  1. Good idea @Dank will give it some thought.
  2. Personally I think the move to shutdown was a good one and perhaps the only option right now. Especially for a country like ours. We have a huge portion of the population that relies on public transport and that public transport involves people essentially sitting on top of each other. Then as you say Prom, so many have compromised immune systems in this country. Our health system can't cope as it is so we would be desperately fucked if this virus took hold like it has in Italy. Granted Italy has a high number of elderly citizens but our HIV and TB issue could be a far more detrimental factor than just old age. I have my reservations about how this pandemic may have come about. The possibility of a natural cause or malicious intent bounces back and forth in my mind. Some things to read up on and make you wonder a little - http://www.centerforhealthsecurity.org/event201/ - this event took place in October 2019, a month before the apparent origin of the virus in November 2019. https://www.businessinsider.co.za/chinese-official-says-us-army-maybe-brought-coronavirus-to-wuhan-2020-3?r=US&IR=T - The US Military was in Wuhan in October 2019 for the "Military World Games" Coincidence? Who knows...
  3. I'm really interested to see what you can achieve with this method. I'm a skeptic, among many, when it comes to growing bud in "organic" hydro systems. PH can go all over the place and nailing the right amount of nutrients at the right time is much harder to do than with hydro nutes(salts). Plus you end up with issues like you had in this thread. Hydro has it down to a science where as trying it organically is more of a guessing game. When you're growing soilless you don't wanna be guessing too much. Of course, there is aquaponics(with fish), but that is better suited to vegging plants and herbs. Nothing really flower related I'm not saying its impossible though! You've chosen a challenge. Good luck, we're watching closely. How are you aerating the water? With an air stone?
  4. Alright, so you haven't been giving the plant any nutrients? Just AACT and explogrow? If not, do you plan on feeding and with what?
  5. Are you feeding hydro nutes to your plant in your DWC setup?

  9. We have another new page on 420SA! The Classifieds Previously we have been running the classifieds as another regular forum board. As a result, creating the adverts were tedious. Now we have a dedicated classifieds area which is categorised, laid out in a specific way and tailored for advert submission, which I hope will make things be much easier. If you have any input on how we can improve the our classifieds area please comment below hope you guys like it. What' will happen to the old classifieds board? As of today, the old classifieds won't be taking in any new adverts. The current adverts will be left to run until sold and members will be able to reply. I do advise you move your advert over to the new Classifieds though. The classifieds board under the forum will then eventually be removed.

  11. EXIF data is automatically stripped when you upload images on 420SA. No need to worry about doing it yourself
  12. https://thehighco.co.za/spannabis-cancelled-by-authoritiesies/ Bit of a balls up from the spannabis organisers don't you think? Surely they should've been in contact with the authorities and advisers and cancelled this event much sooner....
  13. @Valhalllafarms and @Peter Green Please PM me the following details: Your name Delivery Address Your cell number

  15. Hey guys I must apologise for going off the radar. Was away last week in an area with really frustrating data signal which made it impossible to browse the forum and get things sorted with regard to this SOTM. I assure that winners will be announced tomorrow morning or early afternoon. Hope you all had a good weekend
  16. Description and about info is supplied here
  17. It happens to so many people that I think a user has to be really naive to think that weed has nothing to do with panic attacks and paranoia but I personally don't think weed is the direct cause. I reckon its a person's mind and their ego. To me cannabis multiplies an emotion. If you're happy, cannabis will make it even better. If you're chilled, cannabis will make you more chilled. If you're worried about something, cannabis will make you even more worried about it to the point that you can't breathe. If you think that you're gonna die, cannabis will make you feel pretty damn convinced that you will. Cannabis is a mild psychedelic. The very same things happen to people who've had bad trips on acid, thinking they're dying, can't breathe etc. You're wrestling with your ego and that's where the panic attacks come in. You have to be in the right mind space. If you can just calm your mind or get your mind off those negative thoughts you'll notice how you come right again. I've experienced the very same things, especially where breathing is concerned. Also times when I feel like I'm gonna pass out. This always happens when I'm sitting and not doing much. If I'm out being mobile it never happens. Which to me shows me that it's in my mind Just my
  18. As an indoor grower I just don't see the use. The genetics have come a long way though and for outdoors it seems like a really handy option
  19. Looks like government is getting quite serious about it now... finally
  20. Cant be sure from the pics but it looks like your plant is very densely packed with foliage which aids in PM buildup. Densely packed foliage leads to pockets of stagnant air with higher humidity which leads to PM. Will confirm once you have posted a full pic but it looks like you need to remove some foliage in addition to the treatments suggested above
  21. Definitely stop with the neem oil. Can we maybe see a pic?
