Ok my advise with auto flowers. Do not give to much lights in the first 2 to 3 weeks. You want the plant to stretch for the light. And light stress can stunt the plant. Always plant in an 15-20l pot. This way you will get decent yield from an auto. Soil choice is also of great importance. To much nutrients in the first 2 weeks can kill the plant or cause it to stunt. I mostly use freedom farms green bag mixed with my own soil. (Similar to orgasoilux). I mix it in a 1:1 ratio. Plant the seed in some vermigro mixed with freedom farms green bag. Create a little pocket in the top of the grow bag or pot for that mixture. As mentioned above stunting is caused by stress. Any stress can cause the plant to express hermaphroditic traits. I would plant normal fem seeds and switch them to 12/12 after 3 weeks if germination. It is less stress and your plant will take the same time as an auto to grow.

5 and a half weeks. Started Feeding about 10 days ago. I started supporting most of the plants now. A couple of the is looking reel good.

Not Feeding anything atm. I will feed ergofito universal plus starting this week. They are also going outdoors for a week or 2. Have to have the garage redone. Ceilings and new windows and going to close up the door. New Gym coming.

You should come and get some of the higher pH peat from me. Or you are going to have to add some dolomite lime and/or calcitic lime to the peat. A pH of 4 is not going to be ideal for any plant.

Week 4 5l pots are a bit small for my growing style but some of the plants are still looking good. Had to tie up the Tangie. She was Falling over. Really smells like na naartjie

The pH in this medium is already buffered to 5.5

There is other options. Klassmann-Deilmann makes a variety of products that normal nurseries use. But the grow shops do not stock these products as it is expensive as it is imported from Europe and not the Far East. They make a Plug Mix that nurseries use to start seeds in. they also make specific products to start cuts in. They are all pre fertilised and pH6 so you only need to water for the first 2-3 weeks. Problem with this is they only come in 200l bags. So you have to be quite a big grower to use that much. I would like to see how Cannabis plants do in these mixes. Especially grown with salts.
