Its a good soil. But think they can add a bit more to the soil. Now they add just enough for you to have to feed something.

I would however not use it as is again. Not without adding some worm castings and some amendments. Like softrock phosphate and basalt rock dust. Maybe some alfalfa meal and kelp meal.

Grew this plant in ff craft soil. Only fed malted barley teas and biobizz bloom twice. Also some microbed. Nothing wrong with the soil. Never pHed the water once. ..

Neem meal is not harmfull to soil microbes. Who would you believe? Someone who has been mixing it into his soil for 40 years and growing the dankest shit or some internet troll. Clakamascoot has been growing the same strain basically all his growing life.

Ja pretty much. Listened to a pod cast where they had clakamascoot on and he was taking these nutrient companies appart. Giving cheap alternatives to expensive nutrient lines. I guess the older you get the less your care about what you say. Would love to get neem meal in this country so that I could try his soil mix.

And If you have the light you can veg your plants in feb to start flower in late march. Then you have less issues with plants seeding. Some people still grows males. Fuck knows why.

Yes it is malted barley. And it contains eveeything a plant needs.

Just germinate indoors. Rather spend the cash on a decent veg light.

I would say it is a overdose of magnesium. You just need a bucket. A small air pump or water circulating pump. Wormcastings. Some kelp meal.malted barley. Make a tea bag put all the dry ingredients in the tea bag and bubble.for 24~36 hours. If you dont have these ingredients add atleast the wormcastings.

Flush the soil. To much salts. Give compst tea and wait.

You will only really know if there is something missing if your plant shows signs of deficiencies. Or you could have a soil sample tested. But that will be expensive. As long as you have NPK elements in you mix and all the macro and micro elements. Back to SST. I use alfalfa sprouts and mung bean sprouts. To do my teas. Also malted barley teas. Good Luck. Recommendation for soil when growing autoflowers in future. Use more fluffy soil less dense (airy) and nutrient dense. They dont need allot to become big plants. My suggestion os to either use freedom farms soil. Or 1/4 coco 1/4 perlite 1/4 wormcastings 1/4 enormous buds soil Anyway use it dont use it. Just a suggestion. I was always put off by auto flowers because I did not understand that less is more. Also the bigger your pots the bigger your plants.

You must start flowering. Time is becoming short to still complete the flowering cycle before spring.

If you are starting out and you want to mix your own soil there is some amendment packs availible around. One that I can think of right now is availible from Jamies garden shop. How big do you want you plant to be? The bigger your pot the bigger the plant. My last grow I used 40~70l fabric pots. Depending on your experience just set up an irrigation system then you only have to worry about filling the reservoir and you don't have to worry about watering every day. I am lazy.

Why don't you obtain a copy of The Rev's book. True Living Organics. He makes cannabis specific recepies in there. And.also goes over why you are putting in there for the plant. There is no short cuts to knowledge. Read.

Welcome. Buy a decent soil. There is really good commercially availible soils these days. Organics Matter, Just Cannabis and freedom farms to name the most popular. If your in cape town there is some mixes we can hook you up with. If you buy a good soil Fertilizer is not.that important. A good microbial inoculant or your own compost teas should.be more.than enough. No fertilizer needed. Your lights should do perfectly for a first grow. Just switche them put to HPS bulbs when you switch to flower. Pot size. If its only growing one plant get a 30l pot. Most commercially availible soils comes in a 30l pot. You can also veg a bit longer if you going to train your plant you will.also get a larger harvest off your.plant in a bigger pot. Happy growing.

So the soil test is almost over. They will be harvested over the next week. I think my minds made up over how to proceed with the autos. 100 days. Seedbanks tell you they are ready in 60days from seed. They are ready when they tell you they are ready.

Its week 8. They are all fading nicely. Patience. The waiting game has started. Almost done with this years indoor run. Get ready for some fun in the sun.

I have grown Charlotte's Angel. It was a 10:1. I am growing a 30:1 apparently now. Will see what it tests.

@GGG is hopefully selling me his 2.4 x 2.4 so I can add more fans and give the plants more space. Might even look better on the next run. But I doubt it. Trying some new genetics in the next one.
