  1. Fighting the good fight here, these genetics are proving to be worth it, the crepes is doing things I haven't seen very often. However its actually been on the backfoot in terms of having all the nutrition, normal light hours, and proper ventilation during load shedding, will be sorting them out tomorrow with a solution thankfully. And obviously the uphill PM battle as a result, but honestly. I have the best luck with pyrol, at 20ml p/l, every other day or so, dim the lights at lights on and leave them to dry for about 30mins - 1hr. Then lights back on, being very careful not to spray buds. Just zapping the spots I can see. However it is expected, the tent is crowded a bit. Goodluck with this waVy electrics growers

  2. Thursday will be 4 weeks. This Quattro Kush is amazing. Would definitely recommend everyone grows this at least once.

  3. If you want I can make it available at a local clone bank, they distribute cuts far and wide, this way many many more people get to give it a grow. It sounds like something the clone bank would be interrested in. You know of DaggaFarmacy? I wouldn't mind growing her out myself, but I got a shit load on my plate right now. good thing about connecting with a clone bank, you always know where to go get that same clone.

  4. cold weather can really slow things down hey, plants taking much longer to suck the soil dry so probably very little root activity going on right now.

  5. Slowly but surely things are creeping in the cold, not much growth, but some changes I have decided to drop the Frosted Apricot, only exciting thing about my pheno is the way it looks. maybe I should try a different pheno, but since I got a heap of genetics to test out I grabbed the "next in line" trying to get 3 or 4 keepers out the bunch and drop the rest to make space for some seed batch pheno hunting. swopped the FA out with a Pineapple Chunk

  6. So it’s been almost 19 days since I flipper these to flower. The Transkei just showed me it is female. She is going to take long to flower. I am guessing 16 weeks. Hope she is worth it.

  7. Yes I have met Natie. I have offered the clone to them. But I have not heard back. I will keep it going. Shout if you have space.

  9. We have lift off after 22 days. Cool winter temps slowing things down a bit. Added a 25w reptile heating pad to even out the day/night fluctuations-from 14-21 to 22-25. Thought cannabis required patience, but these shroompies even more so...

  10. Nah have not dealt with them at all, just remember the LC needs to be called spores so they get by the legal stuff, but if it's spore swab or print it's more often times than not the legit shit.

  11. Shot for that bro! So many possibilities! Like pheno hunting. Don't want to plug other vendors on here but i came across www.mushroomnetwork.co.za and they sell spore prints and swabs with agar plates etc. Do you have any experience with them?

  12. Spores are legit when you wana spawn straight to substrate like with PFtek, but in the case of going for monotubs and bins you can clean up LC on agar too, no need to get spores for that. So the same syringe you get for the PF tek, you take that and drop one drop on a plate of agar. will have different colonies pop up, you wait for the strongest one and transfer to new agar dish. repeat this process till you have even growth that indicates something close to monoculture where there's little competition to thrive, they're your strongest and most prolific. take that agar, put it on bulk grains, use the bulk grains to spawn to bulk substrate and there you go. monotubs for daaaaaaayyys. you can also take the grain master culture and put it onto more grains, doubling, trippling even quadrupling your culture. also when you have a clean agar plate, it's easy to make 10 good agar plates from that one ans say you end up with another 5 master cultures you can go ahead and transfer 10 of each of those and you'll have between 40 and 50 plates of master culture. from there you just go crazy and dump psilocybe mycelium all over the place and wait for the magic to follow you

  13. Yeah, monos and dubtubs seem the way to go eventually yieldwise, but they have their risks too. Fungii are awesome, but growing them has a lekker steep learning curve.... Cheers

  14. Lekker man! Such a fascinating specimen hey. I also looked at spore prints and spore swabs to agar then bulk substrate for the next try. Either mono tub or dub tub tek. Lekker times!
