I'd also gladly add any cuts I have to this. I dont keep moms too long. I'm cycling through too many plants, and if I had to keep a cut of each, I'd be spending all day maintaining a veg forest. Just because a plant isnt a keeper for me in terms of breeding, doesn't mean it's a crappy plant. So I'll have clones randomly as time goes.

2 weeks later, top clones taken. Given the first STS spray to a single branch, marked in the pic. Going into 12/12 from tonight. The GTH male is coming on slowly. Flowering him outside so the temps are affecting him.

Question on Totemic Genetics 420 Deal – 3 Packs for 420

These Sativas just love outdoors. -
Cold and maybe roots a bit wet. Doesnt look like anything to worry about. Allow the medium to dry out a bit more.

I build my own soils and they are rich, and if I do need to feed, then I have found Seagro works well with my soil. If I ever need a boost in flower, MKP is my go to.

I bought mine in 2014. Still using it from time to time. Use the cleanest water possible. It should really be distilled water, but RO water is fine too.
-
They sell the hortimix salts at the right molar weight to mix a 5l concentrate of each A, B and MKP.

PM is a bane to any grower. There are many ways to deal with PM. From just removing the infected leaf, to using bicarb, vinegar etc. I personally always have neem in my IPM. The neem stimulates the plants immune system, increases resistance. For PM specifically though, I like spraying a bicarb solution onto the areas with good results. 1tsp dissolved in 1l. Add a drop or two of sunlight as surfactant and spray infected leaves top and bottom.

What a steep learning curve. But it's so awesome to visualize the minutest vapor atmospheric disturbances on the screen. Point the laser, and the sensors just collect all sorts of info.

Got a new work toy. A Flir MR176. Handy for more than just moisture detection. I'm happy with my indoor environment stats even with these cold fronts moving over.

Yeah, chop it. Growing for seeds with seeds from random pollen, is very expensive bird food. Seeded indoor is no better than seeded outdoor.

Fastbuds autoflowers original cheese soil test.

Looking lekker. I should start messing with autos a bit. But the way I grow, autos would mess with my growing/breeding calendar. -
Yeah man. Start a separate grow log. Make for easier information surfing.

Hi there. Welcome. Definately one of the best hobbies hands down.

Something worth reading
Totemic replied to West Coast Vaper's topic in Organic Growing - Growing in soil
The author is not taking into account specially formulated soils, which generally has zero michorizzal input from the 'earth'. -
Absolute darkness or light leaks are not issues at all while you are still vegging.

Sadly the type of guano we need is for the flowering phase and not the growth phase. It is a rare item, and why I found work arounds in my soils, by adding K humates to cover the K, while the other ingredients also add K, and rely on the michorizzal fungi and rock phosphate for P. That's besides the P from bone meal, and the other fertilizers.

Welcome to the madhouse.

I run all my plants in organics, and if it's a plant for seeds I keep a full on organic approach. If it's a plant for bud, then I usually supplement MKP at an EC not really pushing past 0.8-1.0. From about 4 weeks, And then once again at 6 weeks.

Still haven't gotten round to the farm. This weekend seems clear of cold fronts. Got a really smelly GTH male though. Being transplanted tomorrow and going into 12/12.

Finally getting around to these from the 2018 season. Going for F2's, and just to see how they fare.

You are going to want all that electricity on the floor lifted. I keep all my electricity connections outside my space. Evan just hanging the lead along the wall or roof will be fine.

So, been browsing all the local grow shop sites and everyone seems to be out of stock of the 6 inch clip on fans. Anyone know where to get? 220v preferably. I have found 12v versions for cars, and if I have to I'll just get a transformer but its extra unnecessary stuff in the end..

Always let them dehydrate for a few weeks. Leave it as is, and when you plant it in a month or so, it will be eager to root, and wont easily rot.
