Congrats to @Toby Quite a crazy result in the end seeing as @CG420za was leading the whole way up to about 24 votes or somewhere there but you came from behind and somehow pipped him! Hard luck to @CG420za you guys both deserved it really. Immensely happy we didn't have to decide this one. POTM will be running again this month. Keep an eye out for the thread announcement A very big thank you to @Organics Matter for sponsoring this great prize. Visit their website at www.organicsmatter.co.za for all your organic gardening supplies. This prize is up for grabs again with a quiz competition we'll be launching today as well -
Not sure about the guys brewing method, surely that pump isn't good enough for the size of bucket he's using. Water temps also matter I use compost teas and my plants are always happier after a water with some. Others have have come to different conclusions than this guy. Check out this site http://www.microbeorganics.com/ it's a lot of reading but 100% worthwhile

I live in this province Mpumalanga is world’s largest air pollution hotspot, says satellite data Picture: Gulshan Khan/The New York Times Cape Town - An analysis of satellite data has revealed that the world’s largest NO2 air pollution hotspot across the six continents is Mpumalanga in South Africa. Mpumalanga has a cluster of twelve coal-fired power plants. The plants have a total capacity of over 32 gigawatts owned by Eskom. “It has been reported before that the Witbank area has the world’s dirtiest air, and now this analysis of high tech satellite data has revealed that the Mpumalanga province is the global number one hotspot for NO2 emissions. This confirms that South Africa has the most polluting cluster of coal-fired power stations in the world which is both disturbing and very scary” said Melita Steele, Senior Climate and Energy Campaign Manager for Greenpeace Africa. The satellite data also revealed that Johannesburg and Pretoria are highly affected by extreme NO2 pollution levels. "Eskom’s coal addiction in Mpumalanga means that millions of people living in Johannesburg and Pretoria are also impacted by the pollution from coal,” continued Steele. The list of the largest NO2 hotspots in the world includes coal-fired power plants in Germany, India and China. Cities such as Santiago de Chile, London, Paris, Dubai and Tehran feature high in the ranking due to transport-related emissions. Greenpeace Africa has urged South African government to establish an action plan "with concrete steps, measures and deadlines to make sure that air pollution levels in high priority areas comply with existing regulations." Thanks @TomHill the phresh does look legit but I'm gonna need something a little smaller. @Pvt_sToNeR I've been looking at these https://accessorylab.co.za/products/homedics-hepa-filter-for-ar-10a . I actually did look at the cone filter option but they're too small @greenkush stocking is a good go to option if there's nothing else. Would like to try use something designed for the purpose though

Its always tough distancing yourself from a friend. As Hochy says its always easier to keep the peace and avoid conflict but to me it sounds like this was a long time coming. It doesnt sound like this friend has much respect for you at all. It may not be a personal thing, perhaps he treats everyone this way but its best he learns the hard way. You're feeling guilty now which is probably what he takes advantage of, but dont feel too guilty as people need a wakeup sometimes. Im not sure what personal insults you threw at him obviously but hopefully it was somewhat constructive and will in some way help him to change his ways. He is totally in the wrong. Entering your private space without asking... throwing away your shit without asking. Zero respect. Good riddance in my view

@Longee all your entries disappeared? -
Yea very frustrating indeed this... I stay in Nelspruit. It starts off cheaper at the beginning of the month and gets more expensive the more electricity I use. I'm using prepaid electricity and renting. From what I've discovered, it seems a middleman is involved as every time I recharge I get a message stating that I have paid "Prepaid World". Some dodgy local government tender agreement I'm sure. For instance when I pay R300 I get 123kwh in return. It says R51.75 in charges and that Im actually getting R248.24 worth of electricity. What are these charges?? I always recharge through internet banking but I get the same result if I recharge through a shop.

Why the switch from Nutriplex to the powder feed? What's your current dosage with nutriplex?
