Dinafem seeds are hard to sprout and if they do sprout they die. I'm done with that seed bank. But it is also the luck of the draw. I sprouted seeds from the same breeders and some packs have 90 to 100 persent success rate and others 40 to 50 persent.

Out with the old in with the new. Blunicorn and MG Banner and GTH doing there thing.

I don't have any issues with soil. It is the easiest way to grow. AACT are also a cost effective way to feed your plants. Seed sprout tea is just as eazy. Maybe I should put up an easy grow section on the forum. Easy soil recipes, aact and sst recipes.

I have not use the product, but I see it being marketed in the hydroshops. Any microbial inoculant would be beneficial to any system (hydro or organic). What they don't tell you is that a little can go a long way. I use 3ml of my Microbial inoculant and brew it with molasses for 36 to 48 hours at 22 degrees and use it on my whole garden.

Ja because the fabric allows the pots to dry from the side. If they dry to fast roots do not even reach the sides. I remember the roots came through the sides of the pot when they were new. I have not experienced that in a long time.

i have had issues with low yield on my last run and dont want to repeat the same mistake. I think it is beacauese the older the pots get the quiclet they dry out.so the glad wrap is to prevent this issue. On my previous run I harvested 108gm off the spumoni. This run I got half that. Previously I also had irrigation set up and then watered 3~4 times a day. Which could have also had made a difference in veg. There could be a couple of variables but the glad wrap might help. Plants a already much happier after 3 weeks of the wrap.

What do you guys suggest is the best way to keep keper Phenotypes going? I have several keepers that I would like to keep but just dont have the space to keep them all. And with all this american genetics coming to SA you have to try all the new stuff. Then you plant 10 regs to find a keeper female and it takes 4~6 months to find her? You end up growing say 5 females sometimes more. Do you guys think starting a group pheno hunt would be a good idea?

How many watts of electricity do you want to run?
-
Your lucky you did not run sluricaine. It nearly streched through the roof.
-
What I have done was to divide my lights into 2 in coming lines of electricity. Each line in its own timer. One from the inverter and one from normal power. When the electricity shuts off during loadshedding the lights stay on. Not all the lights but some of them. I have 2 110amp 12v deep cycle batteries and a 1000w inverter battery charger. Batteries and inverter sounds like allot of money but if you work it out with the current petrol price you would have covered that cost within the first year. Oh I am on led and when the power is off I only run about 400w worth of lights and fans.

Soil amendments and Biobizz feeding? (outdoor grower)

I think it is a waist of money. That is just my point of view. If you start with good soil just add compost tea's and seed sprout tea's. Your plants should do great. Rather research those products and make your own mixes. Im not aying their products are not worth it if you have the cash. Comsumerism. -
What type of extract? Etanol or Butane? Do you want to distill the extract to make THC vape cartridges?
