  1. After three days of trim jail, I weighed the latest harvest of the ZxP. 8 plants, 1.2x2.4 tent, 880W total LED power. 567g juicy nugs, 229g popcorn, 796g total. Which makes it about 99.5g per plant. So close to triple digits Not a bad increase from 37g per plant from earlier this year. I also decided to split the juicy nugs from the popcorn nugs because the popcorn nugs were big enough not to throw straight into the trim, but I wouldn't consider them... juicy. I think I might end up pressing all the popcorn. I'm also going to attempt to collect some kief from the trim and press that as well. I have some collected kief already sitting in the trim bin I used for the latest harvest, I'll post an example of it below. I have my trim sitting in the fridge and I am going to run it through the trim bin again by just rubbing a handful at a time on the top sift. I should be able to get at least one press worth, I think.

  4. Here we are another week, I think I’m gna flip next week or so, still want to do a couple of feeds before though. added a intake and bigger exhaust, and another fan, so airflow should be good.

  5. It's never off the cards bud but will have to make a call around January next year if we look at getting the indoor growoff going in the autumn. Unfortunately our good friend Totemic will not be able to front seeds for it as he closed shop but there are 1 or two other options we could look at in terms of a genetics sponsor. Unless of course @Totemic dusts off the pollen and gets a batch of beans ready for us come the time. Please do bring this up in January again though and we'll see how things stand then. Sorry I couldn't put forward anything more promising right now

  6. Ok I see, yeah that’s the usual number with plants without additional nutrients being added. I’ve also been using Explogrow, but not regularly, I’ll do it like ever 3/4 weeks, before flower and transplants etc. Don’t know if it does anything, but I do want to start brewing my own microbe teas again, well more like a compost extracts, seen the best results from those. yeah your plants definitely look bigger going into flower, at the end of the day, you cant expect big yields from small plants I guess. all the best man

  7. 18 plants, in the same size tent. Got out about the same grams total, 30 to 40g a plant. Sent juvenile plants to flower, and no cleaning or training of the plants. I only use Explogrow now, I'd say not bad, but watch my next grow

  9. Entering week 9 of the ZxP, I have just chopped the plants and hung them in the tent. I have also flipped the other two tents into flower. The one ZxP tent is suffering what appears to be the same issue as the big tent ZxP did with regards to a nute lockout. The runoff was also again very high pH. I've already flushed and refed fresh nutes and the new growth looks greener than the established growth, so I said yolo and flipped to flower. Organic Tent™ powering on.

  10. Awe garden community and @420SA What's the chances of doing another competition? Sure it was much painstaking work and tediously annoying organization. Not to mention getting all the willing sponsors involved etc.etc. So understandable if not, but you gotta ask and see... The forum was jumping with the last one.

  11. Your veg time must be way shorter than mine. I'm actually thinking of adding another 4 plants to the tent, similar style, but less veg. So from 8 plants to 12 plants total.

  13. The best way to get rid of the smell is to have a child. I'm not joking, man. You know, I've always been a smoker. A real one. But a few months ago, my little baby was born, and it made me forget about smoking forever, man. I mean, I still smoke sometimes, but it happens very rarely. Once my friends showed me Neafs (https://uk.neafs.com/). It's still the only thing I smoke sometimes. You know, I used to smoke about 50 cigarettes a day. It was terrible, actually. Luckily my child made me forget about this bad habit. So, I guess you should overthink the value of smoking itself. If I were you, I'd find an alternative, like Neafs. The choice is always up to you.

  14. You have similar numbers from 18 plants? or a similar number from 8 of those 18 plants? Asking because I remember you said you just inoculate with enviroc microbes, what do you average per plant?

  15. My man Similar numbers, I just had 18 plants, otherwise as close.

  16. I have a feeling you're probably further than two weeks into flower if you're worried about residue on already developed flowers, so maybe just do the soil drench.

  17. Truth. He'd have to flower up to almost 9-10 weeks total flower if he applies it immediately now. The specific active ingredient is imidacloprid (chloro-nicotinyl), as @Totemic also mentioned. With any of these nuclear level methods I would also go with a 1/2 - 3/4 dose in general.

  18. Indoors right? Most guys would say if you couldn't prevent the problem then just blast some Complete 350SC on the leaves and also do a soil drench with like a 100ml solution ASAP. Many others will also say don't do it, because it's poison. Personally, it's saved a previous grow from a bad aphid infestation, and I can still see straight, so ja. Only had to use it once.

