different than what i've seen on the net. Bit of a mutation you reckon? My reason for not misting so regularly is that my perlite has stayed consistently moist since the beginning and maintaining 90% RH. I still mist though. Just not with every fanning. Will definitely go with spore prints/swabs to agar in the near future. Fascinating stuff! I also taped closed the middle rows holes on the fc. Definitely keeping the condensation in for longer than before. Lets see how they grow! Shot brother.

  12. I have two Dynavap vapes. On one of my birthdays, two of my friends bought me two identical vapes. We were laughing that day. Of course, I accepted both of their gifts, and now I have a spare vape. I never vape at temperatures above 100 C because it feels uncomfortable for me. Moreover, this way, I can burn the coil. Of course, I shouldn't be afraid of such consequences with a spare vape. However, I don't want to cough awkwardly after hot vapor. I add only menthol vape juices into the cartridge, which can smooth out a burned throat. But I still hate the high temperature. I believe that the optimal temperature for pleasant and satisfying vaping is 60-80C.

  13. This makes sense I guess, I was hoping the temp controllers would try and counter this to keep the temp steady and stable. I have noticed the same on other dry herb vapes too though. Nothing new or specific to the IQ2. Also noticed it on a convection dry herb vape. I guess it is just heat soak of sorts, heating up other parts of the device as time goes on and just an overall slight increase in temp. Really not the end of the world, was wondering if it was just me or not.

  14. Anything over 210 on the IQ2 and you get some combustion on the outside edge of the oven.

  15. Yes I' do in fact... That will happen with conduction vapes more so, as the longer the oven is at that set temperature, the long it has to conduct and deeper it penetrates. More so over the convection as it's the same temp, only going over the oven, when pulled on. Smart path, na thank you. 190 to 195 spot on, depending on Terps and strains You can always vape it higher after, or just vape it longer at lower temps. Flavor over high for me

  17. Seems I vape on the lower side compared to you guys. I tried 185C over the weekend and then the next day vaped the same bowl at 193C and still got a good buzz off that bowl, although duration was not as long.
