  1. so the Chem D are somewhat ready to flower On 2 weeks with the dark Phoenix, and the Chem D are going to sleep for 12 hours from 6am today. they were suppose to go in on Sunday but I did a rough Defol so I decided to wait another 3 days. I think they are a lot happier now That’s about it for now, time for the exciting bit

  2. growing along, still gona veg for a while. took the Pineapple Chunk out, took her mulch layer off, leaving her outside in full sun to help her dry a bit quicker. replaced it with a Grape Diamond plant. she started flowering outside. had to cut her back for clones, put her under 18/6 to reveg. wish I planned to fill the tent with just one strain. one corner looking sad hahah

  4. Barley has a really high silica content. That is another reason I add it to the soil and make teas with it.

  8. Just saw the ad here for Leaf grow lights.. somebody tried them? I get the idea that who ever sells those lights comes very much from the HID sector. Running nearly 1000w on a 1.2x1.2 is a bit much ^^ i use 440-480w on a 1.2x1.2 and rather happy. Curious if somebody tried those lights with the settings the light comes with and how it ended.

  9. Diatomaceous earth is pretty much pure silica, and has other added benefits Liquid, as mentioned by Evan, can fall out of nutrients and doesnt hold lekker in a medium

  12. Will reverse her as a pollen source for r1's and cross her with anastasia 99 and the auto cheese. Worlds strongest autoflower at 27%.

  13. No filters. Some days it's like a Stephen King novel. Others, there are buck roaming the garden. Sent from my SM-A032F using Tapatalk

  14. How much do you add? I put malt barley as part of my top dress, but I’m thinking about doing much more.

  15. I've been using AgriSil K50 for the first time and so far so good. Managed to revitalise some plants after transplant using it. pH was pretty high though and they recommend not mixing with any other nutrients when using it. I managed to pH the solution quite easily and used it initially as a foliar spray. I will do a soil drench with it in a week or so.

  16. Cheers man, ya I'm looking for some type of organic mineral amendment that I can add to the soil without altering the functionality of the soil and being harmful to the microbes. I have seen a product on Hydroponic but its really acidic, like 1ph, so im not too sure. Its called Eckosil.

  19. Yes I agree with you that it will be beneficial in creating diversity and competition, but those sometimes and people have observed many instances of microbial collapse and that’s what I’m basically talking about, that stagnant time nothing happens in terms of plant growth because either the system is dead, or over loaded or both. also those times are usually when pathogens get the chance to take hold, you can have a massive diversity, many organism serving many purposes, but not all like the ones feeding your plants, some want to kill your plant but those are perfect dosages you got planned, and I really don’t think anything bad can happen that way.

  20. Ohhh, ohhh why dont you just break my mind. It makes sense what you are you saying. I might even try that. My beans landed at lunchtime and have part of a variety I have always wanted to grow, Mazar Auto. Got gifted about 5 varieties, plus 2 packs of Think Different and white widow . So starting out with testing 3 different germination methods first. 1. Polystyrene cup with leached freedom farms soil 2. rockwool 3. egg container with homemade compost I have heard that tooo many times, even on a group that would ban me if I posted anything about an Auto dutch seed or any auto seed for that matter. But its time to #thinkdifferent . Thank you for your input @Prom, @Totemic and @SkunkPharm. Much appreciated. Updates coming, thick and fast.

  21. SST - everything sprouted, straight into the blender strain out the juice from the pulp the red speckled beans made a cream collect the pulp, super food for th worms add about 500ml to about 10L of tap water that's been aerated to get the chlorine out, because with the SST I also add about 2 to 3g of BioCult. 5minutes after adding this to the bubbling water I'll be using most of this tonight when I get home, won't let this brew for more than 24hrs and by then I'll want to have used it all. never let it sit without aeration. I'll start by using it for what it was made for, inoculating the "cooking" soil or basically just keeping it alive. then 300 to 500ml to each of my bigger plants depending on how wet the soil already is. If the plant needs nutes I'll add half to a third dose to this. I'll add another 10L of rain water if I have, which I don't right now, so I'll use 3phase filter water to fill the brew back up, give it a few good stirs so the brew is even more diluted then I just go crazy with it all over the rest of the garden. LABS - rice wash water, day 3, started smelling sweet, looked like a very very thin layer of some sort of colony forming on top so I am assuming the thing started happening... if left too long here and it starts smelling sour, just pour it straight onto some garden soil and start over. get it while it's still sweet. this is about 500ml, pour the RWW into a glass jar big enough to fill 6 to 10x the amount of the RWW, I just had a 3L jar laying around. to this you wana the least processed milk you can find, straight from the cow tit is the best you can use store bought milk, the higher the fat the better and the more "long life" it is the more it's been processed so a rule of thumb - the quicker it goes bad from fresh the healthier and more alive it is. so do with that informarion what you will.... best I could get on a Sunday afternoon was high fat fresh milk from the shop. added 2L of the milk to the 500ml of RWW. keep at room temperature in a dark dry place with good ventilation.
