It's random, sometimes they just come up white, black or not at all. Also, I've had images under the 1500kb threshold resize to under 100kb. Then it comes up tiny. I'm using Tor browser (firefox) Do these errors occur every time you try upload images or sometimes?

Absolutely, would never use a 400w bulb on the 600w setting... but would using a 400w on the 400w setting also be potentially risky as well? If you can determine that the ballast does indeed pull 400w on that setting OR would it be safer to run a 600w bulb at the 400w setting? or would that be bad for the bulb

It should yes and spraying your soil with neem oil will help keep gnats away. I'm not sure what BTi is that Budwizer speaks of. I had good success with a layer of diatomaceous earth on top of the soil to get rid of gnats, its kills the gnat larvae if the larvae comes into contact with it.

You only need to use Pyrol when you notice an infestation and want to wipe it out. Neem is there to prevent the infestation from happening so stick to a weekly neem spray and only use Pyrol if you have to.
