yes veg is very important stage as well to get optimal results edit; i have either a cat or dog who eats fan leaves off of my plants outside. and then there's the wind damage they contend with green house sounds about good, did you construct yourself?have log?

the room has 3 vents to outside.

i will be in late flower come late march with 12 plants in a 1.8x1.5 area ,rh 49 temp 26.9 currently with 2 600w hps lights what kind of rh can i expect at that time without a dehu

im planning on having a dehu sometime feb/march to deal with the rh during lights off. im wondering will it help to reduce rh to low 50s during lights on, or will it just creep up back to 90 during lights off

only started growing indoor a few days ago, so cant give opinion yet. still no battery backup yet as well. apparently they are working on reducing load shedding by doing maintenance or some shit so hope stage 6 disappears in a few months. im still not sure how we are supposed to go through flower with load shedding, someone on this forum said indoors is possible and i bought 2 lights. maybe some kind of 4/4 light cycle? im sure some maths will be involved?

im using seagro organic plant food during veg its npk is 53:7:17

looks like underwater, had some hot days recently and will continue, maybe watering every 2nd day? how often are you feeding the fish emulsion, feeding any nitrogen?

hi @Grant let see your plant, what is the temp, what lights and how close, how often are you watering

you want to be around 250ppfd. if you have newer phone you should be able to use photone app to determine this, or 15000lux of you can download a lux meter

the white led spectrum you get from a floodlight/cob is sufficient blue spectrum

floodlights are great for budget mother plant light. even a budget cob light will work fine

if you talking 680-750nm deep/far red spectrum, it has a significant effect on photosynthesis and cell expansion with some stem elongation. if you are looking for these then add deep/far red. 15min after lights off, personally wont do that. you can just run deep red together with white led for the full time of lights on.

ok im following what you are saying my initial thought was that they will hermie and so i never considered the actual on/off after that. another q; if you run a dehu (12l) during power on will it help during lights off with rh level(currently 40)? room size 4.5x3.5, im looking to not spend as much and was planning on having a dehu by time plants go into flower. so then fans also only run during lights on no batteries
