  3. Hello All, So pretty much a month has passed and 2/5 are still alive, albeit very small. They became severely stunted and showed little to no movement for about a week, maybe more. Not sure by what, my ineptness most likely. But, both are still going which is something, I guess: The Blueberry Kush was slumped over and nearly died one day, not sure what happened. I propped him up (and continue to do so), he's still alive and showing some new growth despite having a bit of a kink in his stem. One of his leaves, the one on the bottom left was also chowed by something. The Blue Mystic has generally looked very happy and healthy, but is also going slowly. Really hoping this one pulls through. So yeah, not much to celebrate unfortunately, but I'm going to care for and nurture them as best I can until they either deliver me some delicious buds or die. Whichever comes first! Any thoughts welcome! D

  4. My ladies have grown up now and they are finally ready to go into flower. I had some ups and downs this run. Its also been quite challamging dealing with the cold weather. Its the first grow ive done during the winter time. The genetics im running are as follows: 1. Ethos - Zour Apples 2. Ethos - End Game RBX 3. Ethos - White Wedding 4. Farmacy Seeds - Golden cheese They were all planted in a living soil blend i put together myself and let cook for approximately 3 months. I can't wait for the beautiful scents that await. One of my favourite parts of the grow is smelling the evolution of terps through flower.

  5. This was a quick last minute call, had to be done, the sprayer that hooks up to the tracktor just stopped working bla bla bla ...long story short, a moerse drone was used to spray about 4ha of wheat. this was more of a selective herbicide to kill the canola in between. the chemical consultant worked out a recipe, we got all the products from PW Lanboudienste, the drone guy owns the thing himself and does up to 30ha on a day if things run smoothe so this was small job for him. the runs on batteries, it lifts up to 65kg, the tank for whatever you're spraying takes 30L. Here you can just about make out the mist it makes. the spot below it that looks like it's being pressed down is the spot being treated. takes longer for the computer to map the spray area than for it to actually spray the area. what a treat it was to watch this thing fly around! hope you all having a lekker week so far!

  6. Greetings everyone ! - I know this topic has been posted before but I have felt like reviving it. Please note any book related to cannabis goes (growing, breeding, extracts, cooking, soil management) ! I'm actually trying to find something other than your average all in one grow bible if that makes sense articles are also welcome ! There are a lot of books I can't think of right now but I'll start off with: Marijuana Botany: An Advanced Study: The Propagation and Breeding of Distinctive Cannabis by Robert Connell Clarke Cannabis: Evolution and Ethnobotany by Mark Merlin and R. C. Clarke Hemp Diseases and Pests: Management and Biological Control: An Advanced Treatise by J. M. McPartland & R. C. Clarke & D. P. Watson

  7. Hi, In your IPM do you stack solutions or do one at a time? I know certain things shouldn't be mixed together but if I want to neem and do a MRoberts bio worm can I put them in the same bottle for application? Also, if anybody knows common bio controls that should not be mixed would you mind sharing that? thanks! wing

  9. for a real accurate answer you would literally have to research each product individually, get to know the active ingredients and see what and how they interact with others and see if any of the names link up to avoid all that work I would say be safe and rather do one at a time, that's how I do it and even then sometimes you can get some burn or stunting. If you're new to the whole thing I would say get used to doing regular IPM with one product, get the testy test see how it works in terms of how the plants react to it, you can add things to your IPM regime and later try to combine half doses of 2 different things and play around a little. with IPM stuff start with smaller doses and work your way up to full dose

  11. This is pretty much what I've been doing. I think they've only been watered 3-4 times, many of which were just with spray bottle.

  12. I know this is an old thread, but just thought I'd add canna cuts to the list. They have a nice variety and well priced.

  16. True living Organics was one of the first books I read when I went down the rabbit hole. Then all the Teaming books by Jeff Lowenfels. The other book that keeps eluding me is Science and Agriculture.

  18. Skipped a week so this is 2 weeks later, things are finishing up Frenchy got the chop, filled her spot with a small flowering Zweet Inzanity I had in flower outdoors. will finish her inside, she's only around week 3.5. will raise her with a bucket later today. Frosted Apricot - last of her Blueberry Hashplant - last of her Chernobyl - kept clones Super Cheese - kept clones French Macaron - during the chop, kept clones This Frenchy plant is a reeeeaal stinker. and this is an understatement! I feel like a fat kid waiting for cake, the excitement is too much!! It's one of those smells you want in your house as a weed smoker, but anyone who comes over that doesn't smoke weed will be offended by the smell. can't stretch enough how badly this plant smells like bad body odor. you would have to explain the reason for the smell to some. Bud shots comming soon! silly me, ended the reply without showing you guys the Zweet Inzanity! here she is
