Pic dump of what I recovered. My beloved Asus M1 Pro X00td fell in the pool and I lost everything, it was a sad day. Oh well, starting over. Slurricane x DreamQueen: Few macros from the new Xiaomi Note 10 Pro, unfortunately the macro camera is the best thing about it. Phone kinda sucks, don't get one:4 points

Hi, I'm going to be starting a new grow and I am considering using orgasoilux and their own nutrient feeding schedule with the autopot system. I plan to use the XL 25L pots with clay pebbles and the airdome at the bottom with the orgasoilux. First off, would you recommend doing orgasoilux in an autopot system or should I rather stick to a normal airpot? Now with this being a bottom feeding system, Can I assume any top soil amendments, for example earthworm castings and gypsum would be rendered useless here unless I fed it water on top of the dry amendments and it soaked down right? What do you recommend here? The AqUAValue5 allows for organic liquid nutrients to be feed via the autopot system, however, is this recommended or should I recommend top feed the nutrients and keep the autopot system with just clean water? thanks, Dave1 point

Autopot have a very specific methodology when it comes to organics within their system. Previously with the old aquavalve it was highly discouraged to use organics but with the new aquavalve5 they developed specifically for organic nutrients. In my opinion I would not use organics with autopots only because I feel like the recommended methodology is quite cumbersome and I got into autopots so I could do less work and not more, but to each their own and if you want to try it out then go for it. Here is the link for the autopot methodology: AutoPot_Growers_Guides_Nutrient_Information.pdf1 point

As mentioned before... PM is a climate thing. Those spores are EVERYWHERE.. really.. everywhere ^^ They only get active in certain climate situations. 18-24 degrees warm and 68-80% humidity. You have that, spores will bloom and once it grows it becomes more resistant and can endure more temp range and humidity range. During Veg i use copper soap and during flower you shouldn't go over 50% humidity.. ergo, you handle your tent climate well, PM should not be any issue at all. If you run into PM in regular intervals, you might want to increase drastically your tent ventilation. Eskom is the biggest challenge in that regard. If you can't fully backup your tent ventilation.. not sure you should start. Light is easy to backup with those cheap LED lights from PnP ^^ you just have to set em right by hand.1 point

Put most the plants out and let the cold clean the pests. Looking like a working concept. Must suck a lot to come from a cost 18-24 degrees to a nasty 7.. and the ass even sprayed the leaves with water before vaporization chill FTW. My auto tent turned out a disaster ^^ my clone tent delivered weed in quality i never managed before... those swings.. not even sure I am mad about the loss of the auto tent.. the clone tent made up in quality.. not quantity. shut down will be no option. I have to retry that to get the 2kg I need to make a break... gosh.. i smoke to much1 point

Fighting the good fight here, these genetics are proving to be worth it, the crepes is doing things I haven't seen very often. However its actually been on the backfoot in terms of having all the nutrition, normal light hours, and proper ventilation during load shedding, will be sorting them out tomorrow with a solution thankfully. And obviously the uphill PM battle as a result, but honestly. I have the best luck with pyrol, at 20ml p/l, every other day or so, dim the lights at lights on and leave them to dry for about 30mins - 1hr. Then lights back on, being very careful not to spray buds. Just zapping the spots I can see. However it is expected, the tent is crowded a bit. Goodluck with this waVy electrics growers1 point

One week today into flower for the big tent. Preflower pistols starting to show and the plants are looking healthy. More shades of darker green are showing on the top growth. Normal feeding through the autopots is back on track. I have already topped the plants in the smaller tent but I haven't transplanted them into the autopots yet. Usually I would transfer first before training but the plants were already ready for the first top but I felt the roots were not yet established enough to transfer, so I elected to top first, let the plants recover and then transplant. I have already flushed this medium well with pH'd water and flashkleen solution to prevent any previous issues with an alkaline medium causing a nutrient lockout. I think another week and the plants will be in the autopots. Lastly in the Organic Tent™ the plants continue to develop. I have the pots and soil ready on standby to do the transfer once I feel like the roots are established enough as well.1 point

Well, harvest done and dusted. Wet trimmed, dried for 9 days, and burped for a further week. Happy with yield and bag appeal. First time I experienced how phenotypes differ. On my outdoor plants we share seed packs, so I only ever get to see one plant per strain. With this indoor run I had 8 plants from one seed pack and the difference between the best and the worse plant is quite significant. Not only from yield perspective but bud quality and looks too. Always knew this was the case, just a wow moment seeing it first hand. Anyway, here are some of the last pics I took. Two weeks before harvest. And some pics of drying. Had to take over the guest bathroom and dining room table.. Wife was not impressed! And lastly the end product Now on to run two. Unfortunately running all 8 pheno's again, as yet to decide which to keep permanently. Will only be able to make that call in two weeks after proper cure. The second run coming along nicely. Will flip in a week and a bit. Can only hope the loadshedding stabilizes somewhat by then. Plan is to reduce popcorn to minimum.. will up the lights from 2 x 600w to 2 x 1000w.. that is what the room was ultimately designed for. Keep safe!1 point
