Drop the light lower and/or drop the wattage of the light. You don't need 200 watts+ blasting them (can't remember your wattage just saying).

I find local genetics to be pretty lacklustre, so I tend to avoid them mostly.

I'm aware of Dronabinol and Marinol, however those are used to treat side effects of various illnesses, nausea from chemo, appetite loss etc. I get very skeptical when individuals start purporting cannabis to be this amazing cure all solution (I'm not claiming Dank did, I'm just stating for the record) without double blind studies and such. So yes I can agree with the use of cannabis as a constituent to ARV / chemo regiment, however stopping ARV's in their entirety is asking for trouble.

That extraction fan essentially almost equals the same CFM of your carbon filter, which is why you don't feel much suction. So there is nothing wrong, remember you won't feel this insane suction near the filter, I am run an 8inch fan on a 6inch filter and I don't even feel any movement. However when I close everything I can immediately see negative pressure.

I hope they're not supplementing cannabis in place of antiretrovirals though.

Are you able to share some peer reviewed journals regarding cannabis and HIV/AIDS ? I'm curious because I know a few researchers in SA who have done studies in this field. I've never suffered from spidermites in the last 15 years of growing, just glorious thrips, nope and no up close shots.

Stop listening to those nyaope smokers, coco/perlite or organic matters soil. However I would not transplant it again you'll most likely kill it. Just leave the plant and see what happens for the next few days, don't over water, don't under water, don't fertilize. Just leave.

Just get yourself some calmag and give a maintenance dose, don't shock them into oblivion, your growth is otherwise healthy.
