Yea I see a flaw in this and according to law, their employer can't dictate what they do in their own private time. They need to educate themselves on how long THC stays in the system. In this article it seems like they're insisting the guys were using on the job, while driving. They'll have to prove that then I obviously don't advocate being blazed while handling a multi ton truck but if these guys were not high while driving they can't dismiss them

Dagga drivers dismissed Eric Naki A staffing company has fired 300 drivers after they tested positive for marijuana. Less than two months after the Constitutional Court’s ruling permitting the private use of cannabis, a Johannesburg-based staffing company has become the first to test the judgment by firing 300 drivers after they tested positive for marijuana. Innovative Staffing Solutions’ managing director Arnoux Mare defended the action, saying the legalisation of dagga did not mean drivers who test positive for the substance were not in violation of their work code and conduct. Unions appeared to understand this, but questioned whether Staffing Solutions followed proper procedure. South African Transport and Allied Workers Union (Satawu) spokesperson Zanele Sabela said 300 was a high number and raised questions about the manner in which the drivers were tested. “We advise the 300 drivers to initiate unfair dismissal cases against Innovative Staffing Solutions,” Sabela said. Mare, however, was adamant that the firm’s decision was correct and that his company could not take the risk of incurring damage to people or personal and public property. “A trucker driving under the influence of cannabis can be likened to a noncoherent person barrelling a 60-ton missile down the road at 80 to 100km/h. If he or she loses control of the vehicle, innocent people are likely to lose their lives and infrastructure could be seriously damaged,” he said. “This is similar to … alcohol. It may be legal, but being drunk at work is a dismissable cause.” Mare said all their drivers signed a contract that specified the terms of their employment. It stated that the employee undertook and understood that they were not allowed to work while under the influence of alcohol and/or intoxicating drugs, whether on the premises of the employer or a client, or any premises where duties were performed. “We do not take dismissals lightly, but we cannot accept behaviour that could place people’s lives in danger or our business at risk,” Mare said. South African Federation of Trade Unions offered to represent the dismissed drivers. “ We will ensure that they are given a fair hearing,” said spokesperson Patrick Craven. https://citizen.co.za/news/south-africa/2032543/dagga-drivers-dismissed/

This pic below is of a plant infected with leaf miners. Tiny green worms, almost transparent. There may have been one on your plant that's now gone. edit: I see GLO did point this out That other burn could very well be from the neem. I've seen very similar after spraying neem, there's a burn and there's sometimes deforming. I just use half the recommended dosage now.

Congrats to @Toby Quite a crazy result in the end seeing as @CG420za was leading the whole way up to about 24 votes or somewhere there but you came from behind and somehow pipped him! Hard luck to @CG420za you guys both deserved it really. Immensely happy we didn't have to decide this one. POTM will be running again this month. Keep an eye out for the thread announcement A very big thank you to @Organics Matter for sponsoring this great prize. Visit their website at www.organicsmatter.co.za for all your organic gardening supplies. This prize is up for grabs again with a quiz competition we'll be launching today as well -
Not sure about the guys brewing method, surely that pump isn't good enough for the size of bucket he's using. Water temps also matter I use compost teas and my plants are always happier after a water with some. Others have have come to different conclusions than this guy. Check out this site http://www.microbeorganics.com/ it's a lot of reading but 100% worthwhile

I live in this province Mpumalanga is world’s largest air pollution hotspot, says satellite data Picture: Gulshan Khan/The New York Times Cape Town - An analysis of satellite data has revealed that the world’s largest NO2 air pollution hotspot across the six continents is Mpumalanga in South Africa. Mpumalanga has a cluster of twelve coal-fired power plants. The plants have a total capacity of over 32 gigawatts owned by Eskom. “It has been reported before that the Witbank area has the world’s dirtiest air, and now this analysis of high tech satellite data has revealed that the Mpumalanga province is the global number one hotspot for NO2 emissions. This confirms that South Africa has the most polluting cluster of coal-fired power stations in the world which is both disturbing and very scary” said Melita Steele, Senior Climate and Energy Campaign Manager for Greenpeace Africa. The satellite data also revealed that Johannesburg and Pretoria are highly affected by extreme NO2 pollution levels. "Eskom’s coal addiction in Mpumalanga means that millions of people living in Johannesburg and Pretoria are also impacted by the pollution from coal,” continued Steele. The list of the largest NO2 hotspots in the world includes coal-fired power plants in Germany, India and China. Cities such as Santiago de Chile, London, Paris, Dubai and Tehran feature high in the ranking due to transport-related emissions. Greenpeace Africa has urged South African government to establish an action plan "with concrete steps, measures and deadlines to make sure that air pollution levels in high priority areas comply with existing regulations."
