The sale and purchase is illegal If you are paying for just the delivery and could prove it then I guess you could say you're on the right side of the law but I did read somewhere that you can't even trade(swap) cannabis... and I would assume seeds fall into that as well then. Here's what I would suggest you do if having a seed sent from a friend. Ask the friend to place it in a container or whatever and label the container "hemp seed". Don't mention strain name anywhere, just as long as you know how to identify each seed. No more worries. That being said I really dont think you have much to worry about anyway

Hey bud I'm afraid that no grower could ever correctly judge and tell you what strain it is from a photo. If they ever did then they would be lying to you. Just like with all forms of life, offspring can look quite a lot different to each other yet still sharing something similar. Same goes for that odd one out for you. Look at it as the "ugly duckling" of the batch

Great looking setup. Interested to see what you can put out Im busy starting to look into LED myself for veg. Theres a local chinese shop near me, the place is huge, and they sell a whole bunch of LED lights. None of which I know will be well suited for growing. In one aisle there are these boards that kinda look Qb board related but I know fuckall about LED setups so I could be completely wrong. Are these boards usable? That grower must be one beast of a salesman, apart from being a complete bullshitter. Is he telling you who the breeders are? I saw someone doing similar on Facebook, when I asked him who the breeders of the strains are, he didn't have a clue what I was talking about

Your concern would've been valid before the judgement but now I don't think you have to worry. Yes, the purchase of seeds is still somehow illegal but I don't see the cops pursuing seed orders... especially if you're making small orders. If you're ordering 40 seeds then yes sure be discreet with your details but if you're ordering under 10 seeds I really don't see cops going after it, seeing as its now legal to cultivate and there must be a million other growers out there buying seeds as well... The only other way to get seeds is to go via the black market and buy a bankie of bud full of seeds, not recommended. So the whole thing around the legality of buying seeds needs to be cleared up soon.

Tapatalk resizes images automatically but if you upload on the website you'll need to resize first before uploading. Max file size is 2MB