  19. I think biological control is your best bet right now. luckily aphids are on the menu for most predetors.

  20. Here's a thorough update. My small veg tent has some well established and trained dedicated mother plants and clones being taken every two weeks. I am doing this mostly for cloning practice and to guarantee I don't lose a potential harvest again because of delayed clones. Other veg tent I am deciding on when to flip. I was thinking of considering it when the current feed in the reservoir finishes up, probably another week. Some fun in the Organic Tent™. I have completed training on some of the plants that allowed it. Two of the OMG phenos are working really nicely with training, the other two have such tight internodal spacing that I am probably just going to top them once only. The two Wedding Cake clones in the center are doing well. While training one of the OMG plants, I accidentally snapped off the one branch. I attempted to remedy it by sticking it back in place and supporting it, but it eventually just atrophied, so I shopped it off. This particular plant will then just have a single cola, lol. Finally, we are at week 6 in the big flower tent. I've removed most of the big fan leaves. Trichomes are busting and the terpenes are great. Very Autumny colours this time around with the ZxP. I am really looking forward to this one. I have also invested in a trim bin to collect some dry hash that I would like to then press for dab. The remaining trim I would then like to make some infused sunflower oil with for some edibles.

  21. Final tally and bud shots, tried my best, but my photography skill is poor as shit first thing, no smoke report yet so I wont be going into much detail. for now it's all about looks and weight. can give a smell, but I have realised smell means nothing if you can't also taste what you smell. so will only get to that when I smoked them all, if anyone is interested. both the Blueberry Hashplant and the Frosted Apricot got dropped before this run, so this was the last of them two and both looking the best I ever got them to look. the Frosted Apricot looks and smells to be something different completely. just showing how big a difference there can be between a winter and a summer harvest and some other minor changes. starting off with the two that you guys wont see again, Blueberry Hashplant = 67g Frosted Apricot = 42g the next few will all be grown again Chernobyl = 68g Super Cheese = 53g French Macaron = 60g she's the clear star of the show, need to regrow her in the summer to see if I can get rid of some if the purple. don't like it, will see what tastes better. Total weight = 290 Plant count = 5 Root space = 150L Light = 310w Samsung LED G/W = just below 1, which is not my best ever, but I also know why this was and as we all know the numbers, they go up then they go down then they go up a little then back down again, that's just what they do Have a blessed weekend all

  22. Get an induction heater. I got the cheapest one and works like a bomb. Actually doing some research around building my own. just be careful, it’s so wonderfully modular you end up getting another stem, a water adapter, what about this glass stem, ooh a low temp cap

  23. Hi guys, thanks for viewing my post. I've been a member for about a month and this is my second post. You guys are really helpful, I appreciate the feedback I receive, and I always get most of my questions answered by just reading discussions on the forum. I recently switched over to CBD and stopped all pharmaceutical meds. ( I've been a smoker for a couple of years now tho LOL ) Just a quick one... Becoz I live with a lot of people I wanna keep the smell of the herb to a minimum, as they don't like it. Too Bad hahaha I always use this one specific website to buy all my CBD products coz I've been getting a great service from them: The Cannasseur Cafe But anyway.. I'm looking at investing in a dry herb vape, apparently it's really good from what I read online. But I wanna know from you guys if anyone owns this vape: (CLICK HERE TO CHECK IT OUT) DaVinci Miqro Explorer Is it a good buyers choice? Thanks!

  24. Ja that Dynavap looks sweet. Great workmanship. The only thing preventing me from buying one is that it looks like you're klapping a crack pipe when heating it up. Not so cool for public use.

  25. I find it the other way around. Using a dynavap I use waaay less herb to get goefed on than smoking a joint. Also found that once I got used to the dynavap, actually smoking amd burning nie just tastes like an ashtray. Where’s my terps In terms of vapes the mighty/crafty seems way ahead of most vapes. The da Vincis also seems great, haven’t tasted yet. But in terms of value for money nothing beats the Dynavap M Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  26. Ja agreed. I have a Cloudious 9 vape which i bought for shits and giggles. Had it for almost 2 years and still going strong and used daily. Great value for money and easier on the lungs. But if i had to toke on the same amount in a joint i would get way more gooft. Not that i don't get gooft from the vape. The vape just provides a mellower, deeper gooft, if you know what i mean. Still dig my vape and having my own homegrown supply definitely helps loads. Always lekker to have a nice selection of smoking utensils, depending on what type of stoned that you're after on the given moment.

  27. Howzit, I own a cheap vape. Called a Vie. I is lekker to smoke on it once in a while. You go through way more herb using a vape. That is if you Have to buy and not growing it yourself. It is very different to smoking a joint or a bong. https://vapestore.co.za/portable-vaporizers/craft-plus-v2 apparently the best. The pax is also good
