I have also stumbled on your site. Welcome @RuanStix

Hi and Welcome Clouds

Hey YSB, How's this grow progressing ? I have just been informed by the popular Lucas Formula information on the international forums. Some have been supplementing with epsom salts only. If I do decide to try LF , I will strive to keep a log.

A lot to like here. Evidence of careful planning. Very detailed diary updates. Thanks for this! Watching.

I think you might be a bit too harsh on your efforts so far, especially with this being your first grow. Can you tell us more about how you started up this grow etc ? Thanks!

Welcome Howdidoo! And howdidoo ? -Stinky

Sounds like a nice selection. I seem to remember lots of people on weed.co.za saying good things about the Herijuana, so I would like to get a look at that grow - if/when you decide to start a diary, that is....

@RampageZA From your pic, it ooks like you used car sun shades as reflective material inside your PC case ? If so, did you find the adequate for use ? Any hotspot or related issues ? Thanks -Stinky

Hi @RampageZA and welcome! What strains are you planning to grow out ? Does weed.co.za still operate their user forums ? -Stinky

And it seems good grammar is beyond me at this time

Whoops. You posted that just before I put up my reply :)

I am certainly no expert, but it seems most international forums consider Super Silver Haze is generally considered to be a "difficult" strain to grow out and recommend strains like Northern Lights etc for beginners. Since you plan to grow outdoors, something accustomed to our local climate may give better results. Perhaps the experienced growers could contribute ?

Hello and welcome @Catsilver You may want to check out the Seed Banks & Seed Shops section of the forums first. International and local banks available.

Sue those arresting officers. Maybe sue the senior officials who told the officers that the ruling only applies in Limpopo too! Think they were looking for a bribe or just so very misinformed ?

So tasty looking! Is the "Snapshot of the Month" competition active at all ? Should enter this pic

Hi Tyler, Looking forward to your pics!

Hello YSB, Did you manage to source cal-mag for your grow ? Since I have some coco and GH nutes around, I was considering a coco/perlite mix to use with GH Lucas formula and will need to supplement. What nutrients do you use and how would describe the results thus far ? Thanks -sticky

Hi Hochymama and thanks for the reply! Well, there are quite a few items I am after, which I should maybe query in different posts. I know there are many local online shops with a full range of products but I do enjoy a good browse around a store now and again though, interacting with products/staff if possible. Also I like the brick and mortar experience because you get your purchases right away. Instant gratification and all that .....

Hey 420SA! Are there any local hydro equipment retailers with a walk-in branch in KZN, like the Windell one that used to be in Ballito ? I saw on Windell site that tunnelquip.co.za in PMB stocks their stuff. Not sure of product range. Thank you.

Hello. I could not find any information regarding Grovida in Durban on the forum search, so: https://www.grovidasa.co.za Retail Store: 478 Chris Hani Drive (formerly North Coast Road) Briardene Durban 4001 I used to go by when they were in Sydney Road. Know they used to carry mostly organic-related items and stuff like coco coir, Nutrifeed etc. Queries 1) Has anybody has been to the new Grovida premises in Durban North at all ? 2) Is the range more or less the same, or are there any new items, especially hydro-related ? Thanks -sticky
