  1. This is very good for small pot mothers. But if you have a big pot for your mother then every year you take new mom cuts from her and flower her out. You will keep the gene strong, instead of raping the mom and she gets weak.
  2. Reaf would you say mid Oct is too early? What if I wanted to veg outside for a bit hoping to maximise on plant size when she flowers? I dont use 24/0 its totally irregular, so is anything above 14hrs of light. Cannabis is a long night plant, so that's how I roll indoors, so when I move from indoor to out I have zero stall on growth. But id like to get sizes i cant get in my indoor space, hence the question of vegging outdoors.. Peace
  3. Well your can start your seeds indoors so long, get them nice and healthy for mid Oct when you put them out side. Sorry for hijack reaf...
  4. Looking good froggy. Reserva prevada is bad ass. Will def watch that one
  5. Yea that actually is what they call "taffy".. All the different types of dabs are achieved by different methodology in your extractions. So the challenge is to keep consistency.. I'll see what I can do for a tutorial..
  6. Another topic to share anything you grow or process... Please feel free to post....
  7. Froggy have no fear buddy. I grew out plants that yielded 70+-g pretty plant with those net pots. Remember it's just too hold the plant in place, you will have to support from the top.
  8. This is gonna be good. I'm pulling up a chair and keeping my eye on that Scott......
  9. Sorry link problems... Enjoy
  10. http://kush.ca/ So this just happened this weekend in California. Soon we will be doing the same people...
  11. Oh lol... Yea stupid auto correct... Timber....
  12. Hey froggy. Looks good bud. Make sure to seal that timer a few times.. You asking for trouble. Wood holds moisture, therefore home for bugs, mold, fungus etc. Use an anti mould paint. You get ceiling paint for bathrooms with high humidity ( white) from builders. Peace
  13. For that price.. You can just use a multiplug with surge protector (16Amp) and a digital timer (16Amp 3500W) and you good to go. If you require more load on a single plug socket then like max said, you should put dedicated lines out, with higher load ratings.
  14. Welcome to our forum.. Please feel free to share your grows with us and any knowledge you can share... Awe
  15. Hi jacks Afrox would be the best bet.. What system you running?
  16. Dude!!!! Scotts OG!!!! Please can we have a chat!!! I'm dying to have that in my collection!!!!
  17. Hmmmm well a fridge holds its temps pretty well, I mean your food doesn't go off from the load shedding. So I wouldn't worry that much unless your fridge goes from its normal operating temp to a warm temp quickly. So better to keep them cold as possible than not
  18. Yes sorry I also only grow Hydro. I should of mentioned that....
  19. I say its the RO water.. Ive had many problems with using RO water, in many different locations. when I cut out the RO system all my problems were sorted, but thats only if you have all your other ducks in a row... Ive used tap water since I started growing and it been perfectly fine. If you want you can leave the reservoir open for 24 hrs for the Chlorine to evaporate or put a airstone to speed that process up, then just use water. add your nutes and ph..
  20. Hi and welcome to our forum Sterling. Another issue you will face with trying to get our native strains such as Durban, is that it's pretty much of the map, unless you have an old time connection who might have some seeds stored. Even us South Africans struggle to get original seeds. Awe
  21. Aj Tell me.. What screens you got for your dry sifting? what method you using? and with your BHO you blasting thru glass or steel setup?
  22. Mos def... I have had a few bags off seed that were in my drawer lost between lots of other stuff, and when i tried to germ them id only get a few of them to pop. call it a 50/50 chance.. But why take the chance if you have got genetics that you would want to keep for months maybe years depending on your situation..
  23. Look if you dont have a dedicated fridge, then yes your house fridge will do. Just be sure to choose a spot and keep them there. either top shelf or veg drawer. AWE
  24. Looking good AJ.. Keep it up. you only got a few more weeks till harvest..
