  1. I agree freedom Farm soil with biobizz Bloom if you have extra bucks get the biobizz grow too but you won't need it for the first few weeks the freedom Farm soil should be good for 6-8 weeks atleast I also add a bit of Epsom salt when using biobizz
  2. Added a tray to enable me to give a real good flush before harvest this time. Added the first net today and gave them their first feed since they in the fabric pots. . The big budha cheese is also smoking very good final yield 200g lower than I'd like but it's dank
  3. Plants vegging real good no complaints. Had to lift the lights a bit more as the front 2 has some leaf curl but they looking lush
  4. I just gave my TD silent 160/100n to a friend tonight who is starting out. They not great I upgraded to the 125mm version and it is much much better

Tune of the day for me:
  6. I use to also not measure pH and got issue late in flower since I do indoor i started using a pen and it's been much better
  7. I'm not saying what I'm doing is the best but I use ff soil with biobizz. I always feed at 6.2/6.3
  8. They look great. Are you going to move some of those plants somewhere else? They will get too big for that tent

    My Dutch roots lol
  10. So they all went into their final pots now. 3x jackberry from seed and back left is a jillybean clone. Gave them a spray with some eco oil just to try and help prevent Powedery Mildew. PH water now only this soil is super strong and they too green for my liking. Hope to flip in 2 weeks
  11. I use consol jars with hygrometers I got from wish. Was like R200 for 10 hygrometers. Id love CV vault but they are too expensive
  12. Thanks man When I started getting equipment about 10 months ago I could not decide which lights I wanted. The spectrum of CMH really attracted me but I was also very interested in quantum boards. Now I have both, super stoked to see what will happen with the extra lights now. My friend built the aluminium frame for me it basically clips on to the cmh hood so I can adjust all the lights with only 2 rollers Past few days was very cold but I stay under 26 degrees
  13. I had that same fan. I upgraded to the 125mm version which is much bigger and works much much better than the 100mm and also runs quieter. I only went for the 125mm as my filter came with 100mm / 125mm flanges. My lesson learnt just start with a 150mm and be done with it
  14. New lights installed 315w cmh + 240w led
  15. I think it's the strong ff soil that is causing the leaf curl. Just keep feeding ph water they will be strong enough soon

  17. Took a little tester last night I'm happy with the result. Also 3 Jackberry's and a jillybean for the next round the one jackberry has nitrogen toxicity I think but she will soon be strong enough only feeding ph water
  18. Yeah I know but I've never had problems starting seed in other soils straight up but this is clearly not the case with their soil. Some strains will do fine I'm sure
  19. Freedom Farm soil is very strong. I have nitrogen toxicity in a small seedling due to the strength of the soil maybe that's the same happening here. I'm going to try the seedling mix next time. Are these in freedom Farm classic?
  20. I do clones off clones. I have a big budha cheese cut for about a year now still doing strong no issues. Cloned it about 4 or 5 times already and I'm sure it's been cloned many times before I got it. Just make sure they healthy before you take clones.
  21. That is the point of a fabric pot. The roots prune when they reach the fabric but will fill your soil much better in the middle. I also veg in plastic and flower in fabric
  22. I agree lights on at night then no worry about it being too cold during the day. I'm in cpt
  23. AC got installed yesterday when set to 18 degrees my tent never went over 25 degrees it would normally be on 29 degrees so that's great. Got these delivered today excited much. They will be added to my 315w cmh.
  24. So I bought a H&M PH80 from Futurama and got it in less than 48hrs. The unit died after just more than 6 months. I mailed them asked if it's under warranty, they sent a courier to collect and after checking with the agents a new unit shipped today. It took about 3 weeks not due to their delay due to the agents. They found corrosion in the batteries. So good work from them I will gladly use Futurama in future
