  1. Happy dayzz, was a bit disconnected today, imagine my surprise when I was listening to the news. Well not really listening, but caught the tail end. How ever did we manage before Internet. (Giving my age away )
  2. I've got one with the gthydro branding on, i think you do too. They are quite flimsy yes but the major issue I have with mine is the overall quality. First it seems they measured things wrong cos the corners of the tent would sit so tight around the frame corners that the majority of the corners tore. Luckily my wife has sewn them up. The zips have also been a fuckup with most breaking and the main zip came off which means I have to Macgyver every time I zip up the tent. My 80x80 tent which seems to come from the exact same factory has none of those issues so I think its a factory fuckup... Im sure the PVC will do a good deal to make the tent more sturdy. I haven't put my tents roof to a proper test though with cooled hoods etc but I can imagine what it may be like. Agree fully about the gthydro zips. Shitty shitty. Rest of my tent still good though, even after a year. Sent from my HUAWEI VNS-L31 using Tapatalk
  3. My P9 was able to zoom in enough to check tris. I agree, better to check via zoom. Sent from my HUAWEI VNS-L31 using Tapatalk

  7. That's actually a very decent draw, especially based on the amount of ladies in the tent. I started off with 2 x 400w and then got a deal on a few more. 600w or even a single 1000w would be a lot cheaper to run from a power, tube replacement perspective. The heat generation from 2 x 400 vs 1 x larger is insane. Sent from my HUAWEI VNS-L31 using Tapatalk
  8. They weren't tests, I had some.space in the basement I was using, ran 2 x 400w HID or eg and 4 x 400w HID for flower. Space was nice though, I could chill down there with my shades and a few beers, just watching them grow:) All magnetic ballasts though, had to stagger start after power outage, mains tripped when the 2400w kicked in along with the pool and geyser etc. Only running 200w cfl to veg and clone this round, will fire up HID for flower. 9. Sup bru. The Gavita tent is 1.5m x 1.5m x 2m. The light needs a slight adjustment to the height, looking to gain a few cm but other than that it's perfect. The veg tent is 1m x 1m x 1.8m Sent from my G3312 using Tapatalk Aah yes, to have space. Before moving I had a 3m x 3m flower room, 2m x 2m veg, never used to fill capacity due to light restrictions, but ALWAYS had smoke. Got myself a 1200x750 tent, and even that the wife is giving me hassles, had to reduce width to about 800. Just sprouted 2 beans, own strain, cross between some really nice strains I've had over the last 5 years. 5 months to harvest... Gonna be an exceptional Christmas Sent from my HUAWEI VNS-L31 using Tapatalk
  10. For interest sake, what size tent is that? Sent from my HUAWEI VNS-L31 using Tapatalk
  11. There's a lot of activity since the ruling last year. Super keen to see what the future holds. Sent from my HUAWEI VNS-L31 using Tapatalk
  12. Okay thanks, will weigh up the options, I'm just wasting so.much space with the AC in the 1200 x 750 tent Sent from my HUAWEI VNS-L31 using Tapatalk
  13. Anyone have experience with these? I would like to add a second 400W HID into my tent, but temps will not allow that,.So considering running two of these to keep temps down. Sent from my HUAWEI VNS-L31 using Tapatalk

    Is this real

So the problem with this is, if it's a shitty light, your opinion towards that particular technology will always be somewhat skewed. I did a 200W LED spotlight conversion. Did it work? Sure, does it swim in the same pool as HID? Definitely not. I am a LED sceptic, but I didn't fork out enough money to be able to have a proper opinion. Your LED spread is also much smaller, which granted, will work perfectly on a one light one plant system, but where are you putting them chilli plants Sent from my HUAWEI VNS-L31 using Tapatalk
  15. Or those that smoke by the gram probably Sent from my HUAWEI VNS-L31 using Tapatalk
  16. They've moved shop. Wonder if the fuzzies had something to do with it. Sent from my HUAWEI VNS-L31 using Tapatalk
  17. I've got a Trinidad Scorpion on the go. Mexican Bastardo and chocolate habanero died off with season change Sent from my HUAWEI VNS-L31 using Tapatalk
  18. Yeah, I agree, if you enjoyed the the original strain, then yeah, grow it out and see what happens. You'll be able to see if its a male/hermie before its too late, then cull or move it elsewhere, so that it doesn't affect your current grow. I have a strain that hermies every time, still a pretty good smoke, couch lock of death, however, you do have the seed issue. pick the flowers, reduce the seed, smoke it all....
  19. heya peeps, been out for a while due to regional relocation. (longer than I wouldve liked. keep potting
